Hi,
I had similar issue and resolved it.
In our case the issue occured for only specific BPs. So this solution may be helpful where the issue occurs for specific BPs.
The issue occurs because of special characters Ex : "#" entered in Long text.
Once you delete these special characters in the text field the issue will be resolved.
Hope it helps..

are these LUNs shared or standalone?
I don't think it's really wise to have more than one DSM on the same server, so you're mixing the EVA and 3par DSMs and on 2003...
other than ensuring that HBA firmware and drivers are all up to date and DMS drivers are at the latest, not much else you can do from the host side...maybe update the storport.sys driver to the latest for that OS
are you sure that the HBAs are in fact supported/compatible with both storage back-ends? what about their driver/firmware/DSM versions - some SANs are very picky when it comes to this stuff, check the interop matrixes to find out
overall, if you don't need SAN connection to one of these storage back-ends, I suggest you get rid of it and its DSM

  • Fact sheet and RFC connections

    Hi All,
I have an issue regarding the working of fact sheet. And I suspect authorization issues.
Here is my scenario: I am accesing the BSP application (CRMM_ACCOUNT) in portal. For the fact sheet data will be coming from BW server if I am not wrong.  When I click on the fact sheet in accounts application screen just refreshes, it wont show any error.
    Here are my questions,
    1) From CRM server do we have to maintain any RFC connections for the user to access BW or they will be there automatically.
    2) from portal side, do we need to maintain any other thing together with user mapping for Portal, CRM and BW systems
however, i can see the fact sheet in sap gui and in web client.
I read SAP notes regarding this, nothig worked out fine,
Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Murthy

    Hello, Murthy,
Do you want to access the standard account factsheet delivered by SAP? Normally when you select an account inside the Account BSP in the portal and click on Factsheet button, you are brought to a new portal page that contains SAP-delivered iViews with factsheet data. It is possible for you to add your own factsheet iViews to that page (I can point you to the corresponding doc if you need such addition).
You mention that when you click on Fact Sheet button in the BSP application, no new portal page is brought up. What exact version of CRM portal package you use? At this stage, I don't see problem with BW connection, because the backend BW system is called once the iViews are loaded, but in your case those iViews are not called...
    Sincerely,
    Arman

  • Fact sheet to show up Campaign Elements

    Hi,
Is it possible to show Campaign Elements in Fact sheet.
Campaign element needs to be based on the customer which is in Target group of that particular BP.
It is not on the basis of  Employee responsible of campaign element.
Say for example if customer XYZ  is in Target group of Campaign element 1234. When I confirm the BP & open fact sheet it should display me campaign element 1234 in the fact sheet.
    Cheers,
    RK

Well you can download and install the PSE11 trial from http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.htm l to get the PSE11 versions of the Lighting files. Follow their very important instructions EXACTLY or you will likely encounter authorisation errors or download the latest version instead.
    Cheers,

    Hi Gurus,
I have configured Account Fact Sheet(BP_Account_FS).
I have added view "Open Leads", which should "display the last n leads that have status "open" or "in process".
But In my case "Open Leads" is displaying all the Leads, which have status "Converted" & "Rejected" also.
Anyone has come across with this. What are your suggestions?
    Thanks & Regards

  • Fact sheet in BP, Activities

    Hi All
did anyone work on fact sheet delivered by SAP for business partners. I checked the config guide for business package but no where it mentioned configuration for fact sheet in Business partners, activities and opportunities. When I click on the fact sheet in the tool bar it is not even giving me any error. For my portal BW server is already configured and the parameters are fine. Do You guys have any suggestions for me.
    Thank You guys
    Murthy

I'm back from a much delayed vacation.
One thing to remember when using CRM Object Links with the Portal. When you click on Factsheet or any object links you can turn off multi-windows by maintaining the table CRMC_PRT_CUSTOM.
Add the entry SINGLE_WINDOW_SWITCH_CRM_BSP with text'X' to turn of multi-windows.
Until you have the Object Links configured the Factsheet will not even open up another window. This is the same for Create Activity button with the Opportunity PC UI.
    Cheers

  • FODC0002 [{bea-err}FODC0002a]: Error parsing input XML: Error at line:2 col

I have an ODSI Physical Service that is based on a Java Function. The Java Function builds a SQL statement and uses JDBC to query for a ResultSet. One of the columns that is queried is a Clob. Sometimes, the data in this column causes an XMLBeans validation exception in ODSI: {err}XQ0027: Validation failed: error: decimal: Invalid decimal value: unexpected char '114'
The issue is not consistently replicable with particular database record, the database records that present this issue at one point in time will be resolved after a restart of ODSI and replaced by another list of records that present the same error.
As can be seen from the stack trace, it looks like the issue is happening after the database query has returned and while the process is assembling the SOAP response.

  • OFTEN MY EXCEL FILE CORRUPTED BY XML ERROR.

    Hello,
I have kept one xlsx file (containing 15 no. of sheets) in my onedrive which is syncd with my pc. but oftenly when i download the file from my one drive, the file is corrupted and gives the following error. I dont understand
what the xml error is saying and in which sheet the error is present.

Seems we've lost the "following error", could you please upload the screenshot again? If you have no permission to do that, you may upload it to OneDrive and share the link.
According to the clue "XML ERROR", please try to Inspect Workbook from File > Info > Inspect Workbook and then upload/download the document to check if the error still appears.
    Thanks.

  • Creation of multiple Fact Sheets

    Hi,
I would like to create multiple customer fact sheets from different business partners in one process. The user doesn't want to open every single fact sheet.
The origin of the business partners could be a BI-query, a target group or a Z-table.
Does anybody have some ideas? Are there some function modules to fill the fact sheets? Is there a possibility with a function module and smart forms?
    Regards
    Jochen

    Hi Magesh,
I understand your problem as I have gone through the same. Unfortunately this is standard functionality and you will have to investigate if a user-exit will resolve the issue.
I did some work on this but stopped as the business agreed to live with it. Basically what you can try to do is disable "save" if it hits specific error messages (quantity exceeded or limit exceeded).
    Hope this helps !

  • CRM IC win (customizing view/fact sheet)

    Hi,
I dont understand how to change the display of a info block into view
Where i could change the display of a block?
    For exemple:
if i add the block "Address" : Class "CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO_ADDRESS"
    Regards
    Julien

    Hi Julien
I am offline to a CRM system right now, so I can't give you a cut'n'paste solution. I don't think they are good anyway.
What you have to do is create your own info block class and then use configuration to include that in the Fact Sheet.
Copy class CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO_ADDRESS to Z_CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO_ADDRESS (or some other Z name). Use SE24 or SE80.
You can see that this class is a subclass, in the first screen. It has inherited particular methods from the superclass. It may also have a couple of it's own helper methods.
I think one of them is called GET_REPORT or something like that. That's where each info block goes and gets all the data from this system or another and formats it into XML.
The particular UI you are using then reformats that XML.
Anyway, this is the method you need to adjust (as a minimum).
The URL that you mention passes parameters into the info blocks. The first part of the code digs those parameters out.
You can add your own BAPI calls or whatever here.
Then you can fill the XML table with your own data. This is a bit tricky - it's hard to understand the way the XML table is built. It uses template files stored in tx SMW0.
Once you have it compiling, configure it in to your fact sheet. I think you will have to add your new class to table CRM_CCKPT_CLASS - not sure if that is available via the IMG.
You can build an info block with any data in it. I always find it easiest to find a similiar one in SE24 (by searching for CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO*) and copy that as a starting point.
    Good Luck.

  • BW report in BP Fact Sheet in CIC0

    Hi Gurus,
We wish to display BP specific BW reports in our CIC0 fact sheet. We have configured a web template and are able to view the BW view in the CIC0 fact sheet. The issue is, that we want the BW query to run automatically based on the BP confirmed in CIC0. Currently, we get the BW view wher we open a query and then populate the BP in the selection screen and run the report. The report then shows the expected data in fact sheet. However, ideally, the BP should automatically be passed in BW query as its already confirmed in CIC0, as it does when we get information from R/3 regarding a BP.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Cheers!
    Amit

    Hi guys,
I have the same problem, I need to call bw reports using the BP selected at cic0.
I tried 2 options, I can display the bw reports but the BP is not send as a parameter.
1- I created an action box in cic0 to call transaction RRMX in BW. I used BOR method, object type TSTC and method execute. This works fine to call the reports but can't find any option to send the bp as a parameter.
2 - I created a bsp version of the bw reports and created an HTML call from CIC0. But the BW report doesn't accept parameters. Also I don't know how to send the BP as a parameter, it seems that I can only send Text.
Let me know if you find another way to call bw reports from cic0.
    Cheers,
    Hernan.
