BP Id number validation in CIC

Hi All,
I need to validate some Id_number & id_type (from table BUT0ID) for a Business Partner in CIC, multiple row validation is required before saving the Account data.
Could someone helped me if there is any class for this type of validation and also how to validate multiple rows with themself while saving those records.

Your question is not clear.
Please clarify where exactly you want to put this validation and at which screen. Which multiple rows are you mentioning while confirming the account?

Confirmed serial number valid but when I do set up says not valid

I managed to get a tech on chat who confirmed my serial number for CS6 Master Suite was valid but when I do set up and enter sn it says it is not valid.

Serial Number validation during Delivery Creation itself(PGI-system checks)

Process:
Sales Order PR(Purchase Order) GR( New Serial Numbers are created automatically or manually keyed in)
Once the Goods Receipt is received, we do the (SO) DELIVERYu2014SERIAL NUMBER ASSIGNMENT Post Goods Issue
Issue:
Current Serial Number Profile Management does not do a valid serial number check during DELIVERY CREATION where we do a SERIAL NUMBER ASSIGNMENT.
Only during POST GOODS ISSUE, the check happens for valid serial numbers; this is too late in the game for business as there is a time lag of 3 days from the DELIVERY CREATION and PGI.
Reason being--- We donu2019t check the following u201C Existing Stock Checku201D( which does a serial number validation during delivery creation as well)
SPRO>Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Technical Objects>Serial Number Management>Define Serial Number Profiles
If we check this option, the business requirement to do a valid serial number check does happen during delivery creation, however we cannot create new serial numbers during Purchase Order- GOODS RECEIPT.
QUESTION:
Can we have the system check the valid serial numbers from stock during delivery creation and serial number assignment.
And Also create new serial numbers during Purchase Order- Goods Receipt.

1.In std SAP its not possible to check the serail number during Delivery creation, through enhancement it can be done.
2.During GR for PO serial numbers can be created.

Decimal Number Validation.

I'm working on Interface currently where I need to load data from flat file to db. I use the sql loader to load the data, but before I saved the data I need to validate certain fields. How i can validate do decimal number validation. For an example, 1.11 is valid and 1.111 is invalid (2 decimal level). When i do the validation i need to check the field so it contains 2 decimal points only. If i contains 3 decimal point the data is invalid. Appreciate if anyone can help me with this. Thanks alot.

you need to use WHEN clause functionality in the sql loader - foe examples pls visit -

WHEN clause shud look something like following -
WHEN LENGTH(substr(:columnname,INSTR(:columnname,1,'.')+1,LENGTH(:columnname))) <=2Using above will load only records having one or two digits after the dot [upto 2 decimal]
Assumption - Column name what ever you are choosing shud have only one decimal [one dot]in its designated start and end places.

Adobe Premiere Elements 12. Serial Number Validation

I recently downloaded Adobe Premiere Elements 12. And whenever i open the editor, it shows:
Serial Number Validation
Please connect to the internet to validate your serial number.
I am already connected to wifi. I've been clicking the validate button several times, but still the "serial nunber validation" thing still shows. I have win8 32-bit. Can you please help me? Thanks :-)

I am assuming your download of Premiere Elements was a purchased download rather than the tryout download.
Adobe is the only one to sort out serial number and activation issue.

How do one validate Photoshop 13. (Windows 8) Upon activation, get through to sign in screen, but when doing serial number validation, validate goes round but does not validate. Connect Later is only way out of screen. Checked account but product not listed. Installed with serial number that was sent by Adobe. Have attempted numerous times at different times of the day. On-line connection working.

Have you bothered to do any research at all? Not every app was upgrade to 5.5. Those that weren’t will next be upgraded to CS6.

Purchased and downloaded/installed Captivate 7 but get 'serial number valid but' error

Purchased and downloaded/installed Captivate 7 but get 'serial number valid but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer' error. I have checked serial number, checked that I purchased correct version (7) direct and not an upgrade but the drop down list tha tthe window shows is only previous 6 versions and it is 7 I purchased/installed and is opening.

Captivate thinks you bought an upgrade. Adobe Support will have to help you.
I went through this (with an upgrade) but my qualifying product was also an upgrade, and Adobe didn't list my original product (CP2). So there was no way to put in all the info.
And, just FYI, keep that serial number handy. Even after Adobe Support fixed my Captivate so that it will run, every once in awhile...for no apparent reason...Captivate will start in "trial" mode and I have to re-enter the serial number. It always works after I do that. But, it's a pain so I now keep the serial number posted on my bulletin board for handy reference.

My requirement is to validate the IBAN number (stored in IT 0009) changed by the user via ESS.
Is the IBAN number validation need to be performed based on the employee countr key, BANK key and account number or simply based on the IBAN number entered by the user?
Any BAPI to perform the validation for IBAN number?

I already registered my premiere elements online but it still asks for serial number validation and I cannot get into the program.

I sign in with my adobe username/login info and then it asks for my serial number validation which I have gone online to enter. It says the product is validated online but when I try to get into the program it still asks to connect to the internet to validate your serial number...

If you had made a search in this forum you would have found the answer many times. You have to thoroughly delete iWork. It isn't enough to delete the parts you see in the application folder.

Number Validator

I had a need to validate that an input date was in fact a valid date. Eventually I found this function and applied it to my program:

The above code works perfectly for my date validation needs. I now want to create a similar function for validating that an input number is a valid number, and not something like gibberish "fsdhyubsd". So I tried to use the same logic as the date validator, and I made this:

v_number := TO_NUMBER(i_number);
RETURN v_number;

My new number validator is not working. And it's actually causing my date validator to stop working. But back to the number validator. When I type in gibberish, it comes back with an html error "Webpage cannot be found." Not like the sql error I was getting when I was tinkering with the date validator before I got it to work. Is it an easy fix to what I have already tried, or am I way off? Again, the 1st block of code is good, I need tweaking to the 2nd block of code to give me a number validator. Thanks!

Ok, sort of to follow up on this. I think I figured out what was wrong. The variable I was trying to validate was declared as a number. It needed to be that way becuase later on in the program I was performing calculations based on that variable. The number validator function worked fine, but pl/sql was kicking my program out immediately because it was expecting a number as the input.
So, I had to change my initial input variable to a varchar2. But that was messing with my calculations later on, so I had to re-declare the variable it would do calculations to a different name as a number variable. Then assign the varchar2 variable to the new number variable so the program could do the calculations.
So finally, a varchar2 variable is used to do the number validation and a number variable is used for the rest of the program.
Now I'm left with one final decision. All 3 of the number validators work. Which one should I use? Like I said, they all work, but which one seems to have the "best code"?

Tax Number Validation in BP transaction

I'm working on a validation in Tax Number 1 field in transaction code BP when creating Business Partner. I have read that you have to create a custom FM and make your validations there and use FM 'BUS_MESSAGE_STORE' to raise an error message and put that FM in BUS3. My problem is that my custom FM cannot capture the Tax Number 1 values i want to validate. I already used FM 'DYNP_VALUES_READ' but does not able to get the value of Tax Number 1. Please help.
