BPMon Alert Reporting - Query does not exist on server

Hello,
I am stepping through the BPMon Alert Reporting Analysis SP05+ guide. I am creating a report and have maintained the details with the template 0SM_BPM_WT0001N. When I try to access or preview the report I am faced with the following error:
The requested query 0SM_BPM1/0SM_BPM_Q0005N does not exist on the current server
Error when generating dataProvider
Any ideas?

Another thought is, re-activate BPMon BW object.
Go to T-CD SOLMAN_SETUP -> Choose business process monitoring in left menu -> step 1.1
configure automatically. And execute all steps.
If you face some error due to BW job is nto running or something.
Then recommend re-execute BW job in SOLMAN_SETUP.
(Left menu ->Basic Configuration ->Step 5 configure automatically -> under the task you might see "Setup BW" so choose this and activate. Result of this, CCMS_BI_SETUP will run again. So chek whether there is active job in Sm37. After finish this job, try BPMon SOLMAN_SETUP that I mentioned above).

E2E RCA - The requested query / does not exist on the current server

Hi All,
The RCA for managed system is configured successfully and we are getting EWA for JAVA also.
But when i try to look at the statistics through Workload Analysis it gives error "The requested query / does not exist on the current server" and "unknown or deleted query".
I again tried to run CCMSBI_SETUP_E2E report but the problem STILL persists.
Please let me know what are the other methods i shall try.

Hi,
Our solution manager is in EHP1 SP23 and BI content is on 704 SP05.
Firstly the BI was configured in 001 client, we changed it to production client and activated the source system as mentioned in SOLMAN_SETP -> Basic configuration.
Later i found out the there are no queries. I already told to update the BI content and SAP BW patch to SP06.
Do you think it will work?

Requested query does not exist on current server

I have transported a query from DEV to PRD and it went in fine. Now when i try to open the query in designer or analyzer i end up getting error " Requested query does not exist on current server". Though i can run this in RSRT and also can see its entry in RSZCOMPDIR table. Also i am able to execute this query in analyzer when i run it from the history.
Please advice what went wrong and what needs to be done.

Try re-generating the Query in production.
goto RSRT and selet the query. Now click on the third button Generate Report
Now try opening the Query from Query Designer...

Alert Category TestAlert1 Does not exist

Hi ,
I have BPM scenario where I am trying to send an Alert as email . But I am not able to receive that alert in my mail box .
I created a Custom alery Category . For testing I tried to send it through tranction SE38 , run "RSALERTTEST" and gave alery category and the alert got successfully triggered and i got email in my mail box .
But when I try to send the same Alert through BPM i am not able to receive any mail .
Then I check my alert in transaction "SLG1" where it shows me a error as Alert Category TestAlert1 Does not exist .
I am not able to understand exactly what is missing .

Just for additional info i am providing you the step by step procedure for alert configuration please go through it compare it what you have done and see if the problem still persist.
From SP 14 on PMI-free alerting was introduced. That means before SP 14 one has to configure and activate the End-to-End Monitoring, and to schedule the report SXMSALERT_PROCESS_DATA_GET in order to extract the alerts from the PMI data. For SP 14 and higher, that's not longer necessary.
If no alerts are being delivered, please check if "Suppress multiple alerts of this rule" is checked for your rule.
For SP 14 and higher you could also have a look at the report sxmsalert_logreader. This report shows some information about alerts being created or not.
You'll find more information about trouble shooting the alerting in SAP Note 913858.
Also just check if this batch program (RSALERTPROC) is running or not.

Also, In ALRTCATDEF, go to SETTINGS--> CONFIGURATION. By default, the option selected is INTERNAL PROCESSING. Select the option SMTP FORWARDING AS XML and give the email id. This will enable you to send an email alert whenever an error occurs in XI.

I am facing a problem in BI 7.0 related to query view.I am able to create a view on a query and can successfully save it .But when I am trying to open it using Bex Analyzer, it throws an error that query does not exist on the current server.
Please find the steps below which I did to create a query view in BI 7.0.
1.Executed query and then clicked on save from the tool bar.It asks me to save as workbook or save as view.I clicked on save as view and gave some name to view.It saved successfully.
2.Now when in Bex I am trying to open the view , it gives the message 'The requested query does not exist on the current server'.
Please help me in solving the issue.

I am facing the same problem, though some others of my views can be opened.
We had an upgrade of the system to Support Package stack 13. Maybe this caused problems.
My BEx Analyzer Version is:
Support Package 14, Patch 3, Revision 811

Problem in WAD (The requested query / does not exist on the current server)

Dear Guru's
When i execute a Web Application in WAD in the selection screen suppose if i give Key product as 86000 then check and execute i get correct data. Then if i come to backpage (Selection screen again using backspace) and change Key product as 86022 then check and execute then i get following error

System error in program CL_RSR_OLAP_VAR and form BAD STATE (see long text)
Can any one please provide me some good solution...

Issue is in WAD selection screen for first product valuse every thing if fine, when i go back and change product value and then CHECK and EXECUTE the following error comes.

Hy, i created an workbook an QAs with a query that i have trasported from DEV.
The query exist on QAs system but when open the workbook i receive this error message:<i>'The requested query does not exist on the current server'</i>.
When i select ok, the workbokk is opened correctly because the query exist in system QAs.
How can i remove the initial error message .

When you create a workbook in DEV, you will be assigning a query for that workbook
When you transport workbook from DEV to QA,the assigned workbook comes along with it
When you transport only query from DEV to QA, there are certain technical elements called query elements which may not have transported properly
To avoid this inconsistency between DEV and QA,it is advisable you transport the workbook again....Create new workbook in DEV, assign a query, transport the workbook to QA

Hi all,
We've started to get an error when exeucting queries on our BW system. The erorr is "The requested query does not exist on the current server". Even though I can go in an change the query on the server, I get this message when I try to execute it. I also get the same message when I try to run the query in RSRT.
Has anyone else run into this problem?

The problem that we had was due to a pre-query not transported up. We transported up the missing pre-query and everything worked fine. If you go into change mode on the query and press the check button. It should tell you which query is missing.

Error : Query does not exist in user group

Hello,
I copied the one existing transaction i.e. Z10SD25 and made the new transaction.
Also i created the new Infoset and Query in an existing User group.
I also assigned the Infoset to user group and query to Infoset.
But while running the new transaction it is giving me error that 'Query does not exist in user group'.
Kindly help me with this.

Hi,
After assigning the Infoset to user group and query to Infoset, click on 'Generate' button.
Note: The query can only be generated when the InfoSet is assigned to a user group.
Also check whether the usergroup is given or not for queries.
SQ01 - Select Environment u2013 Select Standard Area - Enter -- If new user group is to be created, enter name of the user group, click on create and enter necessary information and exit after saving

Error: Scope in your query does not exist...

I have an advanced search web part on my page, and wanting to narrow the search scope to my particular site. In trying to accomplish this, I have created a scope in central admin, and modified the Advanced Search web part properties xml to reflect the scope
I created. Within the ResultType tag of that xml, I have this to specify my scope
<KeywordQuery>"scope"='This Site'</KeywordQuery>
After doing this, I attempt a search, but I am getting the following error "Scope in your query does not exist". Am I missing anything? Has anyone ran into this previously? If so, I would appreciate your insight...I have not been able to find any
blogs on this issue. This is on SharePoint 2010.

Sender File adpter --don't raise alerts when file does not exist in folder

Hi,
My Scenario is File --- >XI ---> SAP.
I must archieve the file after it got polled. and iam polling for every 60 mins, if the file does not exist,it is throwing an alert like "Could not process file '.file..xml: No such file or directory '
Is there any way i can avoid raising an alert if file does not exist in the source folder.
we are on XI 3.0 sp23?

I know you want to say "Don't Raise alerts when file does not exist in folder". Correct me if I am wrong.
Some times it happens, when we write the right thing but it means something else and this is the reason many experts have replied, "how to raise an alert". So if you remove the word "Sender File adapter" from your subject then it will be easy to understand the exact meaning.

Scope in your query does not exist

I've created a Search Center Site Collection but the results aren't being refined based on the scopes and I'm getting the message that the Scope in your query does not exist The query is being formed correct as this is what the url displays:
/Sites/Search/Results.aspx?k=bcm&s=BCM
The scope contain one Include rule and the rule seems to work, in that it is finding items (118 in the below example) but the Total is 0. I've tested this similiar configuration in another test site and it shows the same number for both Item Count AND
Total AND it works correctly so I'm guessing this is the issue.
Any ideas?

Both the dev and prod are different is that dev is using a search site col and dev is using just a search page as follows:
dev - http://dev.com/Search/Results.aspx?k=test&s=ACM
prod - https://prod.com/Sites/Search/Results.aspx?k=Test&s=ACM
As for permissions...I noticed that the Ribbon is greyed out in the Search Site Col. I'm an Owner and can add users to that group but am not being provided any access to ribbon.  Could that be an issue?    I still find it
odd that the Scope indicates results but that Total is blank.
If I rerun the query while on the results search page then it returns results
https://prod.com/Sites/Search/results.aspx?k=test, so it can find the data.

I have created a query, but when I run it, I receive this error:
You have attempted to open query 0DAT from the Query Designer.
However, this query does not exist in the database in the system to which you have made a connection.

the variable 0DAT ist not in active version in your system.
Use BC to activate the variable 0DAT from InfoObject 0CALDAY.
or
you have to create it in your system. therefor change the namespye to SAP-namespace (starting with 0). Open one Query in your system via RRMX and select CalenderDay to create a new variable.
name:                0DAT
descrition:          current calender day
processed by:        SAP EXIT
Characteristic:      Calender Day
variable represents: Single Value

Link Reports -item does not exists on this page

I have two tables Person table with Primary Key of PersonID, and Person_Qualification Table with a FK of Person_ID.
I have a report for each table. I have created a report on the Person Table(Page 3000) with a link column to the Person Qualification Report (Page 3119).
In the link column I created in the person report I have my parameters set as P3000_PersonID and #Person_ID# as field to populate the URL with, and the target page as 3119.
However anytime I click this link that takes me to the PersonQualification report I get an error stating the Item P3000_Person ID does not exists on this page (3119).
I have linked a form and report together before, but not two reports.
I want the person qualification report to be only for the personID that was clicked on.
I tried adding P3000_PersonID to the query in the person_qualification page I.E. where PersonID=:P3000_PersonID but I still get the item P3000_Person ID does not exists on this page or something to this effect.

Hello gtjr,
You need to define an item (usually hidden) on page 3119 to hold the person ID and use that in your second report's query.
Then in the column link for the first report, specify this new item to be set to the person ID linked.
The reason for the error is you're telling ApEx to set an item p3000_person_id on page 3119, but that item doesn't exist on page 3119.

Import statement reports 'package does not exist'

I am seeing another odd error. I'm working on learning how to read and write to text files, and I have 2 errors reported, but one is obviously caused by the other. My package is labeled as such (copy>paste of package line):

and the import line is this (copy>paste again):
import michaelchristopherp4db.ProductRecord;
However, Netbeans looks at the import and flags it red, saying package michaelchristopherp4db does not exist. this caused my line:
ProductRecord product = new ProductRecord();
to also be flagged in red as it cannot find the ProductRecord class. However, it has no problems with any of the product.get* method calls. Thank you in advance for any ideas or input.

I am embarrassed to admit this, but I am completely lost on the last question.. I have no clue wether it is a convenience for development or a dependancy, as I have not learned those terms or distinctions yet. For now I copied the ProductRecord file into my new project folder and renamed it's project line to match the new project name. However, while that eliminated the package does not exist error, and netbeans reports no errors now, when I run the program it does not write the new files. I will be exploring the closeFile method in case the error is due to not closing all of the files in that method, but does anyone else see what might cause it not to output the data to the appropriate .txt files?
