Bridge CS6 Missing from Master Collection

I installed Master Collection CS6 but noticed that Bridge CS6 was not installed. I reran the installer and checked to see if it was listed as an application available to install and it was not. I checked the website and it shows Bridge being part of MC so I am not sure why it's not installing or not even giving me the option to install. I tried to uninstall everything (using the uninstaller) and start over without any luck.
Here are my system specs:
Mac OS 10.6.8
MacPro 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon
16GB RAM

We would require the install logs to locate why the Bridge is not getting installed.

I've uninstalled Acrobat X and Acrobat XI. I reinstalled from the dmg file and get the following error:

I reinstalled the entire collection thinking that may help, but it didn't. I'm on a Mac running OS 10.8.3

In case anyone else ends up with a similar issue: I recently signed up for Creative Cloud. I downloaded the update for Acrobat listed there as well as the new programs I did not have (Edge etc.). The conflict arose from the Creative Cloud version and the version from Master Collection.
I had to uninstall the entire Adobe collection and all Creative Cloud item. Then I ran Adobe cleaner and reinstalled the Master Collection. I installed only the items I didn't have from Cloud. I still received an error that Acrobat had not been installed, but it was there and is working now.

How to update Flash Builder 4.6 Premium from Master Collection CS6

I want to update from Flash Builder 4.6 Premium to Flash Builder 4.7 Premium. But I have no seperate Serial number for this product. Only for the complete Master Collection CS6.

There are no updates for Beta 2.
You're probably seeing one of two issues with the latest nightly build:
1) playerglobal.swc change http://forums.adobe.com/thread/559312?tstart=0

Lightroom install from Master Collection CS6 to Win 8.1

I've recently upgraded my computer and now have a PC running Windows 8.1 that is much faster. I installed my Master Collection CS6 that was running on my Win 7 PC. Everything but Lightroom has installed properly. It was on my win 7 pc with the exact same install (copied it from my other pc) with Lightroom but now I can't find the program. Has anyone had the same problem or know the solution.

If you know what version of LR you got with the CS-MC – LR 3, LR 4, LR 5, then you can download any of the LR updates from the Adobe Updates page:
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates
You would need a serial number for the same LR series (3, 4, 5) to activate what you download and install from the updates page.

Help! Premiere only program from Master Collection CS5 that won't install

Hello,
I have a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.5. I have installed the Adobe Master Collection CS5 and everything works fine except Premiere Pro CS5. It won't show up in my applications and appears to not show up regardless of what I do. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, used the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, and even downloaded Premiere Pro CS5 on its own and tried installing, all to no avail. It just doesn't show up, and when I did the standalone Premiere Pro it installed Encore and Bridge but not the main program. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas as to how/why this might be happening?
I believe that at one point this computer had Premiere CS4 installed, but it no longer does. I had to replace the hard drive.

I have been having a problem installing encore cs5 into my Dell xps studio 8100. the machine is literally three days old and aside from the os, there's nothing else installed in it.
I was able to run the installation for CS5 without any issues until it got to encore. everything else installed without an issue but it refuses to install encore. I have installed the same master collection on another machine, a little older than the new dell, and it installed flawlessly. But on the new machine, no dice.

Uninstall existing PS CS5 from Master Collection and then install standalone PS CS5

I recently purchased an iMac that has a volume licensed Creative Suite Master Collection installed. Under the volume license I can update but not upgrade, which is understandable. Question is, can I uninstall Photoshop CS5 Extended from the Master Collection using the uninstaller, and then install a newly purchased standalone version of Photoshop CS5 that I can register in my name for upgrading later on when newer versions come out? Are there shared resource elements that could get out of whack or cause problems?

Need to Reinstall Photoshop CS 6 from Master Collection

Friends,
I had some problems with Photoshop CS 6 and the program dialog recommended removal and reinstallation. I have a downloaded version of Master Collection CS 6 on my Mac, but when I click on the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection icon under Applications>Utilities>Adobe Installers, I get only uninstall options.
How can I reinstall Photoshop CS 6?

i'm not sure what's in your Applications>Utilities>Adobe Installers directory so download the master collection installation file to a desktop directory and install ps using it.

Try to re-install any aplication from Master Collection CS3

I have a Master Collection downloaded from Net (ESD) installed in a XP Windows SP3. Now that I need to install the Acrobat 8 from the package I just dont remmenber the initial path I used for the installation, since I remove all the package to several DVDs. When I start a SETUP it just asks me to put the image on a D:\ drive but I just don't know if I used sub-folders or whatever.
I've been trying to run the SETUP from the DVD too, but with bad results, since it was loadded another entrance on the ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS on the Control Panel with the same name - Add or Remove Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection ==> Size 261,00 MBytes.
Does anybody give me a hand?

Can you please provide the exact error message you are receiving? Also which operating system are you utilizing?

Bridge HOME missing from Favorites

Because of an email from Adobe referring to the Studio area of Bridge Home, I discovered that the Home icon is missing from my Bridge. Not only that, but the checkbox that activates it is NOT in the preferences panel. I'm using Bridge 2.1.1.9 on a Mac. I checked with two colleagues, and their Bridges do have the Home button. Is there an actual preferences file I can replace, or should I re-install the program?

Restart Bridge holding down the option key and choose refresh preferences, check if it is there.
If not go to the user library preferences folder and delete AdobeBridge2plist file manually.
If it still missing after starting again try to create a new user and see what happens inhere.

Can I uninstall only Premiere Pro CS5 from Master Collection?

I have Master Collection CS5 installed on my computer. I just purchased Premiere Pro CS6. I would like to uninstall only PPro CS5 and then install PP CS6, but it's not apparent how to uninstall PP CS5. Is this possible?

Users for Creative Cloud from Master Collection 5.5

I was allowed 4 active installs of my Master Collection 5.5. This worked perfectly for my wife and I. If I take advantage of this Creative Cloud, will we both be able to work at the same time? How many active installs will I be allowed? Currently, we have 5.5 on our laptops and desktops. No matter where we are, or what we're doing, we can utilize our software. Will the same be true with one subscription of creative cloud?

Yesterday, I bought an upgrade for Flash builder 4.7 but when I try to activate it, the serial I give (Master Collection CS5) is not valid.

It will be different for your location, but if you click on the "purchasing options" from the Flash Builder 4 home page you should be able to get Standard.

Photoshop CS6 missing from launchpad

OK, this has been making me crazy for quite a while now.....

Software OS X 10.9.4 (13E28) (I am not into beta-testing operating systems, so I am waiting for the official release of Yosemite before upgrading from Mavericks)
I upgraded my complete Creative Suite installation a while back from CS5 to the CS6 1-year subscription. During all that time, I was able to find both versions of Photoshop (CS5 and CS6) in my launchpad. But once I followed Adobe's directions and updated to Creative Cloud, I can no longer find Photoshop CS6 there. I can locate it in the Applications folder in the Finder and run it from there, but it is not anywhere in Launchpad. All of my Adobe graphics and design apps are grouped together there, and CC simply replaced CS6 in that group, and it appears to have deleted all CS6 icons from Launchpad...... something which seriously ticks me off because it makes me feel like Adobe has hijacked my control over MY computer.
There is absolutely NO NEED for Adobe to do this, and there are still times I would prefer to use one version over the other. I paid for the CS6 upgrade..... where did it go...... and how to I get it back to my Launchpad so that I can use it more easily? BETTER YET.... since a quick Google search will turn up any number of similar complaints, why doesn't Adobe just right their wrong in the next update? But absent that, can anybody give me a simple set of directions to follow to make my CS6 applications reappear in Launchpad?
Sorry for sounding so grumpy about it, but this was just wrong of them to do this.

Same thing is happening with me, I have certain CC programs installed for school, but I want to have the CS6 versions installed as well. Spent the better part of this afternoon refreshing/restarting the Launchpad in the hopes of all my Adobe apps being visible. I hope this issue is fixed soon.

Encore will not install from Master Collection DVD

I have Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3.
I just installed the Master Collection CS4 suite; all apps installed except for Encore. The error I received was MS XML Error: Error 2. I ran the Adobe Support Advisor, but it resolved nothing. I installed the apps with my Virus Protection and Firewall disabled. They were also disabled when I tried to install Encore another couple of times.
I have searched the web and Adobe Forums but have found nothing to help me.
Does anyone have any advice?

I do not know how the software is arranged on the disks in the suite, but with the separate Premiere CS5 version, Encore is part on CD1 and part on CD2.
The first time I installed CS5, Encore failed to install. I knew I had had a problem with the disk changeover, so I tried a repair install and after this Encore was installed OK.
Worth a try I should say, if you have not already done this.
