Browser and what's app

hi i have a blackberry 9300..
i wipped my phone and retarted it and i started to have problems with my browser everytime i go on it i don't get options. i get a message saying Uncaught exception: shared webkit instance unavailable: null.
i have tried everything, like sending servive book and to register now and restarted my phone but it has been no help.
Also my what's app chat history doesn't save yet i have deleted the im what's app folder and it worked for two three days and after that it has stopped.
can someone help me please

I recommend a clean OS reload:
1. First locate your carrier and the OS file you wish to use.

2. It doesn't hurt to do a manual backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > Backup. Close Desktop Manager upon completion and unplug BlackBerry. You can get BlackBerry Desktop Software here http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/
3. Download the OS file from step 1 to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
4. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml." Also check the following locations for vendor.xml files and delete any instances of the file:
On Windows Vista/7 navigate to C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML (Where "YOUR_USER" is your username)
On Windows XP navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML (Where "YOUR_USER" is your username)
5. If you're simply updating the OS to a newer version skip this step. If doing a clean OS reload use BBSAK from BBSAK.org and wipe the device (after doing a complete backup) then after you get the error 507 (no OS installed) then proceed to next step.
6. Plug in BlackBerry and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

All downloads, including Blackberry App World and What's App, fail on my 8520. Help?

I had a new phone yesterday to replace a broken one. I have been uinable to download any apps properly, even Blackberry Protect and Blackberry App world failed and 'What's App' verification codes simply won't send. I had all this on my previous phone so can anyone help?

Can you elaborate on the issue you are experiencing on your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8520 smartphone when trying to download applications?
If you are getting any error messages, please provide those errors.
Does your device have EDGE or edge? You need EDGE in capital letters to indicate your data plan has been transferred over to this device.

Its about internet browsing and google chrome app on my ipad air? Please help me?

My internet connection is perfect and on google chrome on my ipad internet is connect and running but on safai i can not browse internet here they say you are not connected to wifi
Im also using other apps like sky drive and drop box etc they are also not working they also you are not connected to wifi.
But on google chrome i can browse and internet is working there properly.
What is this please help is this serious issue or problem?

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

Gesture support for browser and official android app supporting

This is my return to blackberry after many years and I'm not sure how I feel about the passport, gesture mode does not work in inquiry on any browser and Google apps can be downloaded but not officially supported.
It's not easy to type with at all and a possible solution is to have a touchscreen keyboard option.

Icould storage - difference between backup total amount needed and what individual apps show

My phone is saying that there isn't enough space in my icloud to back up. I have 15G plan. The phone says the next backup size is 12.7GB, but when I look at the list of apps and things to backup, all I have turned on is 1.7GB of Camera Roll. What else is the phone trying to back up to icloud?

Emoji makes my text, iMessage, email and what's app crash.

Every time I try to put and emoticon from the emoji keyboard makes any app that I am using to type crash.
Anyone else having this problem?

Try resetting all setting on your iPhone to see if that resolves that system wide issue. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings to perform this task. It will not delete anything; it just will put any settings to its defaults.

My ipod wont let me get on youtube from the browser and the youtube app is always slow

this suck because my youtube app takes like 10 min just to play a 3 min video while on the broswer it took like a minute to get it all ready to play

In Safari search for m.youtube to go to the mobile YouTube site. It works on the iPod.

Safari Browser and Mail App cannot be opened.

After I turn off my iPod Touch and start up again, Safari browser and my Mail App crashes every time I open it. I tried to reboot the device again, and it did not work. I'm going to have to restore, but my question is:
What are the reasons for this? This has never happen to me before.

Almost all the times things like that just happens and they seldom return. If i keeps recurring after restoring to factory defaults/new iPod then you likely have a hardware problem.

I have an iPod Touch and am going on a cruise where I have been told that I won't be able to use Safari so I should download Firefox. I found "Mercury Web Browser" Firefox at the app store. Is this what I need? I'm leaving on Sept. 3rd.

- I never heard that but it may be true. It could be that for some reason Safari can't be used to log into the network. Once logged in, Safari should work fine
- However, I see nothing that say the Mercury Web Browser is Firefox. I would contact the cruise line and ask if and how you use the ship's['s wifi for an iPhone or iPad (it will apply to iPod touch)

Well, go to a library or friends house & download file. Do not expand. copy to zip drive. etc.
Here is how to download iCab from the terminal. the curl command reads html page. I fished out the download link. I think you want 501. To get link, click on what download you want. In the page that comes up . Look at the http source. search for auto & copy link.

I downloaded a reader file and it screwed up my Safari browser and the app opens with the Goggle Quick search which I can't get rid of

I downloaded a file to open a owners manual for a camera I needed. I had difficulty getting it down loaded and never could get the manual. I tried using my Safari browser and started getting this Goggle Quick Search file which opened in place of my Safari….I tried to close it and I can't. I did manage to get ride of the reader file.

You may have installed one of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. Malware is also found on websites that traffic in pirated content such as video. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect more of the same, and worse, to follow. Never install any software that you downloaded from a bittorrent, or that was downloaded by someone else from an unknown source.
In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.
Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked
Install system data files and security updates
if it's not already checked.

The best and easiest is to use the iPad's built-in AirPrint system with an AirPrint-capable printer. <iOS: AirPrint 101>
If you do not have an AirPrint-capable printer, all printing Apps are a compromise. I have an HP non-AirPrint printer connected to my WiFi router. The free HP App, ePrint Home & Biz works OK with photos.
Print n Share and PrintCentral each have their own browser, mail, text and photo programs that work well with the printer, but they can only be accessed from within other programs that have the "Open In" option. (So far, I think GoodReader is the only App I have with that option.)
You can run a program like Printopia or FingerPrint on your computer that will share its printer as AirPrint over WiFi. They both are reported to work well. However your computer must be on and awake any time you want to print. <Printopia for Macintosh> <FingerPrint for PC and Mac>

Hi~
I'm having problem with my BB 9860. It appears that my phone is connected to Wifi but when I tried to use the Browser and other apps, it's says "Unable to Connect on the Internet".
Do you guys have any idea what could be the problem??
