Bridge to Mac not showing option to update software

I am having Sony Xperia C which has received new software update as per the message coming in notification area. However when i connect phone to my mac using bridge to mac, it detects my phone but doesnt show any option to upgrade the spftware.
The option was appearing earlier but update was failing, now even after deleting and reinstalling of bridge to mac and restarting my phone alsp it is not giving any option to upgrade my phone. Have tried with both MSC and MTC modes but no lcuk. Can anyone please help. Thanks in advance,

I apologize for answering so late. Could you please provide me with error logs so that we can further investigate your problem?
Here’s how to get error logs from Sony Bridge for Mac:
1. In BfM, hold the "alt" key down while selecting the "Phone" menu. Select "Clear logs" to remove all old logs and get a clean start
2. Reproduce the problem you're having, whether it's connecting the phone, importing photos, doing backup...
3. In BfM, hold the "alt" key down while selecting the "Phone" menu. Select "Export logs"
4. On the computers desktop there should now be a file named "SonyBridgeForMacLogs_[date].zip
5. PM that file to me or post the contents here

I’m working in PS CS4 in XP(government).
Changes I make in camera raw do not show up or update in bridge.
These images DO process with the changes when I run my actions.
For example: Open images in bridge. Edit. Open reaming images in camera raw. Push the images two stops in camera raw. Close camera raw. Images in bridge show no change. Run action to turn raw files into psd. Final PSD appear pushed two stops.
Purging Cache make no difference.
Thoughts?

You are using Embedded thumbnails. These are small and fast, but do not show raw edits.
You need to use one of the HQ thumb options to see the edits.

Use the Find my iPhone icon. There is no separate Find my a Mac icon. All devices show up under Find my iPhone.

Rentals are one-time only downloads, they will not show on other devices/computers for redownloading.
If you rent a film on your iPad or Apple TV then you can only watch it on that device. If you rent it on your Mac then you can move it from there to your iPhone or your Apple TV (if it's a first gen Apple TV) : FAQs about renting movies from the iTunes Store :
If you rented the movie on your computer, you can move it to an iOS device or Apple TV (1st generation). To do this, connect the devices and sync using USB. When you move a rented movie from your computer, it will disappear from your computer’s iTunes library. If you do not have a Software Update option present on your iDevice, then you are trying to upgrade to iOS 5 or higher. Updates not showing up in "updates in last 30 days" list

I just updated the iWork apps pages and numbers, 8/21, but they are not showing up as updated in the "updates in the last 30 days" list. I have seen this happen before but I don't understand why some app updates show up there and some don't. Also, I update the iMovie app but it downloaded entire app again, 1.97 GB. Any ideas why software update is behaving this way?

I am having the same problem. My husband received the same notice for those updates and they were successfully installed and show up in the "updates in the last 30 days" My husband just purchased his yesterday. I purchased my computer in 2011 but I do have Mavericks installed on my computer. Does anyone know how i can get help with this issue without galling my iMac into the store?

I figured it out. I couldn't see the old backups because the sparsebundle had not been properly unmounted in a previous session, so it kept giving an "already in use" error. The problem was solved by restarting the Time Capsule through the Airport Utility, mounting the sparsebundle by double-clicking it, and then going through the "Browse other backup disks" option in the Time Machine menu bar icon.

Well, finally I fixed my problem and was able to download IOS7 on my IPAD.the problem was because there was not enough space on my IPad local storage, so I had to free some space by deleting pics and movies. Now it's working fine, but I learnt that I can have an Iflash drive or a wifi external hard disc to put all my files on and relive my local storage.

Disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall during the download and update usually resolves the timeout error.
