Brining cd from iTunes audiobook download

When I go to burn the audio book I bought on iTunes store
I click "Burn Disc" it then prompts me to load a blank disk I do but it does nothing just keeps telling me to load a blank disk and does not begin burning.
Apple needs better support including on phone like Audible audio and others.

I'm having the exact same problem- on the road, we wanted to download and listen to an audiobook. everything seemed ok- the charge even shows up on my credit card bill online- it just won't get past 'processing.' other forums for this problem have suggested resetting the iPhone, which I've tried, with no success. I have no idea what to do

  • Sound quality from iTunes Store downloads

    Hi Mac Mavens,
I'm a pretty discerning listener and I'm wondering about the quality of the sound from iTunes Store downloads vis-a-vis a CD. If you play them side by side through a very good sound system would you be able to hear the difference? Any audiophiles out there who have made the comparison? What's your verdict?
    Thanks one and all,
    CZ1957

I, for one, can hear the difference between 256 Kbit AAC and uncompressed AIFF over my Imac's tiny speakers. Over a good sound system, the difference is not subtle.
Compressed audio is inferior to the original, and there's very little argument about that. It's my understanding that most people can hear the difference between lossy compression and uncompressed audio.
Upon hearing it, however, some people can live with the difference, while others can't.
There are two very good reasons why you might wish obtain your audio on physical CD's: 1) if you care about the artistic intent of the musician and you want to hear everything they created, that's only available on CD, and 2) you might not wish to be overcharged for an inferior product. The "iTunes Plus" compression throws away about 80% of the information in the original audio, yet the cost is about the same as a physical CD. Why anyone pays $10 for one fifth of the data on a CD, when all the data is available for about the same price, is beyond me.

  • IPhone album art from iTunes not downloading

Recently, I have not been able to get my album art from iTunes to download to my phone. It appears in my iTunes on my computer, but will not transfer. It also will not appear on my phone when I purchase the music FROM my phone, but appears in my computer's iTunes. I've reset my phone, but the problem continues. This problem has only been happening for about the last two months and I've had my phone over a year. (iPhone 4, Verizon)

the album covers are fine on itunes on my computer, but on my iphone they don't work. as in, when I sync my iphone to itunes, it switches the covers around to different covers. it seems to be random.

  • Purchased videos from itunes store download/upload issues

I purchased movie from itunes store downloaded it onto my itouch works plays is fine --but when I tried to sync or drag the movie onto my windows computer into itunes or sync it with itunes cannot get the + sign only no go.  Getting frustrated--I bought this movie actually for my wife and then cannot get it onto her itouch since it will not transfer into itunes for me to get it moved/transferred onto her itouch.  Both itouch's are authorized on this computer.  I am confused--why buy the video if you cannot work with it on your devices?  Please help!

Did you check your trash can? Did you make a backup copy of your videos that you purchased? That is something that is always reminded to users that purchase from the itunes store...to make a backup copy to their purchased music. The idea is once you buy the music and you lose it well then its gone forever. I highly doubt you can get what you purchased from the itunes music store back again without purchasing them again. But that is weird that you had the videos and and their gone now. Have you tried searching for them on your computer harddrive? Did you do a recent hard reset to your ipod? Are you manually updating your ipod and deciding what to sync and not?

  • ITunes audiobook downloaded but missing from Music app

I purchased and downloaded an audiobook from iTunes but it does not show up in the Audiobooks section of the Music app.
It shows up on the device when I enter the title in the iOS7 Search bar (so it definitely downloaded).
It will play when I tap on the Search hit (so it downloaded successfully).
When I tap the "back" button while it's playing I get to the "Audobooks" page in the Music app: but the book isn't shown in the list of available titles!
So it's on my device but can only be accessed via Search.
    I've force-quit the Music app.
    I've hard-rebooted by iPhone 5.
I haven't synched to my Mac in 2 years (not even sure my Mac iTunes is up to date)

The exact same thing happened to me - I downloaded an Audiobook and it entered a black hole. This is ridiculous! I even tried pluggin it into my iMac and transferring purchases to my computer and then syncing it again that way and it did not fix the problem. It seems though that other audiobooks that I did purchase on my Mac and then transferred to my iPhone worked fine, but I'd rather not have to plug it in to my Mac.

  • I purchased an audio book from itunes and downloaded to my pc rather than my laptop.  How can I transfer it to my laptop which is where I download to my iphone?

I purchased an audiobook from itunes.  I downloaded it onto my home computer rather than my laptop, not realizing that you can't download onto your iphone from more than one source without deleting everything else.  How do I copy the book to my laptop so I can download it to my phone?

I downloaded the audiobook to my laptop, but now want it to be on my iphone. How do I download it to my iphone?

  • HT4972 I have music on my itouch that I did not purchase from itunes, but downloaded from CD's that I owned. If I upgrade my iOS and sync my device, will it remove that music, requiring me to reload it back onto the device?

I've found that certain apps that I desire require a certain iOS level, so to speak. However, I have been hesitant to sync my itouch (3rd generation) to itunes to upgrade, mainly because it warns me that my media will be removed. Most of the music on my device has come from CDs which I have downloaded onto my itouch and not from itunes, so the music is not on my itunes itself. Since I do not fully comprehend what "syncing" my itouch to my computer will do, I would like to be certain that if I do sync my device all media will be removed. If this is the case, then I must persue ways to back that music up before I proceed with the syncing. If you could let me know as much information about this as possible, I would be truly grateful. Thank you.

You will probably lose the music.
Why is it not on your computer?
Have you failed to maintain a backup copy?

  • No sound from iTunes movie download, while playing on appletv, iPad, or other

    Downloaded a movie from iTunes.
The video is fine; it displays on all iOS devices.
However there is no sound while being played on any iOS device, appletv, iPad, iPad mini, iPhone, etc.
How do I request another download that contains audio?
    Thanks,
    Dave

    Howdy, ashkimber!
It sounds like the iPad may have been muted.
The following explains how to determine if it has, and also how to un-mute it.
For what it's worth, this setting does only affect certain applications, and having it 'muted' will not mute ALL output from the iPad.

    Mute
When you mute your iPad, only certain sounds are muted.
Sounds such as alerts, notifications, sound effects, and game audio are muted.
Media playback (such as music, podcasts, movies, videos, and TV shows) are not muted.
    Best regards,
    Allen

  • HT1725 Purchased downloads from Itunes says Download error, tap to retry, been doing this since I purchased need help.

Purchased downloads from Itunes, downloads say "Download error, tap to retry. I have been trying daily since purchase. What can I do?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

  • Apple TV buffers air play movie rented from iTunes and downloaded on iPad.

When I download rented movie from iTunes to iPad and then air play to Apple TV the AppleTV buffers for 30-45 min as if it is trying to re-download the rented move. It use to start instantly with a complete status bar.

    Was an internet connection available?
I'm not sure I would ever play a rented movie by mirroring from an iPad as mirroring is lossy and reduces quality.
It may actually not work via mirroring.

  • Interrupted import from itunes stopped download...

I was importing a season pass of a TV show from itunes. The computer was in the middle of the last three episodes when I had to shut down my computer for the night. I pasused the downloads. When I opened itunes back up, I could not get itunes to continue the download, not even when I had it check for available downloads. Anything I can do? Or do I need to re-buy the episodes to get them?

Go to purchase history, click the arrow next to the purchase, click "Report a Problem" and report the problem.
Apple should resolve within a day.

  • After purchasing from iTunes the downloads do not appear on my ipad.

What can I do if after purchasing iTunes the downloads do not appear on my ipad?  I have been charged for them.  How do I track them down?
    Sandra from Hayden

I'm going to assume that you use only one Apple ID so the two things that I can think of are to quite all processes and restart all devices and then try to sync those apps again. Quit iTunes, restart your computer and the iPad and then try to sync the apps again.
The other thing would be to try to reset your iTunes account by signing in and out of the account on the iPad. Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad and then sign in to your account and try again.

  • Just bought a music album from itunes  it downloaded to my imac but will not down load to my ipad

itunes  / the app store does not show my recent music purchase on my imac i have a reciept.  The rub is the mucis album will not sync to my ipad2 and there is no help from itunes or the app store

    Also try:
    - Resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch:  Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Resetting  network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

  • How can I change the slow tempo from itunes music download. (In iphone; don't own a mac)

I recently bought a soundtrack album from itunes, and when I played it, something was off. I noticed that the tempo was slightly slower. It really nags me. How can I fix this in the iphone??? Thank you for your response.

When you say "remove his account", do you mean remove his Apple ID as well as all his stuff (music, movies, and whatever else is housed in iTunes)?  If so, delete all his stuff (music, etc.), have him deauthorize the computer (Store > Deauthorize This Computer), and sign out of his account (Store > Sign Out) and then sign in to yours.
If all you want to do is remove his Apple ID and not fuss with his stuff, then things get more complicated, because you do not own his stuff.
