Broken 'Hide Edges' function?

Hey.
I'm having some trouble with my Flash Professional CS5.5. When I'm doing freehand drawing it shows the edges around every stroke I make. I have tried going to the menu, View -> Hide Edges and also pressing Ctrl+H. It does make the edges go away from the most recent stroke, but at the next stroke it reappears. It didn't always do this, and it's really bugging me!
Flash also started to crash from time to time, kinda randomly starting with not showing me the layers and then crashing completely giving me an error message talking about some file. This started about the same time as the edge thing.
I tried to figure out to reset the settings, but I have no idea what to do. Please, help me.
(I'm doing simple frame by frame animations in a ActionScript 3.0 document, if it's of any importance)

Is reinstalling Flash completely a reasonable option?

Hide a Function code in Menu bar

How can I hide a function code in a menu bar(not a button in Appln tool bar) in the pf-status of a screen(SE41).
SET PF-STATUS ...EXCLUDING ... only serves to grey out the function code in the menu

Hi,
I don´t recomend it, ´cause this is a modification to the standard. In case of upgrade, your changes are gone. If you really must do that, then
1) make double click on SET PF-STATUS 'xxxxx'
2) display options in menu bar
3) double click on the menu option to modify
4) system displays all suboptions.
5) click on the option to erase
6) press "delete entry" (ctrl + F9)
7) activate the changes

5.1 appears to have broken the relationship function in contacts

5.1 appears to have broken the relationship function in contacts on the iPhone 4s. You no long have "relationships" as a field to add to the contact. I'm limited to 3 only.
Worked in 5.0.
Anyone else see this?

Is there a way to hide a function error indicator in a print view?

I've got a numbers report with a function error and I was wondering if there's a way to hide the exclamation point when printing it out? Not trying to hide something, just to avoid displaying an error when its unimportant.

You might try including the IFERROR function in your expression. This will suppress the error message.

You can use transaction UCCHECK to examine a Unicode program set for syntax errors without having to set the program attribute "Unicode checks active" for every individual program. From the list of Unicode syntax errors, you can go directly to the affected programs and remove the errors. It is also possible to automatically create transport requests and set the Unicode program attribute for a program set.
Some application-specific checks, which draw your attention to program points that are not Unicode-compatible, are also integrated.
Selection of Objects:
The program objects can be selected according to object name, object type, author (TADIR), package, and original system. For the Unicode syntax check, only object types for which an independent syntax check can be carried out are appropriate. The following object types are possibilities:
PROG Report
CLAS Class
FUGR Function groups
FUGX Function group (with customer include, customer area)
FUGS Function group (with customer include, SAP area)
LDBA Logical Database
CNTX Context
TYPE Type pool
INTF Interface
Only Examine Programs with Non-Activated Unicode Flag
By default, the system only displays program objects that have not yet set the Unicode attribute. If you want to use UCCHECK to process program objects that have already set the attribute, you can deactivate this option.
Only Objects with TADIR Entry
By default, the system only displays program objects with a TADIR entry. If you want to examine programs that don't have a TADIR entry, for example locally generated programs without a package, you can deactivate this option.
Exclude Packages $*
By default, the system does not display program objects that are in a local, non-transportable package. If you want to examine programs that are in such a package, you can deactivate this option.
Also Display Modified SAP Objects
By default, SAP programs are not checked in customer systems. If you also want to check SAP programs that were modified in a customer system (see transaction SE95), you can activate this option.
Maximum Number of Programs:
To avoid timeouts or unexpectedly long waiting times, the maximum number of program objects is preset to 50. If you want to examine more objects, you must increase the maximum number or run a SAMT scan (general program set processing). The latter also has the advantage that the data is stored persistently. Proceed as follows:
- Call transaction SAMT
- Create task with program RSUNISCAN_FINAL, subroutine SAMT_SEARCH
For further information refer to documentation for transaction SAMT.
Displaying Points that Cannot Be Analyzed Statically
If you choose this option, you get an overview of the program points, where a static check for Unicode syntax errors is not possible. This can be the case if, for example, parameters or field symbols are not typed or you are accessing a field or structure with variable length/offset. At these points the system only tests at runtime whether the code is sufficient for the stricter Unicode tests. If possible, you should assign types to the variables used, otherwise you must check runtime behavior after the Unicode attribute has been set.
To be able to differentiate between your own and foreign code (for example when using standard includes or generated includes), there is a selection option for the includes to be displayed. By default, the system excludes the standard includes of the view maintenance LSVIM* from the display, because they cause a large number of messages that are not relevant for the Unicode conversion. It is recommended that you also exclude the generated function group-specific includes of the view maintenance (usually L<function group name>F00 and L<function group name>I00) from the display.
Similarly to the process in the extended syntax check, you can hide the warning using the pseudo comment ("#EC *).
Applikation-Specific Checks
These checks indicate program points that represent a public interface but are not Unicode-compatible. Under Unicode, the corresponding interfaces change according to the referenced documentation and must be adapted appropriately.
View Maintenance
Parts of the view maintenance generated in older releases are not Unicode-compatible. The relevant parts can be regenerated with a service report.
UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD
The function modules UPLOAD, DOWNLOAD or WS_UPLOAD and WS_DOWNLOAD are obsolete and cannot run under Unicode. Refer to the documentation for these modules to find out which routines serve as replacements.

How to Hide BP Functions - Points will be awarded

Dear Guru's,
I would need to Block CRM Business Partner Functions which are not required to list out. I through with the following steps to block:
(CRM 4.0)
IMG --> CRM --> B.Functions --> Partner Processing --> Define Partner Functions.
Here I Checked the Check box to Block the Functions. but i was wondering that the Functions are still visible in the Functions Field of Activity. How can i hide those.
Kindly suggest me.. Points will be awarded for atleast help ful answer..

Hi Srujan,
The Block Check Box in the partner function definition is not meant to hide a partner function. If only changes the way of determination of partners. (as wriiten in the helps - Defines whether the source partner is added during partner determination for the resulting Quantity).
What I understand is you do not want few partner function to be visble in the partner tab of the activity. For this in your partner determination procedure (which is assigned to the transaction type of activity) just add the partner function you want to be visible and put permitted functions as A Only Functions Assigned to the Procedure.
Steps:
1. Check the Partner determination procedure assigned to the Transaction Type of activity
TCode: SPRO
Customer Relationship Management --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Define Transaction Types
2. OPen the Patner Determiantion Procedure
Customer Relationship Management --> Basic Functions -> Partner Processing -> Define Partner Determination Procedure
Here check the Partner Procedure and change the Permitted Function as A.

Hide/show functionality of a column in interactive report

Hi ,
Is it possible to remove the hide functionality from a single column in an interactive report ?
I have an interactive report with the first column being a check box. On the column name I have added the toggle checkall/uncheck all functionality.Now when the user clicks on the check all, the hide column option shows up.
I do not want the users to be able to hide this column.I was able to remove the sort/filter/control break/aggregate/compute chart
from unchecking each of these from the report attributes of the column.However I could not figure out how to remove the hide column popup that shows up when you click on the checkbox column name.

Hi,
I believe you will want to add a height specification to allow for multiple lines. And you may want/need to specifiy how you want lines to wrap.
Add (for example):
height: 60px;
white-space: nowrap;
word-wrap: break-word;
There are defaults and several options for white-space and word-wrap. You may want to look them up and give them a try for comparison.

DW CC Template- can not access hide div function

Hi,
I created saved my page as a template and created a new page from the template. In the areas marked editable I can no longer access the button to "hide" a fluid grid div. I can pull up the "hide" function in the footer that is NOT in an editable region. This doesn't make any sense. Am I doing something wrong?

Used to hit Command H but now it hides Photoshop !

6290 missing "torch" and "hide ID" functions

Started using Nokia 6290 after Siemens S75 and Moto V6 and missing these two functions very much.
Tried "S60SpotOn" and "Best Torch" freeware. Both work BUT:
S60SpotOn switches on red LED instead of white;
Best Torch uses screen backlight, not camera flash LED.
Can anyone suggest a torch software for 6290?
As to "hide ID for next call" and "show ID for next call" - I have no idea how to add it.
I hope Nokia programmers read this forum and will include these two functions into next firmware

Region Desc (VARCHAR2)
Age Group (VARCHAR2)
Reject Date (DATE)
The hierarchy required is as follows:
Reject Category -> Reject Code Desc -> Site Desc -> Region Desc -> Age Group -> Reject Date.
I want to produce count on each hierachy level.

How do I get my iMac's HD(Broken display) to function through a Macbook Pro?

I am attempting to use my iMac with an external monitor and I need to allow the second screen to function as my primary screen.
I presently have a Displayport to VGA adaptor (leading to a monitor) connected to my iMac. Then, I have a FireWire spanning the iMac and a Macbook.
When connected via FireWire and accessing the Macbook's HD, I can access many files but cannot change any display settings.
After holding Option at the Macbook's start-up and selecting the iMac's HD, the Macbook displays the Apple symbol with a grey background and does not appear to be loading anything.
The iMac is running OS X 10.6.8 and the Macbook is running 10.8.3.

Yeah, this is going to be a stickler.
If the MB came with 10.7 or later, it won't boot/load/run 10.6
We might be able to edit some plists on the iMac & do something, but without those 2 to test I'm not sure which/what.
Can you find somebody with a 10.6 Mac?

The Class where you can set alv-settings doesn`t have Method to hide filter on ALV.
Have anybody an idea?
