Breakpoint Madness

Question

Hi All, I'm using dvdsp 4.1.
I've created a dual layer project which I'm having some difficulty with. At first, I was getting an error message telling me that the app could not find an appropriate point to put the layer break. I had selected automatic. I then removed material from the disk, creating more free space. This enabled me to set the layer break automatically.
I've now thoroughly reworked the project... and the project takes up even less space than previously... and, amazingly the problem with layer break resurfaces. Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Do the number of scripts + stories play into this? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!

1.) Building is "muxing" the items into the VIDEOTS/AUDIOTS folders as shown in the example
2.) Formating is then taking the build and writing a DLT, a DVD-R/+R, DL, Disc Image etc.
3.) Building "let's you know" (and DVD SP know) what markers (if any ) can be used for a Dual Layer Prooject.
4.) When you just build (and not Format) when you go to Format you get the Dialog that comes up - in the Disc/Volume Tab you will see a drop down for Dual-Layer Break Point - defaults to automatic. When you open up the drop down you will see all the markers in your project, good ones (proper layer breaks) will be black and others will be gray (the black ones will pop out, so it is not someething like "is this black or gray" ) If you have built the project and have not made any changes, you do not need to rebuild to see what I am describing, just make sure the genral tab points to where you built the project. Probably does unless you switched things up.
