BP role created in Web UI not replicated at the GUI level

Hi ,
When a  BP is created with roles like- Prospect or Customer in the webclient UI, the same is not replicated at the GUI level.
only General Partner data is being created.
Advice on what could be the possible issue.

Thank you for the response.
The issue is this, when a Account is created in Webclient UI with role as customer or prospect, the same role is
got being generated or saved in the table BUT100 only general data is available for any partner in the table.
where as BP role at the Webclient level is populating with the right BP role.

    Hello Caíque,
    please go to the ADS of the Exchange Server and there provide the
    GWCoonnector with full rights or owner permission to the mailboxes of althose users for whom you want to perform the integration.

    Hi Anamika, thank you for your reply.
    After installing the groupware connector 2.1 we are facing a new
    problem.
    The groupware connector is going to CRM to extract the task that I have
    been created, but in application log I can see an error. The error
    is "ERR:5003 MAPI default folder not available: TASK."
    This folder is created an the permissions to the connection user to MS
    exchange is ok.
    What steps do I have to perform to solve this issue?

    Can you please install CDO 1.2.1 if you are using Ex 2007 and outlook inthe system where you are trying to install CRM Connector.
    In case you are using Ex 2003 please install Outlook along with the
    CDO component in the system where you want to install CRM COnnector.

  • Worksets not visible in the top level navigation

    Hi all,
                 I installed ESS business package and.ESS 600 sp08.Everything is fine but the worksets of the ESS role are not coming in the top level navigation (2nd level).They are visible in the detailed navigation.
    I checked the option in the worksets .
    the property invisible in navaigation area .It is set to No.So no issues.
    Still it is not visible
    Any clues please.

    As Rightly said
    1)  First copy ESS folder created in "Content provided by SAP" under "Portal Content".
    2)  Copy standard ESS Role for u r customization
    3)  Open Custom Role "Employee Self Service"
    4)  Property Category : Navigation
    5)  Check Entry Point property
    It shuld be NO for Role but It shuld be YES for Workset ESS under it as per standard then Its Fine
    6)  Then Assign this role to u r User thru UserAdmin
    7)  Refresh
    It shuld work !!!!

    This error can have several reasons:
    The segment E1RSHND is assigned to a group whose header segment does not occur.
    The segment E1RSHND does not exist in the syntax description of the basic type ZSPB007 (extension ).
    The sequence of segments in the group in which the segment appears is incorrect.
    Previous errors ('mandatory' segment or group missing) may be due to this error.
    Procedure
    Please check the IDoc or the syntax description of the basic type ZSPB007 (extension ).

        i reprocessed the Idoc in BD87 and now the status is 51. Error message in RSA1 is as follows
    Function module not allowed: RSAR_DATA_RECEIVED
    Message no. B1252
    Diagnosis
    The function module RSAR_DATA_RECEIVED and the application object type which were determined are not valid for this IDoc.
    Procedure
    1. Please check that the process code in the inbound partner profile is correct.
    2. If this is the case, you should check the ALE inbound methods ALE inbound methods for the process code and see whether the specified function module and application object type are correct.
    3. If this is also the case, then the function module and the application object type are not permitted for the logical message type, message variant, message function and basis type that are contained in the IDoc control record. You should check whether the correct values have been assigned to these fields in the control record. If they do have the correct values, then the assignment to the function module and the application object type needs to be maintained.

  • Roles created in CUA are not distributing?

      I have configured CUA in my system between 3 clients.when am creating a user it is reflecting in the child systems but where as roles created are not reflecting in the child systems.
    Even i have check in SCUM roles are maintained GLOBALLY.what  may be reason....and how o check the IDOC in WE05?

    A CUA is a 'central user administration'.
    A CUA does not cover a central role administration. Therefore you need to maintain your roles as usual, means locally in each child system of your CUA.
    role assignements ot users can of course been maintained centrally in the central system.

    Check following :
    SMQ1/2 - Inbound/ Outbound Queues in both ERP and CRM system.You can see if there some "stoppes"queues.
    SMW01 - Bdoc messages in CRM - detailed explanation about errors in replication.
    Check if "stop data" flag in table  "CRMRFCPAR" in erp systemis is unchecked.
    Check your filter definitions in R3AC1 trn business object "customer_main" .
    Also check SAP Note 429423 - you have detailed check list for middelware problems.

    Hello all,
    I had created a Local formula in the web analyzer and saved the query as a view. Now, when I open the same view in
    bex analyzer then I cannot find the local formula column; i.e. it is not reflected in the bex analyzer.
    Is this an error or this is not possible?

    If you create the formulo at the web analyzer you will not be able to see it at the bex analyzer. Only if you create at the query designer, so you will be able to see it at the web and bex analyzer.

  • BP Address not replicated with the Premise address in IC-Web during move-in

    Hello,
    When we do the move-in of a BP, the premise address is not maintained as an additional address for BP in CRM and IC Web environments. We see the address being maintained in ECC for the BP, but don't see the same address replicated in CRM and IC Web. Please let me know if we are missing anything.

    Does anyone have any inputs for the above question.
    One more thing we observed is that, whenever we process a move-in (move-in date 7 days from processing date), the primary address in the BP still remains the old address (this is expected), and we see the new address in the Address overview with the new address validity from Move-in date. After 7 days, when the service address becomes the primary address for the BP (This happens after the move-in date), the address in the address tab is replaced with the service address and now this changed address is replicated into CRM. At this time we also see 2 addresses in the overview tab in both CRM and ECC.
    To test this scenario, we processed a move-in with a prior date (Move-in date equal to current date or prior date), we found that the BP address is replaced with the service (premise address) and we see 2 addresses in address overview tab. Now we see the same being replicated in CRM.
      Now my question is, how can we make sure that even if the new address has validity for a post date, CRM will show 2  addresses in address overview tab.

    Folks, my web site that was designed with PHP language in Dreamweaver CS4 is not viewable on the Internet and I need help on how to fix this problem from any one that could help me resolve this issue. My web site hosts that I tried to use for hosting my web site, could not help me some claimed that they are not web designers. I need help from any one that could help. Please help me get this right.
    As of now, I have cancelled my web host for this reason. What am I doing wrong? Or, what do I need to do that could make it work?

    The next step for you to do is find another web hosting company. One that support PHP, on an Apache webserver. Since you are using the PHP lanuage for development, Apache is a good choice.
    You need to make sure that you define your site correctly in Dreamweaver once you have a new hosting company. Then you can use Dreamweaver for your FTP functions, it works well for this. Save a simple file as index.html and "put" it to your webserver and try to view it with your browser.
    Back to your original post above. It is nearly impossible for anyone to help with your question when you don't have a hosting company  for your website.

    Edited: website is still there, it looks like your default document type is not set, or you not allowed to use PHP (contact the hosting company).. Save a simple html file as index.html and see if you can see it.

  • Task not forwarded to the next level

    Dear All ,
    I am having an issue in SRM Shopping Cart approval workflow. The scenario is that the SC has to be approved at 3 levels and after getting approved at the first level the task does not get forwarded to the next level and its unable to fetch any , whereas there are users mainateined and i can see the approvers being fetched when I tried executing the BADI ( BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI),unfortunately this is the isolated case as its working fine for all others. I guess this rules out oll other poosiblities of agent determination logic, task's agent assignment, swu_obuf , or swi1_rule. I am sure something is wrong with the user attributes but not able to zero to the root cause. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Also, if you can replicate it on the dev environment.Change the WF-BATCH user temporary to dialog and place an external break-point in the badi implementation for WF-BATCH user.
    Now create a shopping cart and check in debugging what causes it to not retrieve agents.

  • Release Management 2013 Server Web Site throwing "Data at the root level is invalid..." error after applying RM 2013 Update 4

    I upgraded our RM Server from 2013 Update 2 to Update 4. During smoke testing, I discovered that the RM approval website would get stuck and display a loading wheel when showing the list of releases. After rebooting the server and uninstalling and reinstalling,

  • I am not happy with the GUI changes in Firefox 4+ versions

    Please consider not making incomprehensible changes to the GUI. My "Home" icon has been in the same spot for 20 years. I had to revert to 3.6.4 to move it back.
    While I'm in rant mode, rejecting any suggestion from a user who isn't using the latest version suggests complete idiocy.
    Oh, and I'm still waiting for one of my first half dozen requests for my "confirmation" email to arrive. I had to register again to get here.
    On the bright side, FF support rivals that of the largest corporations in the US.

    You did not need to go back at all, Firefox is customizable, and you should have taken care of that part yourself. But you can do a lot more than what you mentioned -- here is how to make the current Firefox 5.0 look like Firefox 3.6.19 or Firefox 3.6.4 for that matter though you should not have gone back earlier than 3.6.19.

  • Role created in ERM is not appearing in CUP request for assignment-GRC 10.0

    Hi,
    We are on GRC 10.0 - SP5
    We have created a role in ERM and it was succesfully created in backend system. However when we tried to assign the same role using CUP request - the role is not appearing.
    1) Do we need to upload roles for CUP  in GRC 10.0 (similar to 5.3) to populate. Will the role doesnot automatically appears in GRC database for CUP as it is created through ERM?
    2) If the roles are imported in ERM with role owner information, does the same reflects for CUP also for role owner approver assignments?
