BP Group Hierarchy

Hi,
We are Planning to implement BP Group Hierarchy in CRM
Transaction Code BPH.
I tried to search Help.SAP. com But could not find relevant informaiton.
Do any of you guys have implemeted Bp Group Hierarchy.
My questions are
1)HOw this will be transferred to R/3
2)How does it get ransported to BW.We want to transport to BW for reporting purpose.
If any of you has some idea do let me know

Hi,
The answer to your first question is as follows:
You can build a group hierarchy in CRM system from customer hierarchy in R/3 but reverse is not possible.

Hi Guru's;
I'm looking to load hierarchy of material group in BW.
In the SAP source system the used standard transaction WG21, WG22CLWM for managing retail material group hierarchy.
I suppose that from those transaction there is a BW hierarchy to recover this datas.
I found this datasource 0MATL_GROUP_LKLS_HIER but when i made a test in RSA3 i can't select any hierachy.
Why ? Is there something special for this hierarchy that i need to manage ?

G/L Account Group hierarchy (from KDH3 Controlling)

We need to load the GL Account Group hierarchy from ECC6. It's the version that's displayed by KDH3 (Controlling).
Is there an extractor that can be used for this purpose?

Material Group Hierarchy Level 1 - Description

Hi,
We required Material Group Hierarchy Level 1(0RPA_WGH1) DESCRIPTION. we find data source 0MATL_GRP_1_TEXT to
get description. that standard data source created based on table TVM1T. We did find any data in that table. kindly guide me
how to acheive this.

Report on Material group hierarchy

Dear All,
As we are runnning the report for material group hierarchy, Material
hierarchy is not appering in any of the standard reports like MB51,MB5B
etc.We need to take the report based on material group hierarchy,
Is there any standard report to fetch the Material group Hierarchy,.
How and what configuration needs to be done for mateiral group hierarchy. Any steps.please let me know.

Integrating OM/PA to use as target group hierarchy for web survey

Hi there,
I am planning to use the existing PA and OM structure from R/3 system to be use as the Recipients(Target Group Hierarchy)of the Web Survey/Questionnaire.
Need anyone's advice on how to go about the connection (betw. R/3 and SEM) whether to use RFC or ALE?
Also, I noticed there are 2 transactions to create Web Survey. SURVEY and USUR0. I have been using SURVEY to work on. When does USUR0 is to be used?

I know this question was done long time ago. I am new with surveys.
Did anyone solved the issue? I am facing with the same problem.
I have create by "ubds" transaction the entry for the aplication "UWS_SURVEY_FORM_SERVICE" and the class.
Then in the class via se24, I have created several methods.
When I choose extras -> Target group herarchy-> Import from aplication appears: "No suitable methods were found" .
I dont know how to do it, maybe is because the name of the method is wrong. Should this have any special name?

P&L Report-Account Group Hierarchy -Position of lower nodes above

I define P&L Statement hierarchy in ERP using T Code: KDH2 (account group). The reason why I don't use standard financial statement version is because it can't include cost object /cost element in the hierarchy.
Then I designed a query using Bex Query designer. In row item "account number", I tagged the accoung group as hierarchy and select "position of Lower-level Nodes": above
However, in crystal report, when I recall the database, it is displayed as "higher nodes above." e.g. cost of sales include lower nodes of Material cost and labor cost, it display in Crystal report as:
Cost of Sales                                5000
              Material Cost                        3000
              Labor Cost                           2000
I want it to display as "lower nodes above":
             Material Cost                        3000
             Labor Cost                           2000
Cost of Sales                                5000
I have tried in crystal report desinger- -change group option- sort in original order, in asending, in desending , it doesn't work as "lower node above". (i have to group the account ID)
I don't want to use "sort in specific order" in group option because if it is hard coded, it doesnt faciliate future changes if user changes account group hierarchy in SAP ERP KDH2 (account group).
To sum up, is there anyone can tell me how to show the hierarchy in Crystal Report as "lower node above"?

I find the solution by myselr: just put the account code in crystal report group footer rather than the group header, it will show lower nodes above as
Material cost 2000
Labor cost 3000
Cost of Sales 5000

Issue on profit center group and profit center group hierarchy

I have a requirement where i have profit center,profit center group and profit center group hierarchy.
profit center group and profit center group hierarchy are same?if they are same how to get them into BI.if they are not same how to get them into BI
im using two datasources 2lis_11_vaitm and 2lis_12_vcitm,how to connect the profit center group and profit center group hierarchy with the datasources,My dataflow is on top of these datasources there are two write optimised dso and on top of those w-o dso there are std dso and on top of the std dso there is a infocube.on infocube there is multiprovider

Hi Sivaram,
Profit Center would be an attribute of any object which is used in the 2lis datasources. maybe CO Order or WBS etc...from these objects Profit Center should be or could be made as navigational attribute.
Further you can load the master data and hierarchy from the datasource 0PROFIT_CTR_0106_HIER

Consolidation group Hierarchy - rollup calculation issue?

Hi,
I am facing an issue with my consolidation groups hierarchy (created in SEM BCS).
We have a new conso group hierarchy starting for our plans 2010 : we have new nodes (zones), new leaves (new Business units) and some BUs moved fom one node to another one.
Level 1 ZONE
Level 2 BUSINESS UNIT
(simplified hierarchy since we have sub-zones)
in a Bex report, I fixed this new consolidation group hierarchy in selection (in filters) (to be able to select the new zones, the new Business units etc.)
I can only get figures for one version and one fiscal year/period with this report.
Results :
-When i call a new Business unit, i get the correct figures, but when i call its higher level (the zone), the figures of this new Business unit are not included.
-If i call a new zone, i don't see the proper figures with the sum of its BUs + elimination between the BUs of the zone : i just see the eliminations between its BUs.
I checked the master data synchronization between BCS and BW and everything looks fine.
Has anyone had the same issue? Is there any solution?

Consolidation Group Hierarchy - Change Setting

When I right click to consolidation group hierarchy> display then I get tab of settings where check box
saying there is only one root node is selected. I need to remove this check box but unable to do so.
From where do i remove this checkbox
When I select change then nothing is displayed.
Navigate: master data>cons group> right click and display_con group will open with settings tab
and there need to remove check box which says only one root node. how to remove this ?

I think even it is a system setting we can change it but not getting the way.
when i run transaction
UG_MD_BASE_FIELD and search for Field name
UNIQUE_INDEPFLD, I get ONLY_ONE_ROOT as a base field, when i select this base filed I get multiple options, but unable to figure out which one to select.
Will appreciate if you all can work with me on this issue.

Hi ,
The material group hierarchy and product heirarchy is used in SD of ECC 6.0 . These can be created in Logistics General -> Material Master-> settings for Key fields--> Data Relevant to Sales and Distribution-> 1)
define product categories
2)Define material groups
But If you want to make of use of this in SRM ,I won't think it is available . I guess Probably this is avl for CRM .

I've read some discussions about this theme:

but still I'm sure if it is possible to create a Material Group Hierarchy in SAP ECC or if it is only an IS Retail functionality.

BP Group Hierarchy - Partner determination

Hi gurus,
we have an issue determining the partner function 'Hierarchy Node Partner' on the transaction opportunity.
We have setup a Business Partner Group Hierarchy, and would like to determine the Hierarchy Partner in the Opportunity based on the Prospect. Therefore, we have added the partner function Hierarchy Node Partner to the partner determination procedure. However, we are not succeeding in determining the Hierarchy Partner. Would you know how to setup the determination correctly including the access sequence?

Label Security Group Hierarchy

After reading the LS docs and implementing a test scenario am I a bit puzzled about something that is happening. Possibly I misinterpreted the documentation.
I have a three level tier of groups. The data all belongs at the third tier as groups L3A, L3B, and L3C (names simplified for this example):
L1

L2A L2B
| | \
L3A L3B L3C <- ALL DATA AT THIS LEVEL
I have set up the group hierarchy so that L3A's parent is L2A, etc as show above. All users have the same R/W access.
The L3 users I created to work with the data at the L3 groups work. The users I created with the L2 group to view the L3 group data work. However, the L1 group user cannot see any of the data at the L3 level. If I set the L1 user to view the L2 groups, it can see the data.
So, it seems that the data selected by group permissions are only rolling up one level (L3 to L2 but not L3 via L2 to L1). Is this the intended functionality, or is this a bug (Solaris 10.1.0.2.0 64bit)?

Interlinkage with Group Hierarchy

Hi everybody,
I have a problem with the interlinkage of CAPGROUP_WRITE and CAPGEN_OBJECT_WRITE. Has anybody an idea how to handle the replication to Mobile Sales Clients in this way? I want to have got all Business Partners on my client which are a part of a R/3 Group Hierarchy. Only the highest hierarchy node I tell the client via subscribtion "Partner Group Hierarchy" wich belongs to the replicationobject CAPGROUP_WRITE. We use CRM 3.1 SP4 with Mobile Sales Clients.
I would be pleased if anybody could help me.

I'm trying to do exactly the same thing (except I'm using CRM 4.0 SP8).
For the moment, I've just transformed replication object GROUP_WRITE to intelligent to be able to make an interlinkage and made an interlinkage to test on table SMONODEREL. But the tests are not successful...
