Bridge 5.1 (and Reader) suddenly disappeared?!

I'm the happy owner of an Adobe CS5.5 Production Premium suite - running on PC/Windows 7 - which has served me very well for a number of years. I always use Bridge to transfer pictures from my camera to the computer. On July 26th I came home from a small holiday, transferred the pictures as usual and on 28th I went away again. When I came back August 2nd I switched on the computer, put the memory card from the camera in the reader - and was quite surprised to see that Bridge didn't open. I tried to start the program manually, only to find that it was completely gone from my computer. It's nowhere to be found. I connected an external drive containing the downloaded suite I bought years ago, with the intention to reinstall bridge - but Bridge isn't on the list of programs I can choose to install. Later I needed to read a pdf-document and realized that Adobe Reader also is gone.
Has anyone experienced something like this? The computer was unused while I was away. My best guess is that something happened during updating some Windows-files, which I did on July 27th. I've tried to revert the system to a restore point before this date, but it isn't possible, probably because I ran CCleaner sometime after the update...
Anyway, the question is how do I get Bridge back? I need it and I paid for it.

That's a tool one runs BEFORE installing, not after.
The CSCleaner/ccClean tool cleaned up, i.e. deleted, everything related to CC and CS.
You're going to have to reinstall everything from scratch.

Files and folders suddenly disappeared! - WEIRD! HELP!

I've NEVER seen anything like it.
I tired to copy my pictures folder to one of my one of my internal 500 GB WD SATA drives. Everything looked fine, like it was copying over no problem. Then I click on the drive, open it, everything looks as it should, all my usual folders are there. I double-click to open the pictures folder and it's empty. I close it. Then I go to list view, click on the arrow to open the folder and the folder VANISHES BEFORE MY EYES. I clicked on the arrow to open other folders and THEY ALSO VANISHED. I tried Disk Utility, Disk Warrior, Data Rescue II, and nothing works. But the disk still mounts. I click info, and it tells me there's over 200GB of data being stored. But when I open the disk, it says there's ZERO data.
I don't know whether I should reformat the drive, or take it to a data rescue place. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!

Hard drives may, but they generally do not have bad blocks. There are programs you can use (Speedtools, TechTool Pro) to scan for bad media or weak sectors.
Zero all may, or may not, map out your bad blocks. My experience is that if there are any, save yourself and a) get a new drive just in case; b) do 7-way write erase, which will map those out; c) try 3rd party utilities (TechTool Pro, Disk Warrior, Data Rescue II even).
Once bad blocks are fixed, you could be and should be fine for years.
You can check system log, SMART tests, and find out if any spare blocks have been used, how many left.
First question: when and with what did you last repair the disk directory? and don't rely on just Apple First Aid, it misses a number of potential and real problems.

My Bridge force closed and Camera Raw disappeared, how do I reinstall it on CS4

I am unable to open photos in Camera Raw after my Bridge Force closed in CS4. Does anyone have any suggestions?

To uninstall CS4, use the Adobe Uninstaller provided by Adobe when you first installed it.
Then re-install from scratch, from the original media, CD/DVD or download.

Built in Micro SD card reader suddenly disappeared (miix 2 11 3G, win8.1 64bit)

Lenovo Miix 2 11 256GB 3G windows 8.1 64 bit.
After 1.5 months I just registered today that my 32GB micro SD card doesnt show in Windows 8.1. Card is readeable fine with generic USB multi card reader. I have also tried 16GB Samsung Micro SD card and same.
No sound when inserting micro SD card, no reaction whatsoever.
Reinstalled with supplied Genesys USB Mass Storage Device (4.3.0.7)
Reinstalled with newest drivers from lenovo website (same version though)

Any idea what else to do? My next step is backup of the entire disk and do recovery to see if tis hardware or software related.

For the third time, since starting iCloud, all my iPad 3 Notes have suddenly disappeared. Each time this has happened, my notes are there and then suddenly disappear. What is going on?

Notes are not on any of my iOs devices (except for my old iPhone that is not connected to a wireless carrier, although I can use wifi to email). That's the problem. When I do "back up now" any new notes join the others in the vapor world. I have to go on my MacBook and sign into iCloud where I have found a few.

Try this for starters. Close Safari and reset the iPad. See if the Favorites and Reading list reappear.
In order to close apps in iOS 7, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Safari app then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

The other day i deleted my email accounts off of my ipod and only reloaded a few of them. today i looked at my notes to look at a project i had typed on my notes because i didnt have paper and pen around to write it and i didnt want to froget. I reloaded the rest of my emails in hope that everything would reappear but sadly only some of them from 2010 loaded. Recently i had update some of the files and they were like they were when i first created them there were alos ones that i had deleted long ago. There are other notes i had made that were really important to me to andi wouldn't be able to remember every single one. Help Please!

I did it. By relocated all the songs. Then did my usual sync. Now , all the songs were synced to my Iphone now.:)

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto. Version 8.1.2
- What version of the Operating System. OSX 10.9.4
- Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
When I open iPhoto, only the most recent photos are shown (last 12 months)
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages? This has been going on for several weeks now. There are no error messages, but yes, I had an update in the system (QuarkXPress 10.1), and the problem has occurred from that day.
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue. I tried to find out where the problem came from, but found no solution.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto? No
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

At last, the BEST solution!
In addition to my last post, here is the solution for fixing this problem without syncing your contacts with icloud.
It takes about 2 minutes and permanently solves the problem so you can start adding and editing your contacts again on IOS 5.1.1!
Basically you just need to follow these steps from the Settings page:
Enable Airplane Mode
Go to iCloud settings
Turn on Contacts
Agree to 'Merge Contact'
Wait for pop up to confim iCloud contacts are on
Turn off Contacts
Confirm that you want to Keep your Contact on the iPhone
Wait for pop up to confim iCloud contacts are off
Disable Airplane Mode
Airplane Mode temporarily blocks all phone signal/data to stop your contacts merging with icloud.

Usually that means it's not compatible, likely a 10.5 program and Rosetta can't run it or it's not there, you need to check with Konami, they have a community forum/support there to answer your questions
Check the operating system and machine requirements with them, perhaps there is a update or a patch you need to install to get it to work.

How to restore an album and its content? (suddenly disappeared)

I've just got my new macbook air and i imported a lot of photos to iPhoto
and it took me so much time to arrange it by my order (different albums places times and faces).
after a few days it suddenly won't open and it asks to choose an album or create one. i was trying to choose the old one but it won't open so i pressed "create new".
I managed to restore my old photos but i am so mad! its not in the order and not in its places, its messy and doesnt arranged by how i did it before.
no albums, no faces, NO EVENTS. Also every one of the photos is titled weirdly with numbers and letters which werent like this when i first imported them.
in the begining i liked how it was but now i am so angry and absolutely not pleased with how it all works on iphoto. if i wont find a solution i would have to delete everything and start from zero.
what can i do to restore my original album and all its events before it suddenly disappeared? if its even possible.

These are your options:
1. Restore the iPhoto library from the most recent backup that predates the issue.
2. Repair or rebuild the library.
3. Scavenge the library with a third-party application called "iPhoto Library Manager," which you can find in a web search. From the application's menu bar (not the iPhoto menu bar), select
Library ▹ Rebuild
Books, calendars, and slideshows won't be preserved.
