Brand new piece problem PLEASE Help Me!!!

Question

I purchased 7210 supernova & 5130 music express & within an month supernova earpiece was not working & mike too & about 5130 music express one one sim card works I tried to inser another sim card it doesnot works..and when i asked the dealer about these problem, he says circuit problem of 5130 so i asked him for replacement he says no for replacement. According to me if any eletronic gadget persist problem with in an month we get replacement
I asked for both model replacement he said NO for both the models...!!!!
what should I do ??Plase help

- Try another cable. The cable for 5G iPod (lightning connector) seems to be more prone to failure than the older cable.

- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on           
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable       
- Try on another computer                                                       
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
