Bridge tries to open an uninstalled program

After upgrading to CC, Bridge trying to open files in Photoshop, now is not in the folder X86 and therefore can not be found.
Also in the file manager, I try to set the Photoshop CC to open jpg files, but it does not work there.
Maybe the problem is in the Windows Registry.
Suggestion?

Bridge is just a file browser. Bridge cannot open any files, ever. It cannot edit them, manipulate them or save them normally.
Bridge simply hands the file over to the appropriate, designated application, whether this be Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat or even MS -Word.
If you don't have Photoshop installed, what do you want Bridge to open your image files with?

Bridge tries to open CS and not CS3

For 3 months since installing CS3 and Bridge all was well. Suddenly Bridge tries to open files in CS on a different drive, and CS is non working. How do I change the linkage back from Bridge to CS3? Do I need to reinstall CS3?

If you are using a screen icon to open CS3 delete it and make a new one.

Preview freezes when trying to open images - other programs have no trouble

Preview freezes when trying to open images - other programs have no trouble with the same file. This problem is somewhat intermittent.
I have replaced the Preview application by moving a copy from another equivalent machine - no luck.
Did not find any preferences file trash, though I looked.
Is there one?
Any suggestions?

The .plist for Preview should be located @ ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Preview.plist (where "~" is your Home folder).
Trash the file, logout/login or reboot your computer and try opening the app and opening the offending file again.
Let us know if any luck with finding the .plist there and opening your file?

Can't open PDFs/uninstall program Adobe Reader (11.0.08) MUI

I can't open PDFs, can't uninstall program, I have Adobe Reader (11.0.08) MUI (I don't know what MUI is...), help! I have tried numerous times to uninstall and change the program. Every time I try to do this, a window comes up saying that files are open (Adobe Reader) and to either retry or close. I can do neither, so I'm unable to uninstall the program. I've never had anything like this happen to me. I scanned my computer for viruses, malware, etc. and nothing came up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I just try to download the software from the Adobe site and see what happens?

Assuming you are in Windows (which you haven't said), you can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:

Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.
And I think it is Multilanguage User Interface...

Mozilla firefox will not open, and wen i tried to open the uninstall helper, that wont open either

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

Computor restarting while trying to open new software programs!

Okay! The MSI 7094 motherboard is an old board and I only use it as a secondary option but this is the first time I have ever encountered this problem so I'll try to explain.
I boot up, fine, then I go on-line, fine, I can browse the web without any problems but if I try (for example) to open one of my games on Steam I get an instant reboot. At first I thought it was just a problem with Steam but since then I have tried to open Nvidia System Monitor and the same thing occurs. I have run memtest and I did not get any errors so I think the memory is okay. I also changed the start-up and recovery by unchecking the automatic restart but I cannot even get the bsod to come up. I have not tried opening any other software on my machine but I would imagine that I would get the same result (computer crashing). I have had a look in Bios (health check) to see whether the machine is is running hot but it seems okay.
Can anybody shine a light on this problem before I take drastic action like taking the computer to bits and/or reformatting the hard disk (if necessary).

Okay! I downloaded new drivers last night and no change.
Today I installed the ATi Tool and the temp was in the 70s so I checked the fan and it was not turning so I gave it a little help and it started spinning and the temp went down to 50/51. Which means I didn't clean the fan enough or it is faulty. Is there anything I can do to rectify that, can I change the fan?
Anyway I ran the scan for artifacts for about 12 minutes with no problems and the temp went up to 72/73; stopped the scan and temp fell to 50s. I was also running the GPU-Z program to confirm temp and both were showing same. I tried another scan for artifacts and the computer crashed as soon as I pressed the scan for artifacts button so now I cannot use the ATi programm to put the graphic card under stress.

Runtime errror displayed R6034 when trying to open the iTunes program from my computer.

I am unable to open my iTunes program from my computer. Immediately a box comes up displaying:

What does this mean?
I am currently on Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit. I never had a problem, for last 2 years, until this past week when trying to access the program. I have an ipod that 5th generation touch ipod I sync to my library, which successfully will load and update any app needing to be updated, and play my music library with no issues.
I just do not understand why I cannot open this program any longer from my computer.

RABAX_STATE termination when trying to open a running program

Hi Experts,
We are currently having an issue we are facing where a user clicks a link to open a WDA program from our Portal, and if the load is taking too long, they are clicking the link agai,n which causes an error because the program was already in the process of loading. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix/handle this situation?
This is the message:

It was clearly mentioned to check Note 1109215 . The solution for this is.,
If an application terminates with the above-mentioned error, you have to
create the ICF service node for the application. Normally, this happens
automatically when you create an application. Check whether you have
sufficient authorization for the object S_ICF_ADM.
To create an IFC service node
1. Select the affected Web Dynpro application in transaction SE80.
2. Choose the menu option "Goto -> HTTP Service Maintenance".
3. If the node does not exist, the system issues the query: "ICF node
for service "..." does not exist. Do you want to create it?"
4. Choose "Yes"
5. Save the ICF service node for a transport request. As soon as the
node is activated, the Web Dynpro application is functional.

Why do I always get the spinning wheel of death when trying to open a CC program??

It eventually opens or stalls out and I have to try again. Waaay sloooow - My CS5.5 is better - what's the deal? Using Mac OS X Lion and have plenty of memory.
Is anyone else having this problem? - I don't have time to wait several minutes for the program to open.

You can try these & check.
1.If internet is fine then this might be becase of Creative cloud files, please try the steps metioned in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launchin g-cc.html and see if it works.
2.Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. Try to launch CC desktop and sign in with your Adobe Id (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-f iles.html) .
{Note for step 2: The file is in the user Library, not the Applications folder. To see the hidden user Library (not the system Library) in the Finder click on the Go menu item and then hold down the Alt / Option key. You will see Library appear between Home and Computer. Click onLibrary and then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > OOBE.
Alternatively open the Terminal and paste in the following and then press the Enter / Return key:
rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db, This will also delete the file}

Cannot update iTunes trying to remove by uninstall programs but Apple Mobile Device won't uninstall.

I am trying to follow the instructions to uninstall iTunes because it will not update to 11.1.4. I uninstalled iTunes, then Apple Software Update, but when I uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support it goes throught the whole thing, but it does not uninstall it. It is still there. Does anyone have any ideas?

Here's what happened. I was trying to open a photo in Camera Raw from Adobe bridge and the entire system froze except for my mouse. I did a hard restart. After restarting if I tried to open any Adobe program it brought up the Service License Agreement/ Product Key. I agreed to the terms and service, the entered my key. after that the SLA kept looping back after I agreed. This is still happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Suite, but that did not fix the issue.

Thanks Jeff. I performed all the steps and CS 5.5 is still not working. A pop-up comes that says - "Install" can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.
I then moved all the install files to my desktop and another pop up comes up that says - "Install" can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
I installed a trial version of CS 6, and it ran smoothly.
The last resort will be to purchase a Creative Cloud license, but before I do that does anyone else have anymore ideas?

Adobe Product Problems. Can't Install, or Uninstall programs. Also programs installed on my computer are not showing up in CC

I have tried many times but, I can not install any adobe products onto my computer (It does meet system requirements). It always is gets an "Installation failed" error at 42% I also can not uninstall adobe programs. I have Adobe after effects installed and I have tried to uninstall it. A window comes up saying "Uninstall Failed" and gives me some trouble shooting tips which I have tried many times. Another problem is when I open up creative cloud my installed programs do not show up. For example I have Adobe After Effects but, in creative cloud it is listed as uninstalled and has a button that says "Try" even though it is already installed onto my computer. I have problems with the CreativeCloudCleaner too. I have tried using it to uninstall programs but, when I choose the option to delete adobe CC products it only gives me the option to delete Creative Cloud and no CC programs. These are problems I have been trying to fix for days but, I have not yet found a solution anywhere.

TS3074 error message 'missing MSVCR80.dll' when trying to open iTunes

Using Windows XP was unable to successfully download the newest version of iTunes on 30 January 2014. iTunes will not open on either of two PCs, a desktop and a Laptop. Reveived error message 7 (windows error 126). Tried several times, even uninstalled program and tried a new download.
Anyone else having this problem?

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
