BP for Learning vs. Portal vs. ERP Versions? Help Please.

Hello all,
I've got the documentation in front of me that has me thinking...
NW04s>EP7>BP for Learning Release 1 which means SAP ERP 2005 ECC6.0???
I'm trying to get a definitive answer as to whether deciding to go to NW04s/EP7 sets into motion a required switch to the latest Learning Business Package (Release 1) which is only supported for SAP ERP 2005 (ECC6.0). If I take this at face value, a switch to NW2004s requires an upgrade to SAP ERP 2005 (if we wish to continue running the Learning Solution). Is this the case?
Release 60.1.20 of the BP for Learning only claims support for EP5 & EP6. Is this the case?

Mozilla, like many other software companies, thoroughly test their software before releasing it to the public and I'm sure that no problem you are having is intentional.
I do not work for Mozilla but I do have experience of releasing software for public usage.
Firefox has no way of knowing what other software is already on your computer and with millions of combinations it isn't always possible to test for every scenario.
You can go back to the old version of Firefox but that won't always solve your problem.

The censorship in regards to certain apps not being available in your country is by your country, not by Apple.
Due to various laws and licensing in each country, in order to have an iTunes store account in a particular country you must have a credit card with a billing address in that country. If this were up to Apple, there would be no such requirement and there would be only one iTunes store for the entire world, but various laws, regulations, and licensing issues in each country, this is required by Apple.

Excel sumifs and the powerpivot version help please

very new to power pivot, can you help please?
In an excel table I was able to do the following...
=SUMIFS([GWP],[Date],[@Date],[PolType],[@PolType])
I have 60k rows where the above totals all GWP where the date & policy type match the individual record. This in effect gives a subtotal, per date per policy type rather than doing it in a pivot table. This works
nicely however it takes for ages to update, and calculate, also has issues when I then need to pivot table it.
As a result I'm trying to use powerpivot, as I understand it is better at dealing with these big calculations, I've tried the calculate formula, but I cannot understand how to have a rolling criteria in the field. Like I can in my sumifs.

To duplicate your original SUMIF as a Calculated Column in PowerPivot you could use one of the following:
Using EARLIER():
=CALCULATE(
SUM(Table1[GWP]),
FILTER(
Table1,
Table1[Date] = EARLIER(Table1[Date]) &&
Table1[PolType] = EARLIER(Table1[PolType])
Using ALLEXCEPT:
=CALCULATE(
SUM(Table1[GWP]),
ALLEXCEPT(
Table1,
Table1[Date],
Table1[PolType]
Both should produce the same result as a Calculated Column.
The second version with ALLEXCEPT() should also work a Measure/Calculated Field:
ALLEXCEPT Measure:=
CALCULATE(
SUM(Table1[GWP]),
ALLEXCEPT(
Table1,
Table1[Date],
Table1[PolType]
The advantage of the measure is that it should return the expected result in a pivot and filtering dynamically.
Your final measure would then be:
Percent GWP:=
SUM(Table1[GWP])/[ALLEXCEPT Measure]
In all examples, replace 'Table1' with your actual table name in Power Pivot.

They do work together, though the installation process is moderately complicated. You may want to check this web site: http://www.chow1.myweb.nl/
This site has some experiences and procedures that have worked in the past for this combination.
You should also check Amazon.com or your local tech bookstore for books on Developer.

Microsoft Office For Mac Os X & Microsoft Office 2003--Help Please!!!!!!

My new job requires me to be very familuar with Microsoft Office 2003 for Windows, however currently I use Mac os X. Can I learn office on the mac? How different is Microsoft Office Version X (the one I have now) versus Microsoft Office 2003 for windows. Thanks!!

Since Office is not an Apple product, you'll get better response if you use a forum dedicated to Microsoft's Mac products such as <http://groups.google.com/groups/dir?sel=33607053> rather than an Apple forum.

Acrobat 8 standard version --- help please

I have a full version of Acrobat 8 standard. It was working properly. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it and now it will not convert a web page or a word doc or any document to a pdf file. It will let me view a document in adobe and separate it but not to convert one. Any suggestions?

I am sorry, but Acrobat 8 is a very old version and Adobe no more provides the download link for Acrobat 8 standard.

WRT110 works for every website except ONE after login, help please

I have a WRT110 version 1.0
It works for every website, except one. And it works for that one website just fine, until I login. When I enter my username/password it accepts it then redirects me to the companies landing page. I can see that because the URL loading changes and it shows the Title in the page which indicates it connected, but then it just sits there 'loading', in the status bar I see the message: "Waiting for tools.domain.com... to load" or something like that. and it takes like 5 to 10 minutes, no joke, then it loads.
If I connect my computer directly to the modem and bypass the router, then it loads just fine, very fast like everything else.
But then when I re-connect my router and refresh the page, it does it again, takes forever, but I can instanly see the title of the page in the title bar.
It works on every computer that I connect trough the mobile hotspot on my 4G verizon phone. but if it is through the router, every computer takes 5 to 10 minutes. Literrally.
Anyone have this happen to them? If so, how did you fix it?

Try the following settings:
# Open up the browser on the desktop and on the address bar type 192.168.1.1 that will open up the Router setup page…
# Lower the MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) from 1500 to 1400 or less (usually found on your router's main/ basic setup page)
# Then click on Security tab disable SPI Firewall Protection, uncheck Filter Anonymous Internet Requests...
Now check the connectivity status.

Yes under singapore downloads page. Firmware version is .00.02 It is kinda of surprising the firmware has not undergo any updates since the version that came bundled with the player in the box. Zen firmware is less buggy than others?
Make me wonder are all firmware of all models written by the same engineer team? If it is not, I guess I know why certain model firmware always have problems and updates whereas some remain unchanged since launch :smileytongue:

Emailed note, but phone sent the old version. help please!

I emailed a note to myself but it emailed an old version, and now the newer version has disappeared and isn't available on my iphone. How can I recover the newer note?

It doesn't say any name... Just the number of notes, and then lists the notes below. I'm referring to the yellow notepad app that comes standard on the iphone.
For background, I had tried to email the notes to myself a couple of months ago, but apparently my gmail account wasn't properly synched so it never went through. Then yesterday, I fixed the gmail synching issue and suddenly my phone sent out all the emails that hadn't gone through over the past month or two. So it emailed the notes to me, but it emailed the notes as they stood two months ago. I had made changes since then, but the emailed versions didn't reflect these changes, and now the notes are gone from my list of notes (I thought emailing would send a copy, didn't realize it would totally remove the note from my phone).

Downloading new version of itunes and it crashes my internet. Ipod touch will not run with out new version. Have done many system restores and reset internet settings but still crashes net when i download any version HELP please

Want to use Mac's for public access in public library -- NEED HELP please.

We have a grant to replace all of the computers in our small town public library. I would like to be able to consider Macintosh computers (would Love to, actually) but have not been able to find any information about how to do that.
Biggest issue is "access management". We have a system for PCs that logs on a patron by using their library card number and a PIN. That system then allots them an hour or two to use the computer, times them, warns them when time is running out and so on, and it also manages printer access and charges a few cents per page to print.
We need that for Macs. The software maker gets all attitude about "we have 2000 libraries with PC's and Zero with Macs." ARGH!
Help help help.
Also... please point me to anyone at Apple that knows what a public library is and would like to help us overcome this attitude problem.
We have a grant and can buy the computers. We just need some help to get it done.
