An Apple Store employee DELETED Bridge from my desktop, and then empited the trash bin!! The Bridge is totally gone... how do I reinstall it, without having to reinstall the whole Photoshop CS6 program (I have put a TON of actions, plug ins, etc in CS6 and do not have time to reinstall all of those - photography job TOMORROW! pls help!

Please run the setup for Photoshop CS6 & from the submenu select bridge & click next.
It should bring Bridge back on the computer.

Yes, it tells you exactly how to do this:
Open iTunes. (You can download the latest version of iTunes.)

No. Log in with the Apple ID you used to buy it, click on the Purchases tab, and download it from there; you may need to upgrade the computer to Mavericks to do this.

DB6 - Log files accidentally deleted - How to recreate them?

we found that all DB2 log files of a Solution Manager were manually deleted. The instance was down for some time, so we did not realize the problem immediately, but only now on the restart
We are able to start DB2, but SAP can't connect and this error is reported in the log from the R3trans -d
An I/O error occurred while accessing the database STATE=58030
In the db2diag there are a lot of errors related to missing log file:
RETCODE : ZRC=0x860F000A=-2045837302=SQLO_FNEX "File not found."
DIA8411C A file "S0000016.LOG" could not be found.
There is a procedure to recreate the DB2 log files?

Without the log files the db does not know what transactions are open and hwat state it is in.
The logs cannot be just recreated.
Do you have any possibility to recover the logs? Could they have been moved to another location or were they completey deleted? Do you have a log mirror path set?
If deleted then you could either restore from your last good backup and restore to the last point where you have logs or you will need to open a message to ask assistance in solving this.

You can't, at best you could Restore the iPad using the latest back up to get back to the time the back up was made. If you backed up the iPad after you deleted the app you will have to start over.

You will need to root your phone and by doing so you will delete the pictures, now, were the photos stored on the internal storage or SD card, if the later then you are out of luck, unless someone has another method
you can at least connect your phone to a PC > go to computer > xperia Z1 Compact > DCIM > thumbnails, you might be able to recover at least some of the pictures

You may have accidentally put it in a folder instead of deleting it. Check all your folders to see if it is in one.

Only by reinstalling OS X.
Boot into your Recovery partition (holding down the Command and R keys whilst booting) and elect to resinatll OS X. It will take some time. None of you data, etc., will be erased (although it's always a good idea to have a backup).

There are advantages of using the direct download and installing over what is installed. It is the way I have been able to back out a buggy Adobe CC update. You do not need to backup yous system first and remove all of Adobe's software and clean your system of residual Adobe rat droppings. Downloading is not part of the installation for you have downloaded. You also now have your own copy of the install should you have problems in the future to re-install with. When you do install your activation is still intact and all that you have added to Photoshop is still there and functional and does not need to be re-installed. You do need to use menu Help>Updates to update CC for the install install CC version 14.0 The normal install will most likely do the same and need to be updated. Don't know for sure I only installed CC that way the first time I installed CC. The other two Installs I did were from the direct install. One was to back out Adobe bad CC update. You can also download all the CC updates and selectively install the ones you need. It took Adobe a month to fix their bad CC update. The other install I had to do was to recover some CC file that became corrupt which caused some other CC update to fail to install. After the re-install the update installed without a problem. It would appear that your system is somewhat mangled, and it is time for some general 'servicing'.
Start here:
Repairing permissions is important, and should always be carried out both before and after any software installation or update.
Go to Disk Utility (this is in your Utilities Folder in your Application folder) and click on the icon of your hard disk (not the one with all the numbers).
In First Aid, click on Repair Permissions.
This only takes a minute or two in Tiger, but much longer in Leopard.

If you were having any serious problems with your Mac you might as well complete the exercise by repairing your hard disk as well. You cannot do this from the same start-up disk. Reboot from your install disk (holding down the C key). Once it opens, select your language, and then go to Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. Select your hard disk as before and click Repair.
Once that is complete reboot again from your usual start-up disk.

to reïnstall Mavericks on your 13-inch Mid 2012 MacBook Pro, you can try booting into Recovery mode by holding down ⌘R as your MacBook Pro starts up. Eventually it will show an OS X Utilities menu on the desktop; select Reïnstall OS X from that menu, and follow the instructions which it provides to reïnstall it onto its internal disk.
