Brand new iphone , synced my apps, not my songs
As title states, just synced my iphone for the first time today. It synced a few apps I had downloaded the other night, but it did not sync my library of songs. Please help.

Brand New iPhone 4 camera does not seem level
I got a Brand new iPhone 4 from the Apple store and I have found the camera when trying to take pictures of level things. (even anything to be honest)
even after taking pictures using a spirit level on top of the phone and making sure the item is level its still on not right
The top picture shows its level the tv unit, picture taken with the iPhone 4
then the Bottom picture is taken with the level on the phone resting on the side of the phone so its like the top. So the iphone is level

Anyone think its faulty, its only 1 day old at time of posting this..The iPhone 4 back camera snaps down into a simple basin, socket. If it is not seated perfect it will obviously be missaligned.
You have full Warranty, make Genius reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution. Before you leave make sure the Photos are perfect. The Genius may pust rear camera correctly into place or offer perfect replacement iPhone 4. -

As AM_Kidd says, but I would do the Reset while connected to Wall Charger, and hold both buttons for at least 20 seconds. If this does not work. And you decide to Restore the Firmware. Then.
Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer. Hold both Home and Power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Then Restore the Firmware. -

hi, my brand new iphone 4 will not play music through my music app but it will play videos through youtube and will play the sounds throught my games and will play text tones and facetime ect. what is wrong?
At least I'm not the only one with the issue. I was looking it up so see if others had the same problem and found a bunch of posts about it. I'm assuming it's not the phone then, it's the software. Should I bring it to the Apple Store? Replacing the phone seems stupid, because the phone isn't really the problem. It's the software! Maybe the iOS 5.0.2 will fix it??? I don't really want to wait though, it's a pain. If a lot of people have this issue it should get Apple's attention. They need to do something to fix it, ASAP!

Application not responding when brand new iPhone 4S is plugged in...

How do I sync contacts from one iPhone's backup to brand new iPhone?

I recently just lost my iPhone 3G, it was stolen and I could not get it back. The only "copy" of my iPhone 3G and it's contacts are in the backup file found in my iTunes.
fyi, My iPhone was formatted to sync with my iTunes on Mac.
The question is: if I were to purchase a brand new iPhone, can the contacts from the backup file in iTunes be sync to the new iPhone? If it is possible, how do I do that?
Please help!When you get your new phone & connect it to itunes, you will be given the option of restoring from backup or setting up as new. Select restore from backup. This must be followed by a sync to restore your itunes content. Make sure you have at least ONE entry for contacts & calendars in whatever supported application you use for that purpose on your computer. These entries can be fake, that doesn't matter, the important point is that these programs NOT BE EMPTY. When you do sync after restoring from backup, you'll get a merge or replace prompt regarding your contacts & calendar, select merge.

My brand new iPhone 4 is quitting apps unexpectedly, turning into a black screen and then restoring to home page. Restarting procedures didn't correct problem. Shall I follow full resetting instructions?
Thanks for the straightforwardness roaminggnome - I wasn't sure if this problem qualified as deseving a reset. Unfortunately, for some reason I can't explain, your response remained undisclosed to me for a while, the next reply after yours took preference and I ended up doing as Meg St.Clair's susgested and initiated download, installation and syncing of Smartsync which is now taking ages to finish... If problem persists shall do the resetting and restoring.

okay. when i connected my iphone 5 to itunes it replaced all of the data from my old iphone 3gs (contacts, apps, notes, bookmarks,photos, music, everything you can possibly think of) with my new iphone 5's data. I am so frustrated with this. Why? and it did it by itself, i didnt touch anything, or clicked anything. please help me this is urgent! I am a businessman and need my contacts.
You're iPhone was probably set to automatically sync with your iTunes upon plugging it in. Best option is to restore from a backup, either on iCloud or your computer.

Wi-Fi in range, ID and Password Correct.... What is going on?Check that the email address is correct for your login. You'd be surprised how many times I've seen people see the prompt and just go with a password and not realize that the email address was wrong.
Aside from that, you can try resetting your password via the iForgot app.
If you forgot your password, you can easily recover or reset it using iForgot. For security reasons, Apple cannot reset your password for you. To protect yourself against unauthorized purchases to your credit card, do not give out your password to anyone.
NOTE: If you attempt to sign in to the Apple Online Store numerous times with the wrong password, you will see the following error message: “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons." To reset your account, use iForgot. -

i would like to get my notes back from itunes or at least be able to see them without restoring my brand new iphone 4s as i believe the back up from my previous iphone is corrupted. Help please
If you can't restore from your backup you could try 3rd party software such as iPhone Backup Extractor to see if you could extract your notes from the backup.

Any hints?Well to start your iPhone 4S does not have 4G... it just shows 4G at the top of the screen..
Try turning SIRI off and on.. if that does not work
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings..
Because SIRI is a network connection to a server nothing more.. it is not on your device so nothing is wrong with your phone..
Also SIRI is in BETA... and not 100%
