Brige CC Place menu does not show Illustrator and Indesign

Hello,
In my Bridge CC the menu item "place" is only showing "in Photoshop" and  "in After Effects". But it doesn't show Place "in Indesign" and "in Illustator" and "in Premiere".
How can I fix that? I think it happens after I switched to 2014 versions only.
Thanks in advance,
Wilmar Boer

Why did you have to call Support?  An Adobe Engineer who programs Photoshop gave you the answer a whole day ago.
Of course the Blur Gallery is available in version 14.2.1.  It's just not called out in the same place in the menu structure as in the newer versions.

  • Acrobat Pro "save as" function in the file menu does not show the current directory of the file

    I have installed CC but Acrobat Pro gives me headaches.
    The "save as" function in the file menu does not show the current directory of the file but something I have worked on in the past.
    It forces me to navigates through my hard disk for this very straightforward thing in normal conditions. I precise: Acrobat is the only software reacting like that.
    I use Windows7 professional 64bits.

    I use what seems to be the latest version available on the Cloud:
    To illustrate my point, I open a directory with explorer and double-click on the only PDF in there:
    So here it is, open:
    When I do a "Save as", it takes me to a totally different place on the disk!
    Very annoying...
    Thanks for your time!

  • Powerpivot add-in menu does not show in Excel 2010

    To whom it may concern,
      Sometimes,  excel.exe *32 is left in the windows 7 professional task manager but all excel sheets are closed (sometime VB script opens excel sheet, and then close the excel sheet); then, manually open an excel sheet 2010 with powerpivot add-in,
    powerpivot add-in menu does not show in Excel 2010. If excel.exe *32 is deleted from task manager manually, then, open Excel 2010 with power-pivot add-in, the powerpivot add-in menu is always visible. Try to figure out why excel.exe *32 is still left running
    in the task manager.

    Ed, I read your reply. I thought about closing it before, but today I still experience the same issue after I reinstall the powerpivot for Excel 2010.
    I came cross powerpivot error: unable to load the table in the powerpivot windows when the excel sheet is opened, yesterday it worked fine. After I reinstall powerpivot for Excel 2010, SQL 2008, the issue goes away.
    And I tried to use pivot table instead of powerpivot in Excel 2010, and then plan to write stored procedure to build some relationships used to set up in powerpivot windows; so, I am still planning to use excel sheet, instead of writing a windows form application.
    Try to get more experience in excel.

  • Popup menu does not show in JTextField

    I have a JPanel with a popup menu that works perfectly, as long as the right mouse button is clicked on the JPanel. However the popup menu does not show if the right mouse button is clicked on a JTextField that is within the JPanel.
    What has to be done that the popup menu shows always?
    this.addMouseListener(new java.awt.event.MouseAdapter()
    public void mouseReleased(MouseEvent e)
    this_mouseReleased(e);
    protected void this_mouseReleased(MouseEvent e)
    if (e.isPopupTrigger())
    popPopup.show(this, e.getX(), e.getY());

    There are up to 20 JTextFields in the JPanels an the application has a lot of JPanels of course. Adding the listener to each and every JTextField means a lot of extra code. Is there really no generic solution to this problem???

    Not all movies qualify for download on demand from iTunes in the Cloud, the rights may be reserved by the content provider and can vary by region. What response have you had from iTunes Store support?
    If you have still have the computer they were on it might be possible to extract the hard drive, mount it in an external drive bay and recover the content from it.

  • Spry menu does not show sub menu on iPhone

    Hi there,
    Spry menu bar from CS6 does not show sub menu on iPhone. Please help.
    Thanks,
    Tee
    <TA

    I was debating Sudarshan's
    if your Spry menu is triggered on 'hover', it will not work on an iPhone as touch-screen phones cant do 'hover'.
    any menu with NO hover (mouseover) effect or trigger will work on touchscreen devices. Pick a menu plug-in that doesn't have any associations to 'hover' factor.
    as most touch-enabled menus will still contain hover rules or mouseover javascript handles. Even most JQuery menus will contain :hover rules.
    There is no disagreement about that with you, Al.

  • The main menu does not show in explorer/PC!!

    I have a problem that i hope somebody can solve. When i am publishing my site from iWeb directly to me.com the website is working fine. If i export the website and then preview it in explorer on PC the main menu does not appear for some reason. I would be greatful if somebody could give me an explination on what is wrong? Please!

    Where are you "exporting" your site to?
    The iWeb navigation menu will not show on a PC running IE if Java is turned off.
    You can get round this by "hiding" the standard navigation using the "page" inspector and building your own.
    See...

  • Organizer does not show filename and extension viewing photo

    Windows 7
    Photoshop Elements 8
    I previously had Photoshop Elements 8 on a computer with Windows XP that died. My photos, thankfully, were on an external hard drive. My new computer has Windows 7. I installed Photoshop Elements 8 on it and imported my photos.
    Previously when viewing a photo in Organizer in the largest size obtainable by clicking on the thumbnail, the photo would show tags and the filename with extension. Now, It does not show the filename and I have to click properties and get the little window that opens to show me the name. I couldn't find anything in preferences to set the filename option. Can someone please tell me how to do it?

  • Why MSAccess database shows data but does not show columns and DDL in edit mode in jdeveloper?

    Sir,
    My developer ver is 12.1.3.0.0.
    I create a connection to MS Access database, this database shows data as bellow in jdeveloper databases window
    But when I open any table in Edit mode like bellow it does not show any columns and DDL and give an error like bellow
    Similarly when I try to create view objects on these tables then on data controls the view object also doesn't show any columns like bellow
    What could be the reason any help on this issue
    Should I use MS Access or not but I want to use ms access for very small databases.
    Regards

    If you look into the certification matrix at Oracle JDeveloper and ADF 12c (12.1.3) Supported Systems
    You'll see that ms access is not supported.
    You can use oracle xe which is free for your project.

  • JTable Problem (table does not show rows and columns)

    Hi All,
    What the table is suppose to do.
    - Load information from a database
    - put all the values in the first column
    - in the second column put combobox (cell editor with numbers 1-12)
    - the 3rd column put another combobox for something else
    - the 4th column uses checkbox as an edit
    The number of rows of the table should be equal to the number of
    record from
    the database. If not given it default to 20 (poor but ok for this)
    The number of columns is 4.
    But the table does not show any rows or
    column when I put it inside a

    I hope you don't expect us to read hundreds of lines of unformatted code? Use the "formatting tags" when you post.
    Why are you creating your own TableModel? It looks to me like the DefaultTableModel will store you data. Learn how to use JTable with its DefaultTableModel first. Then if you determine that DefaultTableModel doesn't provide the required functionality you can write your own model.
