BPEL not initiating with Email attachment

Hi all,
I am trying to initiate a bpel process based on email by following the link below:

I have succeeded in initiating the bpel process with email, following this link.
But my problem is that, whenever I am sending email with attachment, my BPEL process is not initiating.
My BPEL process is initiating only when the email is received in the inbox without attachment.
The attachment which I am sending is very small in size, like 500 bytes.
For this, I also tried increasing the heartbeatinterval to 240 in bpel.xml activation agent code, but no luck.
I dont have any clues about what is happening.
Any solutions?
I am using :
Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3
SOA Suite 10.1.3.3
Please help me out.

Acrobat can not open pdf email attachment

Acrobat 8 Professional. A user gets this error message when he tries to open up a pdf email attachment: "Acrobat could not open <File Name> because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)." I can open up the attachment without any issues. Anybody else have this issue?

Yes, Ron Green here at the NYS Insurance Department. I now have two clients and counting that have somewhat of an identical problem.
Client #1 has Adobe 8 Professional installed on his pc which is running Widnows XP Professsional. Files are scanned using a XEROX MFP network scanner and client is able to open those scanned documents within adobe and then saves them to a network share. Problem arises whenever he attempts to attach the saved document to another application. Once he attempts viewing the scanned document at that point Adobe blows up with the same error message stating the file is corrupt.
Client #2 has Adobe 9 Reader but is still able to follow the same network scanning scenario aforementioned but encounters the exact same problem when attempting to attach the scanned PDF documents.
Is there any type of fix out there for this???

Help with email attachment

I am trying to open an email attachment in adobe reader but it won't let me. It has a padlock on it.

When you say "It won't let me", what exactly do you mean? What exact steps are you taking, starting with the email application, and at what point do you get to the "it won't let me" condition?

Contacts not working with email

I recenlty ugraded to OX Mavericks adn now my Contacts do not work with Mail.

I am having this same problem. I click the + in the To field and my contact drop down appears. I select my group and it will not poplulate the To field. I never had this problem before Maverick
My contacts are in icloud. not sure if this is the reason it won't work.
I can type in an individual name.. but i need to use a group. Did you ever get this figured out?

BESX SP3 MR6 - Email attachments are now ALWAYS Auto-download - not good with duplicate attachment names

Does anybody else see where email attachments are now always auto-download on all devices. The policy option was phased out in 5.0 but the default at that time was no (to auto-download). Now they all auto-download.
1. PDF will not display because they must stay as attachment to render on Blackberry device. Says
“This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device”
2. Phone messages attached as voicemail.wav - first one works, but since no longer the "Preview" option second says "Fielname exists - Rename?" Some devcies you can save and go back - others you can't.

Surely there's an expert on this forum who can help?

Date Field not initialized with DBDATETIME/DBDATE

I have form in oracle 9i(I also attached calender provided as PJC on oracle's site) with one field of date type with the Initial value of $$dbdate$$/$$dbdatetime$$
but at the time of run this field doesnot inialized as it should be with the current date and time, some one plz help me.

hi.
i have a feeling that upon execution, the focus of the form is set to start with that particular field. Thus causing the initial value to be cleared of. Try to navigate to another block other than the one with your date field at the start.
This is how i fixed it when i had the same problem. This may/may not work.

Can not login with email address and password registered with HP

I set up an eprint D110 at another location. I am trying to send to that printer. I can not login to eprint with the email address and password that I set up. What do I do now?

Hi there, are you having trouble logging into the ePrint Center at this point (see the image below)?
If so, you can click on the Forgotten your password link where you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address you used to setup your ePrint Center account. If you can't remember the e-mail you used to setup the account you can do the following:
From the display on your printers front panel remove web services by clicking Setup>Wireless>Web Services
Once this is done, re-enable web services by following the same path. The printer should print an information sheet once you've re-enabled web services. This sheet will contain a new printer code.
In ePrint Center click the Sign-In button and then select the Sign Up option at the top of the box
Go ahead and setup a new ePC account and when prompted enter the new printer code from the information sheet
Your printer is now no longer attached to your old ePC account and will show up in the Printers section of your new account.
Just be aware that the printer now has a new e-mail address so if you've shared the previous address with family or friends you'll need to let them now the new one.

NVision Report not generated with email option in the Run Report page

Hi ,
I want to send the nvision reports through email to the users, I tried it by setting the email option in the drop down of the "Type" after giving "Run Report" and then specifying the email ids. The issue is i am getting emails , but the report is not generated which otherwise generates, and hence no attachement is seen on the email .
Anybody faced this issue ?? Please help

Fascinate will not connect with email server 3-5 hours per day.

All the features on the phone; text messaging, internet browsing and the phone(coming and going) work well and quickly but my email problem is driving me nuts.
I live in Williamsburg VA and have been back to the main store several times without luck. I've been on the phone with the 800# techs at Verizon, and while they try to help, still have the problem. They have reset the phone, manually walked me through the reset process-- similar to the automatically mode by dialing *228, #1.
Regardless if I'm on the 3G network or WiFi(both showing 3 bars) I receive no email several time a day for up to 5 hours - -this is even though my home computer is getting them. I run a small business and the lost message are killing me.
I'm open for any suggestions

I'm having the same issue -check the laptop or PC and the inbox is filled with new emails, yet no new emails on the Fascinate......sometimes no new messages for 12-15hrs. Tried soft reboots, deleting the email accounts and re-installing, updating roaming and still no timely emails incoming. Spent 1hr 47min with Verizon and Samsung tech support for this very problem. Bottom line per Samsung tech support -Droid Operating Platform (OS) is designed to run Gmail in 'real time' and any other ISP can take up to 2 days to hit your inbox. Droid considers this perfectly acceptable. Samsung tech support said to Google (not on your phone) 'droid apps' and then research apps for email. He said to look only at those with a 5 star rating and with 100 ratings or more. When asked if he could save me the time and hassle of researching and just tell me a good app, he couldn't - he could lose his job. He was sympathetic and agreed it was **bleep**.
Another tip he gave was to delete your email accounts BEFORE downloading an email app. Once the app is downloaded re-install your email account(s). Doing it otherwise will confuse the OS and you'll have the same lag time issues of incoming email.
I'm going to try K 9 app based on research reviews.

Hotmail not syncing with email account on computer

I can't for the life of me figure out how to sync my hotmail that I sign in on the web, to my mail account on my actual computer. I get it to sync, but then when I delete something on the hotmail account through the webpage, it does not delete on the mail account on my computer. So l'm left with 100's of emails that I've already read or deleted back onto my email account with the computer. Any ideas? What's strange is that I've linked it to my iphone, and the iphone works just great. When I delete something off of there, it deletes it on my web account with hotmail. Need help please.

Problem with Email attachment

Hi,
I am using the method add_attachment, to add attachments to my Email.
The mail is being triggered successfully with the attachments, but with the following problems:
a. The attachment is being populated with incomplete data.

Although it_attach[] has all the data in it, the data in the attachment is incomplete.
Is there a limit on the attachment size? How can this be increased.

IPhone Notes syncing with email???

I have two email accounts on my iPhone, one is me.com and the other is my colleges email account which uses gmail. Why is it that when I sync my iPhone with iTunes my notes always show up in my school's email inbox in Mail? I don't actually see the note(s) in my actual inbox, only in the inbox in Mail app.

Thank you for the fix, I've forever lost many, many important notes before I noticed they weren't saving. Furious at apple for changing the settngs but at least I've caught it now.

Force IMAP, not POP, with Email Client?

Hello there.
Wondering if the community can help me out at all. First time poster. My old GMac died a few weeks ago and I have upgraded to a Mac Book Pro. I have been attempting to set up Mac Mail to handle my speakeasy.net email, but I am not having much luck. It is creating the account, but it is making it a POP server, rather than IMAP, so none of my folders are migrating, emails aren't deleting, etc.
The way Mac Mac is set up with Lion, it does not look like there is any sort of "override" with the server choices.
And the odd thing is is that speakeasy.net is successfully installed as IMAP on my iPhone; the settings all look the same, but for some reason the iPhone seems to have a bit more "control" than Mac Mail does.
Speakeasy used to be incredibly helpful and hands-on, but things have changed and I have not had any help with them at all. So I thought I would venture here.

Help with email attachment of keynote presentation

Hi, I have just spent a significant amount of time doing a presentation on keynote. I am trying to email it to myself to access it tommorrow. However everytime I attempt to do it, it states that safari can not open the page. Any advice! I thank you in advance.

I would suggest compressing (aka archiving) the file -- select it in the Finder, then under the File menu choose "Compress" (Leopard) or "Archive" (Tiger).
