Brandnew Adobe-ID used too often for Authorization?

Hello.
I wanted to authorize my Computer and eBookreader with a new Mail-Adress and Password and erased the Authorization with the old Mail-Adress and Password. Then I had to authorize both devices with no Adobe-ID, then made a new ID and wanted to authorice Computer and Reader. But I get the Error that the Adobe-ID has been used before, which can't be, because it is brandnew!!!
And I can't move my newly purchased eBook from the Computer to the Reader. It says "Copying not allowed".
This is really getting on my nerves, considdering I just contacted the Support-Chat and after refreshing the Browserwindow it kicked me out of the Chat before I even got an Answer! Besides, I PAYED for this eBook and can't read it on the mobile Reader because ??? Someone not doing his software-programming right? Customer Support being down due to Maitenance? And so on and so forth!!!
I'm really thinking about throwing away my Trekstore-Reader and getting the Kindle from Amazon!!! Much better Customer Support and much more eBooks!! Can't even sell my old Trekstore-Reader 'cause it only works with the f**ked up Adobe Digital Editions!!! Who wants an eBook-Reader with a software that doesn't work??????

Elements 6.0 Crashing Too Often for Work

Hello, I've been using my copy of PSE6.0 almost all day today off and on, trying to get a picture done just perfectly, as well as to be able to play around with the features. Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly difficult to finish individual steps on my work, because, while at the beginning of today, Photoshop crashed maybe one time, now it crashes after I do much of anything. After about 3 or 4 minutes, which is not enough to complete the step I'm on and save, regardless of what I'm doing, Photoshop will give me the "Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 has encountered and error and needs to close." message. I can't finish the step I'm on with the constant crashing, and it's really a hassle to turn off the computer and get it to speed back up to par again. If someone can help me solve this problem, I would be extremely grateful.

Adobe Air Uses Too Much RAM

No matter what application i use, Adobe Air just eats as much as it wants:
On screenshot you can see Market Samurai uses 1052MB which is ridiculous. And it is growing!

So, empty and simple AIR application under Android allocated 95M of RAM !!!

Why AIR need so much RAM?

With a huge collections of photos of developer's grandmothers?
Developers from Abode never think about optimization. Never think about others developers - theirs customers.
We need a simple and easy way to strong descreasing amount of RAM allocated by AIR. May be 30M will be a good number. But for empty applicatiobn is still too large.

You are only allowed to authorize up to 6 devices (computers, tablets, eReaders) with the Adobe DRM infrastructure at a time.
If you have old devices you no longer use, you may have exceeded that limit.
Contact Adobe Live Chat: http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html and ask them to reset all your authorizations.
You should then be able to re-authorize the devices/computers you still use.
Some of the representatives on the chat don't know what to do ~ in that case try again and hope to get one that does.

Some people have problems authorizing Overdrive.
In certain cases, you can download the Bluefire app as well and authorize and use that.
Authorizing Bluefire might even make the Overdrive app start working (???), as the authorization is really for the device, not for the app.

Adobe Reader Updater too often

I have Windows XP and Adobe Reader. In the last few months, I get the Adobe reader updater every three or four days wanting me to update Adobe Reader. The details always say multiple languages. Why am I getting this so often?

That means no updates have ever been successfully applied.
I suggest you try the following
uninstall your current Reader (from Add/Remove Programs);
download the latest Reader installer http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.3/enu/AdbeRdr930_en_US.msi (save to disk);
download the 9.3.1 update http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.3.1/misc/AdbeRdrUpd931_all_incr.msp (save to disk);
download the 9.3.2 update http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.3.2/misc/AdbeRdrUpd932_all_incr.msp (save to disk);
close all browser windows, then run the download 9.3 installer, followed by the two updates.

Custom TrustManager called too often

Greetings,
I'm trying to write a custom TrustManager that will display a dialog to the user giving the opportunity to accept or decline certificates. My problem is that "isServerTrusted" gets called entirely too often for this to work as desired. What happens is that isServerTrusted get's called, the user presses "No" (indicating don't accept the certificate) and I return "false". But for some reason, the method gets called a few more times, each time brining up the dialog for the same certificate.
Am I trying to put this code in the right place? Is this a known problem with JSSE 1.0.2? Why doesn't returning "false" from isServerTrusted end the handshake right there?

Unfortunately my TrustManager does not get called.
I found some example code which did not work either.
Can you send me a snippet of the code you use to implement TrustManager?

Adobe Media Encoder P2 File Size Too Big for Fat32

Hi everyone,
I'm working on a project that has to be delivered on an actual P2 card.
I'm on a Mac running 10.9.1 using Media Encoder 7.2.2.29.
My final files are ProRes files and I dropped them into Media Encoder and selected the P2 AVC-Intra 100 1080 option. I set the destination to a local drive and everything seemed to encode properly. I have a CONTENTS folder and all the required subfolders and MXF files. The problem is, when I went to copy the folder to the actual P2 card, Finder told me that some of the files "can't be copied because [they are] too large for the volume's format." And, indeed, looking at several of the video files in the Finder, they seem to max out at 4.29GB (4,294,971,924 bytes), which is 4,629 bytes larger than the FAT-32 size limit.
I just now tried to encode directly to the P2 card and I got an error that was, ostensibly, a "Disk Full" error, but happened at right around where I would expect that 4GB limit to be.
Is this something others have encountered? Is there a setting I missed? According to the P2 workflow PDF here, the folder structure AME creates "can be exported directly to a connected P2 card, or it can be exported to a selected drive and the folders and files copied over to the card."
One possibility might be to split up the files into shorter videos, but I'm not sure how AME would handle ordering on the card.

I wanted to mention, in case anybody else has this issue, installing and using Media Encoder CS6 produces P2 MXF files that are the proper size. I filed a bug report, hopefully Adobe can get the CC version fixed.

Adobe Flash Player Updates too often

Flash Player Updates are too often.
Just last week or so I finished updating the 500+ computers we have here at Kahakai Elementary School to version 15.9.
Now they all have to be updated to flash version 16.0
The students can't get to the test web page without the correct flash, it won't load with v15.9 it now wants v16.0
The students are NOT allowed to install/update software on the computers.
Can you at least NOT UPDATE FLASH for a 3 month window?

There have been three updates in December 2014 I think. I have several computers. Despite the fact that in the Global Settings, Advanced, I have the radio button for "Allow updates (recommended)" checked, I still need to download a file, click on it several times, and remember to unclick the extremely annoying McAlfee download (Grrrr, which bombarded as I am with updates on all my computers I have forgotten to do which installs a very power consuming program, which I then have to uninstall) which takes time.
On windows 8 the proxy settings can get in the way of the download requiring hours of work.
I would prefer not to download flash at most once a year not THREE TIMES A MONTH.
But perhaps I should be grateful to be using this software for free? or switch to HTML 5? There are firefox addins that allow one to choose, apparently.

Firefox CONSTANTLY has a yellow bar on top of my screen nagging me to upgrade adobe flash but my processor is way too slow for that upgrade.

I am on an older computer that works just fine, but the processor is too slow for the flash upgrade, nor do I have the other system requirements. What can I do to get rid of this nagging bar? I do not mind upgrading to a lower version of flash, providing it is light on memory;but don't know how to or where to get it. I have seen some archives of older versions but they require knowledge of how to do zip files, or how to do the download as it isn't automatic. I currently have something called "shockwave flash 9.0.45.0". The names are another confusing thing. They talk about shockwave flash, adobe flash player, adobe flash; are they all the same thing?

cor-el, thanks for your input. The problem I keep having is that I can't get the system requirements for any of the flash versions except 11, the latest. I have looked on a number of sites as well as adobe. There is no point to download something that won't work with my system, and overloads my memory. My processor is a pentium 3, about 927 mhz. The service pack is 2.
Another problem I keep having is that for the older versions they keep telling me to "unzip" the file. I don't know what that means, or of course, how to do it.
Really need some help and understandable directions as am new to computers. This one works great, and I resent these companies putting me in the position of having to buy a new computer just so I can get their newest programs, which in reality are often not as good as the old ones. I cannot afford another computer.

Thanks Ned. I did find this page, however it isn't an upgrade. I have been purchasing Adobe products for years so that I could just pay the upgrade price for current products. With the current system, I would be paying much more than I would for an upgrade. For example, I have been using my version of CS for at least three years. The upgrade cost me $750 so that comes out to around $21 per month. I guess I have no options as far as upgrading except for paying for the overpriced CC. Oh well, time to start looking for alternatives. It was just so convenient to have the same programs at home that I use at work.

"Battery too low for radio use" - Curve 9320

Since early on my curve 9320 has given me a "battery too low for radio use" warning at very random moments often times when the battery is still halfway into the white area. Sometimes this can be reset manually in the setting by turning radio back on, however this does cut into calls, messages and other activities.
I have changed the battery recently thinking this was the cause of the issue, however this did not help. I am still getting the error...not to mention the short battery life of this device...this is very frustrating.
Is this a common problem and if so how is it solved? Any help is appreciated!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):
With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
Remove the battery
Wait 15 minutes
Insert the battery
Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.

I've authorized my iPhone on a Mac but when I go to play videos it asks for authorization again, only to tell me that I have authorized too many computers. Help!

So I used my work Mac to authorize my iPhone so I can play music, but now that I want to play a movie it asks for authorization. I've already authorized that account! I don't understand why it's asking for authorization again when I want to play a movie. Plus, I can't access the iTunes store from my work computer, so I'm stuck until I go home to deauthorize my other computers. Why is this happening?

Authorization does not apply to iphones. Authorization is for computers.
