"branch out a package" appv5 - is it possible to Save As new version?

I've really enjoyed the branching out functionality of appv 4.
is there an option to use this in the new version without rebuilding the app from scratch?

MS' recommendation is to use DeploymentConfig and UserConfig XML files (perhaps for launching some scripts) to achieve 'branching like' capabilities

Thanks for the information. I am a bit nervous about the method because I get a "serious" warning when I put the command in the URL. Also, I wonder if you know the answer to this: Someone/Firefox pushed an upload tab to me. That is the best way I can explain what happened. Now, sometimes I get an ! in a triangle, sometimes I get an outdated message with the Firefox logo in place of the ! and sometimes it does not show an icon indicating the program is out of date. Will it be possible to get a newer version of an Ipod touch due to the damage and errors of my old one when i recieved it?

I ordered an Ipod touch 2G and also I chose to engrave it.
But when i recieved my ipod, it arrived with heavy scratching and marking all along the back, and the engraving was the wrong way up in amongst the lettering near the '8GB' box. I chose to put up with this at first, but after a few hours charging, i found that it also didnt turn on.
After this I decided to send my Ipod back, hoping to get a new one, with no scraching and the engraving corrected. But again i recieved it, to find nothing had been done with it. I also sent the ipod back to apple in its box, and recieved it loose in an envelope. Also to find a letter saying how "nothing was wrong".
So i was wondering after all these mistakes you would generously send me a newer version or a higher GB due to these mistakes.

Of course they will not send you a newer model.
If they replace it, then it will be with the same model.

Since you are a technical consultant also, probably you are in a better position to deside how to achieve this.
You will have to develop a user exit which will check status/ Release Indicator of Document when new version option is clicked through CV01N/ 2N/ 3N/ 4N transaction and take necessary action.

Ok. If I recall correctly, Powerpoint saves each new version using a temporary file name, then deletes the old version of the file and renames the temp file to the correct name. This means that you have a chance that the old version might be recoverable. You now need to Google "Mac file recovery" and see what tools you can find.
IMPORTANT: As you continue to work on your MacBook you run the risk that some other file will overwrite the data you want from the disk. Everything you do from now increases the risk of this happening.

I was able to script out the packages that are on msdb but I was unable to script out that are in Integration services catalog. Does anyone has any idea on how to do this???? Is this possible at all???

How do I find out what Package a class is in

I am trying to find out what Package the classes XMLNode and XMLInterface are located in. Is there a way to search for a class to find out what package it is held in ?
Quite often I see example code but spend wore time working out what package the class is in than actually writing code. Am I being really stupid ? (Don't answer that !!)

you can find the class path by searching the $JAVA_TOP directory.
Login to apps server.

[SOLVED] How do I find out what packages are installed in a distro?

Okay. I was running Arch before, but GNOME had a bunch of problems that I couldn't fix myself, so I reformatted and went to Peppermint OS (it's a cloud-based system), and I absolutely love it. Now, the thing is, it's even slower than my Arch system was running GNOME, and it's supposed to be super-lightweight and speedy; but aside from that, I found it's a great distro (I think most of the slowdown is because it's based on Ubuntu and Mint). So, my question: how do I find out which packages are in Peppermint OS so I can emulate the basic environment, except with Arch underneath? Thanks, guys!

Okay, I guess an hour of Googling wasn't enough, but I just found a site that tells me how to do it! I'll mark this solved, but for anyone else who wants to know, the info is right here: http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/find-out-i … -in-linux/ It uses dpkg, which I think is only used on Debian-based systems (correct me if I'm wrong) so it may not work for all distros, but it's a start.

I am just wondering if adobe will ever branch out since it is now offering Business Catalyst, along with Creative Cloud. However, there is one peice missing that would be awesome.
Why do i still have to use microsoft outlook? Can you make a email client that is intergrated with illustrator?
I mean it would be awesome to just select some content on my artboard, click export proof to email, and have a nice html adobe proof email sent to our customers right from within your software. Make the proof emails sent from adobe export function customizable and include a few flashy templates.
Adobe why do i have to sucribe to multiple companies offering clouds. Take over email clients and incorporate it into what you got.

So I wonder if adobe can create a removal tool that will uninstall all parts of the adobe downloader manager. This way the block due to pieces in the registry and elsewhere will be removed, thus allowing a clean new install of adobe download manager?
I think for just us average users, we really should not be going into the registry itself and trying to delete things. From what I can see in the registry there are the following items:
NOS folder
get_atlcom class
also in the C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files there is an object get_atlcom class
If there were just some tool from adobe to delete these like there is with the uninstall of flash player

Just to add,
The specific model (HP Officejet Pro 8600, assuming I did understood your intention as you did mentioned an Officejet model) only support infrastructure mode using a router. will help to know the exact model as there is no such a model named as Officejet 6800.
The Wireless Setup Wizard will not detect any ad hoc network - you may establish the connection from the computer by selecting the printer SSID but the connection will drop after 60 minutes due the HP Auto Wireless feature included for this model.
