Now remove all your info and update the old AppleiD/iTunes account and use only that account.
You cannot transfer items between iTunes accounts.
You can redownload all the content.

I had same problem where Firefox 3.6.8 would not start or open. Spent many hours trying different things to fix it. Uninstall of previous version and reinstall did not make any difference. Finally, after uninstalling Firefox, I searched for Firefox folders and files on my computer, deleted and removed all Firefox folders and files - deleted anything and everything related to Firefox so that it will be as if I was going to download Firefox for the first time ever. Then, using another browser, I downloaded Firefox 3.6.8 and installed it. It could be that some Add-Ons or something else from the older version of Firefox or profile was interfering with the new one. It was easier to delete remove everything and install all over again clean than to figure out which part was causing the problem.
Keep in mind, when you delete all Firefox folders and files from your computer, you are deleting all your bookmarks and all your Add-ons. If you want to keep those bookmarks, you might want to save the URLs someplace safe to bookmark them again before deleting them. You need to re-install the Add-ons also. Upon installation, it asks if you want to import bookmarks and settings from another browser or settings you might have. I imported them from my other browser. Now, Firefox works. I also installed up-to-date Add-ons.
I hope this helps. Always keep more than one browser functioning on your computer, just in case one fails.

I quit multiple tabs Firefox sent the warning prompt. As I was going to click save and quit I accidentally pressed the "save these settings". Now I jsut wonder, how do I turn it off, so that Fireox sends the prompt whenever I try to close multiple tabs?

To open the ''about:config'' page, type '''about:config''' in the location (address) bar and press the Enter key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.
In Firefox 3 you do not get the "Save & Quit" pop-up dialog if you choose Firefox > Preferences > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time".
To get the "Save & Quit" pop-up dialog you have to select one of the other choices (Show my home page,Show a blank page).

I installed the CD and followed along with the manual and did everything it asked, at the end it told me it was finished.
So then I went to go print something and an error had occured so i went to the file menu on Microsoft Word for
Mac and clicked Print/Add Printer and then i click on the Canon MP560 series-1 as it was the only one to click on.
When I did it stated that I already has a Queue for this printer and if I'd like to add a new one so I clicked continue and nothing
had happend. PLEASE HELP

I would recommend to download the driver appropriate for your system from the Canon webiste or, after installing it, to run software update and it will detect it for you.
If you have the last driver appropriate for your system, you may wish to reset the printing system. To do this, go to Sys prefs/print and fax and, upon clicking minus button, also press Option/alt key. You will be asked to confirm, do it. Then, add the printer by pressing plus button, it should work now.
But, before doing this, download the last good driver, CDs usually contain outdated drivers.

Why won't firefox open another tab. I click it and nothing happens.

If I click a link, it will open a new tab fine on it's own, but if I click the new tab, nothing happens.

In trying to download Adobe Flashplayer, why do I type my apple id and password and get told that it doesn't exist?

I've tried my email address and Apple password, my Apple ID and password and my Name and password, and none of these are recognized. But I know each one is correct! All I want to do is download an updated version of Adobe Flash Player.

What is the actual text of the prompt that you are trying to answer? If it is asking for an admin id and password, that will differ from the things you say you have tried.

Using firefox is becoming impractical. I have used it in earlier windows versions for years. But now if I click on an option I commonly get several new windows open - not linked to my request, sometimes a new firefox page with the annoying options for facebox, youtube etc., often told about I invariably get two or more strips of adverts apparently supplied by cinemaprogov.... or smartsaver.. plus a picture of madonna!!!

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.

Brand new computer; windows 8; Acrobat XI Standard freezing constantly

I edit pdf's. Important for my work. I have customized my tool bar. It is never saved. And attempts to edit regularly cause program to freeze. Cannot even draw a square. Have updated and "repaired" installation. Nothing seems to work. Lot of $$ and i am worse off than before. I do not do or make anough to justify subscription. Sad and frustrated in North Dakota.

Interestingly enough, I find I can take a previously created rectangle, copy and paste. Then I can change location, dimensions, color, thickness, etc. This is a seriously awkward work-around, but progress, nevertheless!

When i try to open firefox it does nothing i click it and nothing happens "Samsung Intercept"

I installed the latest's app it installed with no problems. When i click on the Firefox icon it clicks then a Firefox page opens. It is black with a blue bar on top with the Firefox logo it will go away in about 4-5 sec back to my icons. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and so on with no luck any help would be appreciated.
