How come Bridge 8.5 thumbnail's info is not present, already selected to show size, label and data and nothing.

Even in Bridge CC (64bit) when I select the file and then click an item in the IPTC Core section it states "This property cannot be modified".

MIRO- Unplanned Delivery Costs info. not showing on FS10N line items

HI,
Can anyone explain why when posting an Invoice with unplanned delivery costs using T-code MIRO, the purchase order info. does not show in the GL line item display T-code FS10N for any of the unplanned delivery cost line items. If anyone have a solution to allow the purchase order info. to show on the uplanned delivery costs line item that would be great.

Un-planned freight is entered on the header of the invoice and therefore relates to the entire invoice. Since, its possible to have mulitple PO's on one invoice it would only be possible to assign the PO when there is exactly one PO on the invoice.
Alternative, you can use planned freight or post the unplanned freight using the G/L tab in transaction MIRO. By using the G/L tab you can enter any information required for accounting (including multiple lines in case it is required to split the un-planned freight by several PO's.

Geo info not showing in places

I'm unable to get the gps info to show up in iphoto's places on my macbook. It works fine on my imac..
both computers have the most current iphoto (iphoto 09) and the same pictures (the gps info is there.. it shows latitude and longitude under extended info)
so, why does gps info show up correctly only on the imac and not the macbook? (nothing shows in places and nothing shows when i click the i in the corner) Is there a preference setting I need to set on the macbook that I'm missing?

Contact info not showing in messages

Since upgrading to IOS7 my ipad will not show contact info for messages. On my iphone the upgrade works fine.

Hi, In such case, try to check the things below:
1> Make sure all contacts are stored in unique memory : sim or phone memory (recommend phone memory)
2> Try to avoid 1 contacts has few numbers and other case, similar or same names for fews contacts
3> Add your country code into the normal number format, eg: 0123455678 --> saved as +60 12345678 (+60 is the country code for MY)
4> Check the settings under Contacts folder: Contacts > Settings > Contact view or Display contacts > try to change Last name/ First name view option one by one

5dmk3 video capture info not showing in LR4?

Used to have a canon 7d, which created a .thm file that held all the capture data info for the video, but now with the 5dmk3 it seems like the thm file is embedded into the video file, but now in lightroom the capture data does not show up any longer:( very useful for me to see atleast what ISO the video file was shot with.
Any help suggested?
I have tried downloading directly from memory card into lightroom, an also via a card reader, and also via the EOS utility (like canon recommended) but it makes no difference.

Presenter Video Express (APVE) does not use the theme for the PPT output. If you embed the MP4 in a PPT slide using Presenter, then publish it out it will have the theme wrapper around the PPT content, which contains your APVE video.
If you want to customize the theme in the APVE you can do that when editing your video in that tool.

Presenter 10 - theme info not showing in published video

Using Presenter 10 - when I publish a video using powerpoint my theme with presenter info and selected panes does not show. I start by going to power point and creating a custom theme within the presenter tab and check the presenter info and panes I want to show and press ok. I then hit record and it sends me to adobe presenter video express. I record the video and publish the project. However no theme shows in the final published video. Maybe adobe presenter was not meant to show theme information in a published video?

Sent Emails and Account info not showing

I've just downloaded iOS 7 to my iPad 2. Everything seems OK except my different email accounts are not showing in the account listing. I'm receiving mail from both accounts and can send but they are showing collectively in Mailboxes under All Inboxes. I also can' access the Sent emails. I can see it in the iCloud list but when I click pon it to view it appears to send mails to iCloud and I don't know hoe to recall them from there? Any info would be great appreciated.

Online chat said there is maintenance, btcare on twitter says they are not aware of any issues even though one other twitter post says he can't access account, case of left hand not knowing what right is doing - typical BT
Also can't change weather location on BT home page.

Reminder and Calendar app info not showing up in Today View

Both the reminders app and calendar app are showing up as empty, that is, they are not showing any information, in the Today View of the notification center, yet I have multiple reminder lists and calendars on my computer. What's going on? How do I select which lists/calendars show up in this section?

Ok. So to make things clearer....
I was able to undelete the yahoo [CICAL] service book so now both my emails are back into play.
After reading some more posts, this is the problem I'm having (sorry if I'm repeating stuff from my previous comment, I just wasn't sure if I made sense).
Issues:
* In the Today theme, my calendar entries are not showing up on the home screen
* It looks like all my calendar entries went to the "Device Default" calendar setting
* If I enter a new calendar entry, it says it's using my yahoo email address (which is what it was doing before) and now that entry will show up
* However, ALL my calendar entries are under the "Device Default" so it would take forever to re input all my calendar entries so that it's posting under my Yahoo account
Any suggestions on what I should do? Is the only option to just wipe my entire calendar and reinput everything?

Disk Info not showing capacities

Hi everyone,
I have an old G4 as a classroom computer and something odd is happening to how it sees the hard drives. I tried to copy a file to them from a networked computer and there was not enough space which was not true.
The Finder will not show a disk size
Disk Utility shows the size and available space
Permissions, and disk repair have been completed
What else to try??

Track info not showing up in Vista

When I rip music with Nokia Music 1.3 the track info shows up nicely in the program. But when I head over to the location where the music is stored on my hard drive(using Vista) there is no info at all on the tracks in theVista explorer program. Is it supposed to be like that?
Also is there a way of not putting all the tracks in the same folder on the hard drive when you rip cd's? It would be nice to be able to sort it in subfolders like this "music folder/artist/album" automatically. Atm it just puts it in a folder called "others" in my music folder.

Artist Album info not showing some songs

I have a 30g fifth gen iPod, with about 4800 songs on it, running iTunes 6.0.5.20 on Windows XP SP2.
When I first got it, a lot of my files had bad data, so I cleared out all the info except for the Artist and Track, and then manually corrected all the data to make it work. What this means, is all of my songs previously didn't have any album info, and when I'd go to the Artists menu and select one, it would go to a list of albums where "All >" was the only option, and then that would display all of the songs for that artist.
Recently, I bought a few new CDs and I was ripping them to put them on my iPod, and now all the other songs that I had from those artists before won't show up under the Artist section, because it skips straight to the CD I put on rather than giving me a list of albums to choose from.
I know it's not a problem with my tags, because they all worked fine before I put these new albums on there.
Am I gonna be forced to include "dummy" album info in some songs?

Hopefully someone can help when I click info on photos so I can tag people or see dates sometimes i get an etched grey panel - mostly not!
If i go Photos>detect missing faces sometimes it crashes sometimes it comes up!? but then the font seems black on black!?
I have tried rebuilding data bases etc - Do i need to reinstall? Is this possible?
I have an iMac runnning 10.9.1 with a 2.5 GHZ intel Core i5 with 2GB Ram

First try all of the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete the contents the following folder:
User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: For Mavericks, 10.9, go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
where you can check the Show Library Folder checkbox.
If that fails to solve the problem it could be another preference file other than iPhoto. Here's how to test for that:
Trouble Shooting Preferences
1 - close all applications.
2 - open your Home/Library folder and Option-drag (copy) the Preferences folder to the Desktop.
3 - select the contents of the orignal Home/Library/Preferences folder and drag them into the Trash bin in the Dock. You will be asked to provide your Admin password.
4 - reboot. Be sure to know your account's username and password as you will be asked to log in with it.
5 - run the application again and determine if the problem(s) is fixed.
6 - If the problem is fixed:
A - open the working Home/Library/Preferences folder.
B - Open the Preferences folder on the Desktop, select all of the contents and drag them into the working Home/Library/Preferences folder.
C - When the Copy window pops up check the "Apply to All" check box and then click on the Don't Replace or Skip button.
D - reboot.
7 - If the problem is NOT fixed, drag the contents of the Preference folder on the Desktop into the Home/Library/Preference folder and replace the entire contents that were created by clicking on Replace.
8 - reboot and you're back as square one.
Note: keep the Preference folder on the desktop until you're sure all registration info for your apps are working. If not you can copy the required files from the desktop pref folder to the working one.

Get Info not showing Thumbnail

FCS Newbie (1.5.2). When opening the 'get info' panel on an asset, it doesn't show the thumbnail above the metadata on the upper left side of the panel. It's not that big of a deal, but I want to make sure this isn't an indication of other problems with my db.
How I got here: I installed the application and created the database on my startup drive to kick the tires (production media and proxy media folders and associated bundles). I then moved these folders and bundles to an external drive and updated the devices in admin preferences panel. Everything seems to work fine except for the thumbnail showing up. I also noticed that the 'resources' tab of the 'get info' panel doesn't show any path for the primary representation 'library' device. (see image below) Is this a problem?

The assets do load correctly. It turned out to be a custom metadata group issue. I recreated my custom metadata group and made sure "Show Thumbnail:" was checked. It had been checked in the previous one, but somehow jiggling the handle made it display properly.
Also, there is no path shown for the primary representation "library" device because I'm saving everything to the base level with no folder structures (I warned you I was a newbie).
Everything is working as expected. Thanks for your help!

Track Info not showing on burned CD's

Whenever I burn a CD with my iTunes music, the burned CD only shows "Track1, Track 2 ..." Why does the Song Title and Artist not burn to the CD?
