Browser keeping user name and password forever

Hello -
I have a BSP application session timeout set 59 S . So th user context or session data is getting reset after 59 S .
I am fine with that. But it is automatically reloading the page with out promoting for user name and password.
How to flush the authentication data for idle session time out?

My WRT54G v 3 with firmware 3.03.9 will not bring up the "user name" and "password" page. When I browser into it (192.168.1.1) it goes *directly* to the set up page without requesting a user name or password. When I tab to Administration and attempt to change the password (that it does not ask for when I browser in), it says the password is invalid. I tried "admin" and it says the same thing.
I have used WRT54G v 5 and WRT54Gs v 6 and WAP54G v 1 and they all act the same- The "user name" and "password" page comes up after I browser in and I type "admin" to get to the set up page. This router goes direct to the set up page and will not let me change the password.
What is going on here ? Other than this, it works perfect. Thank you in advnace. John.

this is happening because the browser remembers the password of the router.thi is what you need to do to so the browser does not remember.
on the browser (IE) open "tools" and then "internet options" then go to the "content" tab and click on "auto complete" Uncheck all valid options here and also clear forms and passwords.

It may be that AutoFill is disabled in Safari, or that Private Browsing is on.
Go to Settings > Safari > Passwords & AutoFill and make sure that Names and Passwords is on.
Go to your Home screen and open Safari. If Safari is black or dark instead of white or gray, Private Browsing is on. Safari doesn't save account names and passwords when Private Browsing is on. To turn off Private Browsing:
On iPad, tap the the plus icon in the upper-right corner of the Safari page, then tap Private in the lower-left corner.
On iPhone and iPod touch, tap in the lower-right corner of the Safari page, then tap Private in the lower-left corner.

Itunes keeps asking me for a user name and password when I first open it.

I do not allow apple to access my library or my hard drive because you guys are predators, and I have NO interest in using the app store. I have disabled access to the store, so i do not know why it keeps asking me for a user name and password. You have NO right to see the music THAT I PURCHASED a loooooooooong time ago. It is my license. I should be able to play it whenever and wherever I like...and NO, I do not burn and copy my music. I just want to play it on MY MACHINES. So, I do not need your useless snooping, which is probably the reason you want me to log in. Who do you think you are? You didn't write the songs. You just sell licenses. Period. And I purchased mine, thank you. I no longer use your store for these reasons. I use Amazon.

Not control-R. Command-R. Shut the computer down. Reboot it. Hold down cmd-R when you hear the chime. Keep it held down and you should see the Lion recovery partition.

I have the same problem.. EXACTLY. . When phoning Apple Support they had trouble understanding my problem and couldnt find any type of solution. No one seems to take responsibility for GameCenter issues. The assistant escalated the problem but no one could find an answer. .
The only idea was to set up a new apple id, hence a new GameCenter account. . But that would loose all the itunes data. Anyone got ideas ?

Reset Password starting from Recovery HD
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until OS X Utilities window shows up.

Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter on the keyboard.
Leave the Terminal window open.
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.

Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click  in the menubar and select Restart.
Log in.

Try deleting the account from the iPod and try reentring all the information again. A lot of times it is easier to reenter the information rather than trying to find and correct the error.
Try Googling for how to setup the email account for your provider on an iPhone. You can try for an iPod Touch but frequently that does not exist.

User Name and Password in weblogic realm while invoking a web service

I deployed a rpc web service using WLS 7.0 SP2 in HP-UX 11 environment. When I
invoke the web service through my browser (IE 6.0) using the web services url,
it brings my service method correctly. From there, if I click the invoke button
it asks me for a network user name and password under "weblogic" realm??? If I
provide the admin user credentials (which I supplied while creating my domain)
it is not accepting that it keeps popping up this network user password window
over and over. Not sure which username/password I have to provide here to see
the result of my service.
If I try to invoke the web service through my client (static) I am getting a connection
refused exception. I guess either way, I am not able to access my web service.
In the attached file, I have cut and pasted the client stack trace as well as
the server log trace from weblogic.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

When I try installing Firefox 6.0 from the binary file, a box with "Run As" in the type field appears, which asks me for user name and password. Please advise about the course of action that I should take.

Trying to run it as the current user, or as one from a different account(administrator in this case) also doesn't work.

CIC0 - CRM system requests user name and password

Hi folks,
I am a BASIS gui am facing a peculiar problem with our production CRM system. It is a CRM 5.0 system and we have no java stack . The customer service users have reported on a daily basis when they are logged into CRM system and working with CIC0 transaction for several hours, suddenly a pop up comes up stating
"The server <CRM server server name> is requesting that a user name and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection) "
This is happening when a user logged on the CRM system itself. There is no java stack on this system, pure ABAP system. When this popup comes up, the user then puts his/her user name and password and hits ok and is able to continue with work only to be interrupted the next day in the middle of work. So they are able to login , keep doing their for hours and suddenly are asked to revalidate their user name and password.
1. If the user is logged in for several hours and is working fine, what happens suddenly that the user name, password is forgotten and requires to be re-inputted?
2. Is this related to the browser? But the users only work on CIC0 abap system, they do not open a browser , and this is not via portal or a web-ic link...this is all pure abap login via a sapgui.
3. I have copied the same user and am testing to see if the pop up pops up on me...but so far this pop up is not comming up for me....can this be related to user's local desktop windows or browser settingis there any password cache setting ..if so does it mean every time user tries CIC0, a cached password is sent to the server ......I am confounded ...where is the issue, what settings is this related to...

Apparently CIC0 makes use of WAS which requires separate authentication. This can possibly explain this issue. Just check if you have maintained the local SSL certificate. Also ensure SSO is also in place. Check STRUSTSSO2 for this.

you need to negotiate Authentication in ur applet code...
          For example:
          If u r using Form based auth u need to send Post a request with j_user_name &
          j_password to the action j_security_check. and when server returns back the
          cookie
          u need to hold it and pass that cookie to the each and every request made to the
          protected application.
          Basically u need to imitate the browser.

EBS 7.3 "Could not authenticate this user name and password, try again"

I have just install Sun StorEdge Enterprise Backup Software 7.3 on a new Solaris 10 (06/06) system. I have installed the following packages with no errors: SUNWebsc (Client), SUNWebsn (Storage Node), SUNWebss (Server), SUNWebsm (Man pages) and SUNWebsg (Console).
I have executed the �nsraddadmin� command for both root and administrator.
I start the web browser with http://<hostname>:9000 and the java software loads with no errors. But when I try to login for the first time with administrator/administrator, I get the follow error:
ERROR: Could not authenticate this user name and password, try again�
