BPM table issue Housekeeping
Hi,
Two tables BC_BPEM_BL_ENTRY and BPEM_MAIL_BL_AT occupied more space in BPM system. What is the use of those table? Is there any possiablites of housekeeping those table BASIS perscpective.

BC_BPEM_BL_ENTRY table contains business logs information.
Refer: 1894457 - Table BC_BPEM_BL_ENTRY is growing rapidly
You can archive logs once you have followed the above note.

It created successfully using SQL Developer
Here is the issue.
It is not loading the records, where fields are enclosed in '"' (Rec # 2,3,4,7)
It is loading all NULL value record (Rec # 6)
*** If we remove the '"' from input data, it loads all records including all NULL records
Log file has
KUP-04021: field formatting error for field P_NAME
KUP-04036: second enclosing delimiter not found
KUP-04101: record 2 rejected in file ....
Our questions
Why did "REJECT ROWS WITH ALL NULL FIELDS" not working?
Why did Terminated by "," OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY '"' not working?
Any idea?

This line covers all fields:
FIELDS TERMINATED BY "," OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY '"'
{code}
So I would change the field list to:
{code}
DATE1 CHAR (10),
DATE2 CHAR (10),
POL_PRTY CHAR (30),
P_NAME CHAR (30),
P_ROLE CHAR (5)

Note that I had to interchange the two lines:
MISSING FIELD VALUES ARE NULL
REJECT ROWS WITH ALL NULL FIELDS
Just to get the access parameters to parse correctly.
I added two empty lines, one in the middle and one at the end - both were rejected.

Merging files using BPM-Prod Issue - JDBC to File.
Hi all,
We had a scenario in which data is available in two database tables and that data needs to be merged and dropped in a File system.
To meet this requirement we have developed a BPM with constant correlation and it was working fine.
But some days one file wont get generated as the JDBC adapters are polling the DB tables based on date.So there are chances that records wont be present in DB for that particular date and file may not be created.So if only one file is generated my entire business scenario fails as the fork step used to merge two files will not be completed.
The records which is pulled from DB table is based on data an i have written UDF based on these dates.
Could someone help me in finding a solution.

I have included a deadline and exception branch in my scenario and it seems to be working fine.Need to do some more testing in this regard.
But i have one doubt regarding this issue.In the transformation step i have used multi message mapping where i have mentioned the occurrence of both input messages as 1. I was expecting this scenario to throw an error at transformation step (since only one message was given as input )once i have made the changes but surprisingly it didnt happen.Could you pls tell me why this didnt happen..

i created bpm with block step in that i was used deadline exception branch, while testing the message was processed successfully but message also going to excetion and deadline branch and creating alerts.(but there no exception found).i gave the deadline branch processing time is 2 mins and i created alert in exception branch but getting any error its going to exceptio branch.please can anyone help in the issue.

as already explained via another communication channel I think the collector is working perfectly fine. Be aware that, like most other Procurement collectors, we are checking on line item level and not only on document level. As your example shows ONLY line item 20 is created without PR reference. But your screenshot of the document itself shows line item 10 which is created with a PR reference and hence was not in our output list. Also a look in table EKPO shows that one item was created with reference and the other wasnu2019t.

BPM Alert Issue - P.O Created withour ref to Purch Req
Hi,
Has anyone else had any issues with the BPM alert "P.o's created without ref to a P.O";? It seems to be reporting incorrectly - it gives us sometimes P.O that were in fact created with ref to a purch req.
I've raised an OSS for this with Sap - although I'm still awaiting a response...Has anyone had the same issue described above?

1. When desc table, sometimes only the first field is shown:

By default, read only table should take selected row as current row as long as we have
selectedRowKeys & selectionListener within table definition. But, it doesn't, why?

Adf table issue on 1st selection,from 2nd selection all works. Please help !!!
I am using Jdev 11.1.1.4.0 .
I have a table which consists of 2 check box and a button plus other data. Now the problem is when we select the table/check box for the 1st time the table events behave unusally.
When I click the check box for the 1st time it gets unchecked.
But from 2nd selection everything works as expected. I am not pasting all columns of the table , if you ppl need them i'll paste it too.
Please feel free to ask any details you need, I am giving as much as possible from my side.
Note:- I have implemented paginaton so I had to use rangeSet ,cant use CollectionModel to do that.

Accrual Formula Archive Table Issue?
Hello Experts,
I customized PTO_PAYROLL_BALANCE_CALCULATION as per our business requirment. High Level of the plan- It is based on the overtime an employee works per pay period and depending on overtime worked an employee gets time and half times. For example if the emp works 12 hours he accrues 18 hours of benefit time(formula calculating fine). To meet the business requirment we included employees who are hired in the mid of the pay period , here the issue is when the archive process is run
We are unable to populate the employee's period accural(acrrued in a particular pay period) and if we populate the period accrual we are unable to process period accrual for an employee terminated in middle of the pay period. The requirement is to populate both in the archive table. ie to include both period accrual and mid pay period terminated employees.

Please help me ASAP with the following issue, as this is Production problem:
We are using BPM Collect pattern using time to collect IDocs into a file. For small # of IDocs (upto 1500 messages) this is working fine.
For a load of 3000 IDocs (materials), when the time is set to 2hrs, almost 90% of messages are turning to "message ready to send" on outbound side. Approximately after 1:45hrs, these messages are turning to error on outbound side. The remaining messages are with status "message scheduled on outbound side". There are no messages in the queues. There are no messages with errors to restart in transaction SXMB_IFR_BPE

Rama, it's recommended to have both parameters and to put your Max. nbr to 200 for instance.
Else, if you don't have such a parameter, when XI will receive 10.000 Idocs (or more) your BPM will wait and wait that all Idocs arrive.... before to begin your mapping / routing process.

Hi,
I have a problem regarding the database connection of my module in BPM. In local machine, the database of the application is visible and the queries are working fine. However, in the actual environment it throws exception stating the following statement:
fuego.components.SQLException [BEA][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle] ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.
What surprises me is that I only use the same username on accessing the database.
This is really weird for me, I'm out of ideas on how to solve this one, hope someone can rescue me.

Write to text file while scrolling table issue
Hi all,
I have a LabVIEW application that logs data using 'write to text file' every second. This is a bckground task in a sub-VI. On the main screen I have several tables that have scrollbars. Every time the file is written the scrolling of a table is effectivley canceled. It is then necessary to click on the scrollbar again to re-start scrolling the table. I guess this is an issue with the OS but not sure yet. I have not tested other operating systems yet. I thought I would try the forum first. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on how to fix this?
I have tried using list boxes instead of tables but the same issue exists.
I'm using windows 7 and LabVIEW 2011.

But I have created a little test VI that should demonstrate the issue once running on LabVIEW 2011 SP1 and Windows 7. I can't confirm this VI will demonstrate the issue until later today when I can test it on the problem system myself. Feel free to give it a go and let us know what you find, or wait until I confirm the attached VI will demonsrate the issue (10 to 12 hrs time).

External Table - Issues With Special Character.
I have an external table that reads from a fixed length file. The file is expected to contain special characters. In my case the word containing special character is "Göteborg". Because "ö" is a special character, looks like Oracle is considering it as 2 bytes. That causes the trouble. The subsequent fields in the files get shifted by 1 byte thereby messing up the data. Has anyone faced the issue before. So far we have tried the following solution:
Changed the value of NLS_LANG to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1
Tried Setting the Database Character set to UTF-8
Tried changing the NLS_LENGTH_SYMMANTIC to CHAR instead of BYTE using ALTER SYSTEM
Tried changing the External table characterset to: AL32UTF8
Tried changing the External table characterset to: UTF-8
Nothing works. Other details include:
• File is UTF-8 encoded
• Operating System : RHEL
• Database: Oracle 11gR2
Any thing else that I might be missing? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
