Breaking Bad season 5 episodes with no sound.

I have bought season 5 of breaking bad and when I play episodes Madrigal and Hazard Pay there is video but no sound. This happens on apple TV, iPad and iPhone

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

Breaking Bad Season 5/Final Season

When I bought the Season Pass for season 5 of Breaking Bad several months ago, I seem to recall that the episode list included the so-called "final season" episodes.
Now that those final season episodes are about to run, however, I notice that they are no longer included in my season 5 season pass. Instead, they're part of a new season pass that I would need to purchase.
First, am I just remembering wrong? Were the final episodes of Breaking Bad ever part of the season 5 season pass? If I'm wrong, then this is a non-issue, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
Second, if I am remembering right, shouldn't I get the final season episodes without having to pay for them (again)?

I feel lied too.
As a digital consumer I was of the belief I was being good and purchased or "licensed" the 5th season of breaking bad.
However, despite being a company who wants customers to play fair and purchase their content, itunes seems to fine with break rules to meet their needs.
If "licensing" digital content is the way we will be doing buisness, then companies should understand that misrepresenting the product details is not a very good way to discourage pirating the content.
This was my first time getting a season pass:
I am very disappointed with this service.
I also am unhappy that I will not see the second half of season 5 for quite a while.
I will have to wait until it appears on netflix. I also it is very unlikely I will purchase a season pass for any show ever again.

Breaking Bad, The Final Episodes

If you're like me, you were hooked on Breaking Bad from the very first episode. I've enjoyed every minute of Breaking Bad and while I'm sad to see it end, I'm excited to see where they take these final episodes. To prepare for the first of the final eight episodes of Breaking Bad to air tonight, I spent my weekend re-watching the final episode of season 4 followed by the first eight episodes of season 5. Now, I sit and wait.

Has anyone managed to watch Breaking Bad Season 5 on ATV without cursing?

I am getting a lot of green pixel lines, pixalation in general, ghost images, overlapping layers, all kinds of digital distortion. I suspect the latest firmware because Netflix is really smooth and all HD.

I got the email and downloaded 2 copies of the behind the scenes clip, as well. Can we talk about how RIDICULOUS this is? I paid $23, and Amazon Instant has the episode already, and has for HOURS. Not to mention, it doesn't even give you all of season 5. Season 5 IS the final season. This is honestly ridiculous and incredibly disappointing. I can't even watch the behind the scenes yet, because it will spoil the actual episode which isn't out yet. It's not even consistent in release time. Last week, this time, I already had my post-Breaking-Bad-episode glow. This week, this time, it's more of an angry, unattractive, red.

Bought an my little pony episode and have no sound across 3 Apple TVs , 2 ipad, 2 iPhones while streaming. Tried downloading it to ipad and still no sound. Please help.

New Greek Episode with no Sound??

I just bought the latest GREEK episode (From Rushing With Love) and the video plays wonderfully... but there is no sound... none.
I went to info on the episode and where it says Volume, next door is 'Not available' if that helps..
I don't have the money to go and re-buy it and hate the stupid commercials on the abcfamily.com site.... but I may just have to live... if no one can help, that is..

I of course have the same problem as you all do with this episode. I just want to point out what should be obvious that this is not an Apple or an iTunes problem any more than it would be a Walmart problem if there was a problem with an Audio CD you purchased there. ABC Family does not just send over their broadcast masters so that the iTunes staff can rip a quick copy and post on iTunes. ABC handles the digitizing and compression for their shows and obviously some overnight lackey didn't bother to check his work. If he/she still has a job today it's definitely not anywhere near the high profile tv shows anymore.
iTunes can only post a revised version when some 'different' lackey working on behalf if ABC creates a new file, which probably will undergo serious QC before we get our repaired version.

HT201272 I bought Breaking Bad Seasons 1 - 5 (first part of S5) back in November. They no longer appear in my iCloud

Since iTunes started to sell the delux versons of the show i can no longer find, or view, my purchased items from iCloud, or even the purchased section of iTunes.
I'ts a good thing i downloaded them, thought the pilot episode is only in SD rather then HD like all the rest.
What can i do, the purchase is older then 90 days so trying to report a problem is like tracking a **** in a hurrican, i just get sent no where.
I paid £60 for this show, and i don't want to lose it due to some over sight on behalf of iTunes. And i certainly do not wish to buy the show again. What can i do?

You can have Apple or a competent service shop replace the internal HD for a fee, unless you have AppleCare and the iMac is within its warranty period in which case it will cost nothing. If you must pay the cost will be approximately $350 US.
PowerPC support is gone with Lion. You can install or retain Snow Leopard on another partition, and boot Snow Leopard as necessary.
The inability to load web pages is a different problem, unless it is related to your failing hard disk.

If you have purchased something twice it's because you have made a mistake.
Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

Could not get Breaking Bad HD Season 1 refund

Right after buying Breaking Bad Season 1 HD on the UK store, I did some research and learned that the pilot of the Season 1 is actually censored.
Since this was not advertised I asked a refund and was denied by Apple support.
Is there anything I could do ? I usually have a good experience with iTunes, but I doubt I will ever buy any digital content if I cannot get a simple refund on an item I never used.

After much trial and error I was able to solve the issue.
Don't know why but the default "Managed Pipeline Mode" of Application Pool setting did not work. Instead of "integrated" it had to be set to "classic" for it to work. Don't ask me why! Anyways I figured I share this in case it helps out someone in future.

I bought breaking bad on the US store, can't download it

So I went to buy breaking bad season 1 on itunes, it linked me to the US store where I purchased it (I had money on my account from a voucher), but because I live in Ireland it wont let me download it, but I was still charged for it. Is there any way to download it or get my money back?

You cannot legally use another countrys itunes store.
You have violated the terns of use of the itunes store, shich could lead to the loss of your account.
You can try contacting itunes support and explaining your situation. Maybe you will get lucky and get a refund.

Problems with the pre-purchased last season of Breaking Bad!

I purchased the upcoming eight episodes of Breaking Bad including sneak previews etc., but i could only download 101: The Transformation of Walt to Heisenberg and 102: Final Season Sneak Peek. Can't load videos 103, 104 and yesterday's episode.

If "Check for available downloads" are showing nothing available, try accessing purchases via the quick links section on the iTunes store to see if you can download the episode manually. Below I have included and article that shows you how to download past purchases.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
