Brad Paisley 'This is Country Music'

Bought on iTunes for $9.99 the day before it was to release.  The day of the release iTunes would not let me download it (something was wrong, although, they never informed me).  Got a message that the price changed from $9.99 to $11.99 and they asked me if I wanted to buy.  My answer 'NO' I wanted to buy for what I (and you) agreed to which was $9.99.  Hello Amazon.

Who is "and you"?
We are all itunes users just like you.
What is your question?
You may certainly buy music from anyone you like.
