Breadcrumbs not picking up settings file configuration

Hi
I am using FM11, RH10 as part of TCS 4.0.
I am creating a settings file that will be used by team to generate WebHelp outputs. In this, I want to change the default Times New Roman font of breadcrumbs to Arial. While I am aware how to set that during publishing, I don't want to take that approach because I don't want my team to fiddle around too many things during the publishing process.
In the RHStyleMapping.css file I used to create the ISF, I saw the breadcrumbs option and changed it to Arial. However, that did not help.
Is it possible to achieve what I am trying to achieve? If yes, please advise me how.
Thanks.
Sreekanth

Are you creating breadcrumbs via the SSL recipe or by master page – if the former, it’s a browser issue being interpreted as Times AFAIK.

  • Weblogic Server not picking the jar files in WEB-INF/lib folder

    we are facing a strange problem where Weblogic App Server is not picking the jar files present inside the WEB-INF/lib folder if we update the jar file path in the classpath of the start script then the classes get loaded properly.
    Is there any specific setting which I need to do in weblogic to pick these jars ?

    Class loaders associated with a Web application can be configured to locate local classes first. To enable this we have to set the <prefer-web-inf-classes> to true in the deployment override weblogic.xml, for example
    <container-descriptor>
    <prefer-web-inf-classes>true</prefer-web-inf-classes>
    </container-descriptor>

  • Import Server not picking up the file

    Hello,
    I have 2 repositories running on the same server. Import server picks up file for one repository, but not for the other. What could be the reason? Also, for the repository, import server not picking up the file, workflow also does not send an email notification.
    Please help
    Subhash

    Hi Subhash,
    Hope you are not using the same Import Server for both the MDM Servers. If yes then you need to mention the MDM Sevrer name in the MDM Server parameter of MDIS.ini. Check the parameter list of MDIS.ini file.
    If your repository has password for Admin user then you need to specify the same in MDIS.ini file under your repository section for User = Admin and Passowrd = [Admin password]. Remove the E from the PAsswordE and give the password for Admin user. Once done restart the Import Server and check again, parameter Password would have converted to PasswordE.
    For Email Notification two things you need to check:
    1. You should have specified the mail server address in MDS.ini file under your repository section for parameter Mail Server.
    2. Workflow owner should have entry in Email address field of the user. Check this in Console under Admin -> Users.

    Hi Bhargav,
    go to SXMB_IFR -> Runtime Workbench -> component monitoring -> adapter engine -> adapter engine monitoring or to communication channel monitoring to see the error in your sender file adapter..........rectify this error in comm channel in ID.......set filemode to delete..........then activate yur comm channel.........then your source file will  be picked by XI........

  • FIle not picked up by File Adapter

    Dear all,
    File adapeter is not picking the files from the source directory by the PI system.
    We could see that the files are available in the source system, kindly suggest me in this regard.
    Thanks for the support.
    Best Regards,
    Piyush

    apart from the above options you can try some of the below:
    1. STOP and RESTART the channel. since some time the file chanel becomes isolated and the handshaking doesn't happen properly.
    2. you should always give a "time out" in the sender channel.
    3. check the folder RIGHTS, you can try making it 777 (full READ,WRITE and EXECUTE) for the time being. Later you can customize
        your rights as per the requirement.

  • ProxySelector does not pull proxy settings from configuration file?

    Hi everyone,
    I try to use class ProxySelector to find proxy settings on Windows XP. When a proxy server URL and port is set explicitly in the "Internet Options" control panel, this proxy setting is detected by class ProxySelector - no problem.
    When a proxy configuration file is set in the control panel, class ProxySelector returns no proxy setting (i.e. DIRECT) - PROBLEM
    (yes, the configuration file works otherwise, i.e. the proxy is pulled when using Firefox or Internet Explorer
    and yes, the proxy works too, i.e. when using the proxy url and port directly, HTTP can be used in Java too).
    Does anyone have a hint on how to find out the proxy server url and port to use for HTTP out of Java, when the proxy is set through a configuration file as described above?
    Thanks a lot for any help
    Ulrich

    Hi again,
    I found a solution in the mean time: ProxySelector does return the local "browser settings" for a proxy server (i.e. proxy type and address) when an application is started with Java Web Start. When started with Java Web Start, a correct proxy type and address is also returned, when a ".pac" file is set in the browser settings.
    So, when an application needs to determine a proxy configuration, although it might be started locally one needs to create a JNLP file and launch respective application (locally) using Java Web Start.

  • My proxy service (messaging) with sftp protocol is not picking up the file

    Hi ,
    I have proxy service , which polls for a file in a regular interval , this has stopped working suddenly . The bad part is i am not able to find any log related to the service in either the domain logs or the server logs.
    I tried to disable the service and re-enable it , but it was of no use .
    Please help me in this , what can i look for next ?

    Bala,
    I just extracted the entire B2B setup as a ZIP file and imported the setup in a DEV UT01 enironment. The B2B was able to successfully pick up the B2B messages using the same ftp channel.If from one env B2B is able to pick the message using same settings then it must be a network issue. You may like to change the B2B log level to debug and then try to disable and enable the channel. See if you get anything in the log.
    You may also try to create an outbound agreement and see if you are able to send message to that FTP location from the same environment.

  • Sender File Adapter not picking up the file

    Hello Experts,
    I have configured a sender file (FTP) adapter. All the configurations are right. The name of the file is given exactly as it is. The processing mode is Delete.
    The scenario was running fine till today. I only made changes to the path from which it has to pick the file. I have checked the path numerously and it is correct.
    But the file is not being picked up.
    Monitoring the communication channel shows no errors. It has the green indicator. No idea what is happening.
    Please Help,
    Regards,
    Merrilly

    Hi
    try to make some changes anf then again save and cativte the adapter. may be the adapter is not being activated.
    also check whether the cache is refreshed or not.
    or u can also check in the communication channel monitoring the channel is start or stop. if stop then start the channel and then try again.
    if u still face the problem please reply me back.
    Thanks

  • WebUtil SetIcon not picking up gif file

    I've added WebUtil_SeparateFrame.SetIcon('test') called by a push button on a Form. Unfortunately this appears to simply blank out the "coffee cup" icon at the top left of the Form and in the Win Taskbar. I also call SetTitle at the same time, and this works ok.
    As per the WebUtil manual, the file test.gif resides in the same directory as the gifs used on iconic buttons. The button gifs display on the screen ok, and they are definitely being picked up from this directory (I renamed one and it was no longer displayed on the Form).
    If I remove test.gif from the directory the behaviour is the same - the icon is blanked out. This suggests that Forms is not actually looking in the same directory at all.
    My client has requested their own icon to replace the coffee cup.
    Any ideas?

    OK, took a while for me to get back to this, configure to work in iDS, etc.
    The result is that:
    1. SetIcon expects the full file name, unlike Form icons where you omit the '.gif' extension.
    2. Forms appears to be looking in the wrong location. Filemon reports that it is not looking in the same place as the button images, but instead is looking in:
    <ids_home>\forms90\j2ee\forms90app\forms90web
    and if I copy the gif into that directory, it works!
    Maybe I should just be happy to get it working, but... is there any way to force it to look in the 'images' virtual directory?
    If not, what is the equivalent directory in 9iAS for "j2ee\forms90app\forms90web"? We are running on AIX.
    Thanks for your assistance,
    Neville Sweet.

  • Production issue - Sender File adapter not picking up the files from folder

    Hi Guys,
    Ever since the upgrade from XI 3.0 to PI 7.1, we have come acrossinstances of weird error.
    Thsi time again - now the 3rd time - tandom basis, in our production PI server, we have teh file slying in the source directory folder in the server.
    I can see the files lying there in AL11.
    However, it looks like that the file polling has just stopped and the channel is going blank in channel monitoring.
    I have checked in SXMB_MONI and there are no messages since the morning.
    I have tried craeting a replica of the current channel but it is not working.
    This is teh production server and thsi has alraedy created production issues.
    I ahve checked in the SDN forum but am not able to find the details.
    Plaese help me.
    I am anyway going to raise the issue with SAP now.

    Hi Prateek,
    I have trying all sorts since the morning and then just checked teh file permissions.
    The file permissions were incorrect as compared ot the other files that were processed successfully today.
    Somehow the permissions were changed on the server and the interface channel was not able to poll the files.
    I got teh permissions changed back to 666 and all the files were pikced up in a minute.
    I got the folder checked and it seems like that the permissions were changed somewhere very early in the morning and we are trying to find out how it happened and who did that.
    However, another question i had - this sender file adapter was polling the source directory and deleting the files from there.
    I would have expected that if the channel had issues with the file permission because of which it was not able to access the file, it would have thrown an error something like the file permissions error.
    But there was not a single error in the channel monitoring.
    How can we configure it in a beter way so that we at least soem kind of error indication?
    Please advice.

  • Ksh not picking up settings in .profile

    Hi,
    I am using Solaris 2.8 (02/02) and am having problems when I switch to a korn shell.
    The default root shell is set to sh and although I use ksh more frequently, I am reluctant to set it as the default shell. My problem is that although all my environment variables are read from my .profile when I initially log onto the box, when I change to a korn shell (using "hostname# ksh") the resulting shell does not seem to carry across some settings into the new environment. Example:
    In my .profile I have the following line:
    PS1=`hostname`" # "
    This is fine when I first log in to the box but from the prompt when I switch to ksh, the prompt gets reset to "#". I realise this is the default for the korn shell, but I was under the impression that I could change this in the .profile.
    Can anyone help ?
    Thanks,
    Mick
    (I have also tried executing "ksh -" from the command line but with the same results)

    Hi
    The contents of your .profile are executed once, when you log in or you assume the id of another
    user.
    If you want certain settings to persist accross shells then the best way to proceed is to create
    a .kshrc file for the user.
    At the end of your .profile ( say for root ) add the following
    export ENV=/.kshrc.
    Then create a .kshrc file with settings like PS1=`hostname`" # " or set -o vi etc., in it.
    The kshrc will get sourced whenever a new shell is spawned.

  • WAE-674 not retaining network settings when configured using recovery CD

    WAE-674 Issues
    Here is the story so far:
    Disks crashed. Installed new disks. Inserted the recovery CD. wiped disks and installed .bin image. tried to configure network settings. No error message but interface settings did not stick. I am 100% positive that the network settings were correct. cannot connect to the device via telnet. Can see the device with CDP but no IP address configured.

    Could I be having these issues because I am using a monitor and keyboard not a console cable?
    Old style console cable not available. equipment is difficult to procure because I'm in the middle of nowhere.
    Could the issues be because of the 64bit architecture of WAE-674 i.e could I be using the wrong recovery disk?
    Attached are images of the device booting when recovery CD is not inside the device.

    Hi Kristof,
    The problem is that as soon as the serial port becomes active, the device stops displaying the output to the screen/keyboard so you'll really need an "old style" console cable to see what is really happening with your device.
    More info: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/app_ntwk_services/waas/wae/installation/7341-7371/guide/7341gd/7300intr.html#wp1040804
    You can connect a keyboard to any USB port and connect a monitor to the video connector to troubleshoot the BIOS boot process. However, video output is for troubleshooting only during the BIOS boot process. The video output stops displaying when the serial port becomes active. To monitor the boot process in normal operation, use the serial console port.
    The Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) connector is not supported.
    The systems-management Ethernet connector is not supported.

  • Embeded OC4J server within JDeveloper does not pick latest JAR files.

    Hi,
    Currently OC4J seems to be using an older version of JAXB1.0. Hence I created a shared library in my standalone OC4J server and imported the shared library while deploying my applicatoin in the ClassLoader task.I am trying to replicate the same in
    my embeded OC4J server within JDeveloper.
    I followed as indicated in readme.txt file in the \j2ee\home\shared-lib\ folder.
    1) I created a folder called "jaxb" within /j2ee/home/shared-lib/. I then created a folder with the name "2.0" indicating the version number of the API.
    2) I then added the relevant jaxb JARS to the jaxb/2.0 folder.
    3) In the server.xml file available under /j2ee/home/config/ , I added the following entries.
    <shared-library name="jaxb" version="2.0">
              <code-source path="jaxb-api.jar"/>
              <code-source path="activation.jar"/>
              <code-source path="jaxb1-impl.jar"/>
              <code-source path="jaxb-impl.jar"/>
              <code-source path="jsr173_1.0_api.jar"/>
              <code-source path="jaxb-xjc.jar"/>
         </shared-library>
    I am still facing the issue where my embedded OC4J server is picking up the jaxb version 1.0.
    What are the steps that needs to be taken to ensure that the embeded OC4J
    takes in the jaxb2.0 version.

  • NFS Adapter not picking up file

    Hi Guru's,
    Scenario is File(NFS)  to File(FTP) without using repository part.
    The NFS directory name has been maintained correctly. File name is also correct. Channel is active. Checked in RWB also.
    All configuration settings are fine. But NFS adapter is not picking up the file and also not showing any error.
    Tried following thing but not working
    1) Manually deactivating and activating channel in Directory.
    2) Stop start channel in Communication channel monitoring.
    3) Put exact file name in Communication channel.
    4) Testing mode changed from Delete to Test and again test to delete.
    5) File type binary to text.

    Hello,
    Verify the below mentioned points:
    a. Is the file adapter locked? ....Visual Admin (till PI7.0) or NWA(for PI7.1 and above) . Entry comes as $XIAdapter*
    b. Check permission / authorization to read/ delete the file?
    c. Adapter Services are active

  • File Adapter Not picking the files

    Hi All,
    We have a process wherein the file adapter picks up the file from a particular location and it processed thereafter. We get the files once every month. We noticed that if the files that are being dazzled are of the same, i.e if the same nomenclature is there for the file that was dazzled the previous month, the adapter does not pick up the file. Only after renaming the file, it picks the file and processed them.
    Any idea why the files that are dazzled with the same name are not being picked up.
    Thanks in Advance...!!

    Hi,
    While configuring file adapter to pick up the files cross verify with file name putting in the directory location against the
    "Includes files with name pattern" "Excludes file with name pattern" file name..
    let say if u kept .*txt if picks the files txt with any name and one more think once after picking up the file from particular location are u enabling (delete file once read) option in configuration(It all depends on ur req)..
    cross check the schema element of the file pattern.
