BPEL PM 10.1.2 olite corrupted after installation of BPEL PM 10.1.3

Hi All,
After installing BPEL PM 10.1.3 on machine already having BPEL PM 10.1.2, I am now unable to access the olite database through connection which I made in Oracle Jdev.
Any idea whether the new olite database have overridden the previous version of olite. I hope its just connection issue and older olite database is not corrupted.
Any insights on this/ how to restore previous olite will be of immense help.

[CORRUPTION] data corruption after installation of SATA RAid-1

I have a very weird problem since I installed 2 Seagate SATA harddisks in RAID-1 on the onboard RAID controller VT8237.
After the installation my primary Western Digital HD (IDE) got "corrupted", could not start Windows XP anymore and I noticed a "terrible slow down" of datatransfer between harddisks. I have been searching the web but could not found the same problem.
Can someone please give any hints on how to solve the problem? See signature for configuration.
voltages (bios healtmonitor):
+12V: 11,67V
+5V: 5,06V
BIOS Settings:
VT8237 PATA-IDE controller: enabled
VT8237 SATA-IDE controller: enabled
V-Link Data 2X Support: enabled
Boot sequence: only boot for IDE-1
Important remarks:
1. When I disable VT8237 SATA-IDE, making a backup with norton ghost from the corrupted HD is really much faster than when it's enabled. I think that from the moment it's enabled, data corruption starts.
2. Before enabling SAtA, everything was working fine.
3. could it be that V-Link Data 2X Support is giving problems?
4. Should I go for an external PCI sata card with raid support to solve all my problems?
I really would appreciate if someone could give some hints on how to solve the problem.

Sharepoint 2013 (On-Premises): New Access Apps are corrupted after installation of language pack

Hi,
1) I installed the english version of SharePoint2013 Server.
2) I created a new Access App (after configuration of SharePoint Apps Environment), so it worked well.
3) I installed the german language pack for SharePoint2013 Server.
4) I created a second Access App ... and here the Problem has started:
4a) ... when I start the second Access App this view appears (you can see the broken icon for "Settings" in the upper left corner):
4b) ... when I customize the second Access App then all styles within Access 2013 are broken:
4c) ... but when I start (or customize) the first Access Web then everything works fine.
I've been logged in as Administrator all the time.
Has anybody a solution for this issue?

I am running the latest iTunes, the latest updates to the OS and on an iMac 3.4GHz Quad core i7 with 8GB of RAM and the music stored on local HDD.
Still locks up iTunes for between 2 minutes up to 20 minutes.
Really annoying.
If you find a fix please, please let me know, I have just been throwing hardware at it with no joy at all

Hard drive is corrupt after i repair it

My hard drive reads corrupt after I repair it. I restart it, hit C, and open it with a startup disk, then repair and restart it. After a while, when I verify my disk, it says that is corrupt, AGAIN!!

I'm running a mac pro dual core 2 2.66 intel xeon processor, with 16GB of memory My operating system is 10.6,8

So you should have already made a couple backups, always have a spare bootable system drive, and in some cases zero it all - takes couple hours, and not use it except as spare extra backup.
Getting files off your drive now but don't use it,, install OS to a new drive (pull the old one in fact temporary) and you may want to use checksum on all file copies, and for any files not on backup sets try best you can and if you still need help, then turn to Data Rescue 3.
I would not use a DVD to do repairs, even if it is 10.6.0 or 10.6.3. I would use a clean small system drive with 10.6.8 (takes less than 30GB, even down to 16GB if careful) "emergency boot drive" used only for system maintenance and repairs.
And if you had Lion, you don't, but, I would use Recovery Mode AND have that also cloned to another drive, using Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC).

OS X partition becomes corrupt after switching from Bootcamp

So I've had to reinstall os x 10.9.1 no less than three times this week and multiple times before in the past after switching between os x and windows 8.1. This usually happens after I've been using windows for a prolonged period then switch back to os x but it happened today after reinstalling os x from a time machine backup just yesterday. I'll switch between the two and os x becomes corrupt and begins the loading bar sequence after selecting the os x partition via the refit boot manager. I tried repairing the partition using disk utility from the repair partition and an external installation of os x 10.9.1 but every time the disk becomes corrupt and needs to be wiped and reinstalled or install a time machine backup. I've lost count of how many times I've had to do this and to make things even worse both of my external disks have become corrupt after being disconnected for two days while I sort this mess out. Does anyone else have similar issues or can locate an issue somewhere?

Yeah I reinstalled osx 10.9.1 and installed all my apps, put everything back then used bootcamp to create a partition for windows then used wineclone to install my windows 8.1 backup. I jumped from windows > osx > windows > osx inside an hour to move around a few things and I forgot verify bootcamp after I installed the backup and that last time I booted to osx it was corrupted. I used disk utility from my external installation and the recovery partition and both times they need repaired which only came up with the backup and wipe notification window. There have been two occasions where I was able to fix the osx partition from my external osx installation and continue using osx quite perfectly but usually the partition becomes un-mountable after it fails to repair. Usually when this has happened the twenty something times before it's after a prolonged period of a few weeks using windows.
I'm using refit boot manager and paragon NTFS 11 which may be the only software I've installed that could be corrupting the boot.

JPG files become corrupt after Exporting in LR 3

Does anyone have any idea what would cause
my JPG files to be corrupt after I export my edited Raw images in LR3? There are no problems with the Raw file, but once I edit them, apply what ever settings to them in LR I need, I export them as JPG to the same hard drive but in a sub folder where the raw files are, they will not open in photoshop or anywhere else. They are corrupt or lacking data???? When I upload them to my proofing website, there are colored streaks all through the image. Now, I noticed that when I go into that folder of RAW images, and delete the .xmp files, I have to start over, but it fixes the problem. So, now, I can't use .xmp sidecar files to save my editing. I'm fairly new to LR, so any suggestions would be great. I did recently upgrade my system to OS windows 7. Everythign was fine till I had to reinstall everything on my computer...and I also changed hard drives. I upgraded to a Terabyte drive moving all my images from a 500G to the terabyte. Could that cause my sidecar files to be corrupted?????

I doubt that the XMP files have anything to do with this, as Lightroom doesn't use these files when it creates an exported file.
It sounds like your hardware may be the culprit; these types of corrupt files are often caused by a failing hard drive. Some corruption may have happened in the transfer from one hard drive to another; or the new hard drive has some sort of problem.
Can you hook up the old hard drive again and see what happens to the photos there? Open one of them and compare it to the photo on the new hard drive.

E4500 firmware corrupt after power outage

Latest firmware with CCC corrupted after power outage. I reseet the e4500 several times and tried to reload the firmware and still no good. Only way I got it back up is to install the older non-CCC version 2.37. Strange all was fine until the power outage. Not sure if I should even bother to upgrade to 2.38 again.

Yes, power outages may caused some damage either on the hardware or software of the any device especially if there's some activity going on inside the device the time of the interruption. If everything is fine with the old version then there's really no need to update it but if you've noticed some issues, better upgrade to the newer version so to fix any problems.

The password file is getting corrupted after rebooting the standby database

Hi,
The password file is getting corrupted after rebooting the standby database.
Since the databases are not in sync, I had to copy the pwfile from primary to standby to make 'em sync.
(BUT.... the pwfile is not getting corrupted every time I reboot the standby by)
Could somebody please explain the reason for the pwfile on the standby database getting corrupted while rebooting ?

Photoshop CS5.1 file corrupted after crash

I had spent my artwork for many days with so many effort and time, and it has been corrupted after a computer crash (not PSD crash). I am using Windows 7.
What happened after: 1 black layer (around 59 MB)
What happened before: Had multiple saves, 15+ layers (so why it is not back to the latest save?)
I tried: Previews in PSD, Bridge, using recovery programs (none worked), hex editor, searched for temp./restore previous version files (none)
Please tell me how to recover this file. I know that I will create backups next time, but please help me with this issue (can't find solution anywhere else e.g. articles)

Have you the Shadow Copy option enabled? When yes you can try a right click on the appropriate file an the click on "Previous versions". If there's nothing, I'll see no chance.

System-jazn-data.xml corruption after few ADF Application Deployments in Weblogic 11g

We have been facing issues of system-jazn-data.xml getting corrupted after deploying some ADF Applications causing impact on other deployed applications accessibility. As a work around, we need un-deploy the application and restore the template jazn file and bounce Admin and Managed Servers and then re-deploy the application. Anyone faced this issue? Is the root cause identified and a solution to this issue.

We faced similar issues after deploying new applications and bouncing the manager servers, but not with "system-jazn-data.xm" though. Suggest to check with oracle(SR), they would come up with a more appropriate solution/work around.

Imported images from my iPhone became corrupted after importing.

I Imported images from my iPhone and they became corrupted after importing. They appeared fine just after import, so I unfortunately erased my phone. When I reopened the aperture project where they were stored they had streaks, some were only partially visible, and others had no image just an exclaimation point with the words "incompatible file". thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.

What you describe are very typical symptoms: You import; the images look to be o.k.; you go ahead and delete them. The problem is that during the import you only see the previews created by your camera, not the actual images you are importing. When you afterwards try to edit or to enlarge the images Aperture will recreate its own, better previews and needs to access the original master image files. If Aperture cannot find the master image files or cannot open them, you may see warnings (unsupported) or corrupted thumbnails. Only then you will notice if the images have been imported correctly, and that may be too late, if you deleted the images from your camera.
How did you import? Are the imported master image files managed or referenced, i.e. included in the Aperture Library or referenced outside?
I'd suggest you look directly at the master image files to check if they are o.k. and can be read by other applications.
If your master image files are managed you'll find the images in the Aperture Library by right-clicking the Aperture Library package and selecting "Show Package Contents". Then Browse the folder "Masters". The master image files are stored in subfolders organized by the date of the import session.
If your master image files are referenced, open the folder where you told Aperture to move them to.
Check for two things:
Have all your images really been imported?
What is the format and the state of the images? Try to open the images with Preview, or any other image editor you have and check if they really are corrupted, or if only Aperture has a problem to access them.
If all your images are there, but Aperture cannot access them, your Aperture library may need fixing.
Back up your Aperture library (just a precaution) and use the Aperture Library First Aid Tools to repair the permissions or/and to repair the database; see this section of the Aperture 3 User Manual on how to do that: Repairing and Rebuilding Your Aperture Library
If repairing and rebuilding did not help, but you found the original masters and can read them, then copy them to a location outside Aperture and try to convert them to another file format with Preview or another application that can read them. Then try again to import those files to Aperture.

Loginwindow.plist gets corrupted after a restart

I have an installer package that, aside from installing components, modifies the loginwindow.plist such that it adds entries for my components. The installer works fine on Tiger and Panther OSes btw.
However, on Leopard, the loginwindow.plist file gets corrupted after a restart. As a result, the components which I have added in the plist do not run automatically - rendering them useless to the user unless it is manually launched/run.
Deleting the file and installing my own loginwindow.plist file solves the problem but this isn't an ideal solution.
Is the loginwindow issue a known OS issue? Has there been a change with the loginwindow.plist format for Leopard such that modifications need to follow a certain text encoding? Can anyone provide solutions as to how this issue can be avoided?

The .plist is in your user library.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist.
After you remove it, you need to restart.

How to see out put after Transform in BPEL process

Is there some way in 11 G "BPEL" process manager, to see the output after "transform".
I am using "transform" to map data, however unable to see what is going in the output

Yes I was seeing the flow only, however if I click on "transform" activity, I dont see any thing more then
"updated output variable x", is there some other view where we can see, what values got updated in the output variable,
I am asking this because lot of logic goes while transforming the variables which creates lot of errors, so how to check
what variables are going in the output of the transform variable.

I dont remember if I installed windows 7 with bootcamp and USB or with bootcamp and the win7 cd. (64 Ultimate Original FUll)
For couple of months it seemed to work good except random freeze for 10 sec, or 20sec.
In the mean time I upgraded to Lion and installed all the updates.
THe point is that after a while a started to receive in windows a lot of atapi error on port1 IDE. and freezes appears every 30 second i used the the disk even for saving a txt file.
I tried to installed win7 again (now it is possible only with disk) but 70% of the cases I get winload.exe error.
I burn the ISO 2X and even 1X may 10 times and verified the checksum of the iso.

In the other 30% i can conclude the installation, files becomes corrupted after a while.especially after windows update.
So I decided to format macHD reinstall the original MACOS.. Tried to use boot camp but every time some files is or will be corrupted in a few reboot.
I used memtest in mac and in win for 15 timess! and checked the disk and problem are found.
SOme time even in macos it freezes for a few seconds when I increase/decrase volume by f11 f12 buttons.
So I think that the problem is the MB, or the disk controller.
Any hint? Does Apple substitute the MB or I have to put the mbp in the garbage?!

I had to format the drive and reinstalled snow leopard then update to Lion.
Reinstalled Win 7 it works (but if i remove windows with bootcamp and a re create e new partition and a new win installation i got error winload.exe.. ant I need to format again mac disk.
Now I think to know the reason of corruption in files.. I found a lot of atapi error on event viwer in Win7.
My disk is SSD APPLE SSD TS256C ATA Device.
My Graphics is the integrated one Intel, NOT Nvidia.
The problem of corruption is caused by ( i guess) the following msg in event viewer of win7
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort0.
I have hundreds of this errors!.
In DEVICE MANAGER In
IDE ATA/ATAPI controller I have
ATA Channel 0 -> Target Id 0 ->Device type Ata Disk-> Current Model Ultra DMA Mode 5
ATA Channel 0 -> Target Id 1 ->Device type ATAPI Cdrom/-> Current Model Ultra DMA Mode 5
Device properties Enable DMA is selected. on both
ON Ata Channel 1 there is nothing

Can you kindly help to solve this? I Think that in a few hours I will be not able to run win7 again.
I had to repair disk with chkdsk because of corrupted files ( i guess Apple Software..it did not start). I download the windows support file with bootcamp , but I tried the ones on Mac DVD but still atapi errors!)
Is the driver controller? The disk or the controller that is damaged?
