Browser Only Shows 35 Rows per Page

I have a Business Exploder query that I display on the web.  However, it only shows 35 pages at a time.  Can I increase this to all rows?  I don't see an option in the query properties, and I don't have access to any stylesheets.
Thanks.

For table web item, set the specific property - "Number of Data Rows displayed" to 0 (zero) This will show all of the records returned.
But be careful about large number of rows as browser will go for a spin. It does not stops as excel does for 6000 rows.

    Instead of doing that take the url CURRENT_SERVER_URL(pre-definde BI Publsiher variable) by declaring like below
    <?param@begin:CURRENT_SERVER_URL?>
    Then subsequently add the extra patameters eg. region like below
    {$CURRENT_SERVER_URL}Data/Country.xdo&p_region={REGION} <- get this REGION value from XML

  • NEXT button on report portlet shows 10 rows-maximum rows per page=9999

    I created a report with the DB Provider portlet. I set the maximum rows per page to 9999 when displayed as a portlet and as a full page. I put the portlet on a page and it only shows 10 rows and then the next button.
    If there are exactly 10 rows I get the next button. If I click it the next page loads with no data. If there are less than 10 rows there is no button.
    If I create a new portlet it does not do this. I'm only having the problem with one portlet now but I've seen it in the past. I usually just build the portlet again but I would like to know how to fix it.
    I can't customize the portlet because of bug #3467032.

    Select customize and set the number of rows to 9999. I'm guessing that it's currently set to 10.

  • Rows Per Page option in Pivot view.

    Hi,
    If our report is returning more no of rows and if it is in table view , we have and option in table edit view "Rows per page". Do we have same "Rows per page" option available in Pivot table view.Because i have a report which is returning more than 150 rows and i want only 10 rows to be displayed and then scroll.
    Regards,
    Som.

    Currently, we do not have that for Pivot tables. You can use another approach to show the pagination. I have an example here http://oraclebizint.wordpress.com/2008/01/17/oracle-bi-101332-pagination-in-pivot-tables/.
    Thanks,

  • Set Maximum Rows Per Page not working

    I want to display 50 rows per page and I tried the below but still I can see the default 15 rows per page.
    Home>Application Builder>Application 301>Page 51>Interactive Report Attributes>Search Bar>Maximum Rows Per Page
    Set to = 50
    Home>Application Builder>Application 301>Page 51>Interactive Report Attributes>Search Bar>Rows Per Page Selector
    Removed the check mark and still shows 15 rows per page.

    Run your report. Set the Rows to 50. Press Go. Select 'Save Report' from the 'magic wheel' menu and next select 'Save as default report settings'.
    It is a rather long way, but seems the only one...

  • Report from SQL Query -Excel format only show the first page

    Hi,
    I have some Reports from SQL Query. In the display options, I choose Excel as default format. The Excel documents only show the first page. If I choose HTML as default format, it shows every rows.
    Please advise on how to have a complete Excel document as HTML format does.
    Thanks a lot.

    I beleive when you export Oracle reports to Excel it is the Data that is transferred along with Column Names.
    You cannot export the variables defined on the report.
    Hence you will not be able to export the Footer to excel. (Still looking into it will let you know if i find anything interesting)

  • Limit rows per page, include spacer and format last row on page break

    Hello,
    I am new to BI and would like some help with an issue I don't seem to be able to resolve?
    I have a table that uses two xml group elements (2nd nested inside first) to produce my detail lines.
    Example:-
    First for-each loop runs over shipto details and within this another for-each loop runs over items related to that shipto, all of which results in multiple detail lines.
    I need to limit the number of rows per page and should the data roll over to the next page I need to place a horizontal closing border on the first page's table (only using column borders).
    Also when the data does not fill the page I need to add spacer rows to the page limit?
    I have tried using examples found in these forums, position(), counters etc… but due to having the second detail loop I’m unable to get these working or I’m doing something wrong?
    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi BIPuser, thanks for the links.
    I have tried some of the examples which I can get working with a single level of detail lines. However when I add the second level of detail lines the position() function seems to fail as my rowlimit appears to be ignored.
    I am also unable to get the $lpp example working because the outer detail loop may only have one xml element and therefore BI assumes only one line is to be printed when in fact the inner xml element detail loop may have further multiple lines. I need to effectively count the outer & inner loops as one to determine the number of lines being processed.
    Example of xml - My table for detail lines needs to include both ShipTo & item number lines grouped as shown, thereby counting & outputting 7 lines in this instance.
    <INVOICE>
    <On_Ship_To_S23> Outer loop
    <On_itm_num_shr_row_S21> Inner Loop
    <On_itm_num_shr_row_S21>
    <On_itm_num_shr_row_S21>
    </On_Ship_To_S23>
    <On_Ship_To_S23>
    <On_itm_num_shr_row_S21>
    <On_itm_num_shr_row_S21>
    </On_Ship_To_S23>

  • Set default result to single page, 999 rows per page

    hi!
    im using 10g with windows server 2003.
    everytime i start isqlplus, the default setting is to display the result of a select query to multiple pages with 24 rows per page. i like to have my result in a single page. i can change it in the preference but every time i logout and login again, it goes back to multiple pages. i searched the config file but couldnt find the setting to have the default as single page.
    is it possible to set the default to single page?
    thx.

    you need to creat a login.sql file in c:\orant\BIN
    then add the line
    set pages 999
    set lines 2000 ( if you want to set the line size too)
    set ..... (all set variables can be set here only)
    then invoke the sql*plus via plus33w etc.
    your changes will be done
    if not then
    open sql*plus
    SQL>
    type host
    SQL>host
    C:\>windows>
    if the command prompt comes with c:\windows then you have to copy the login.sql file in this folder.
    it depends upon this directory
    this is the working directory for the shottcut you used to open the plus33w
    You can write theses lines in glogin.sql in the sqlplus folder of your oracle_home directory
    ad c:\orant\plus33 or c:\orant\sqlplus
    then it wil be done globally.
    Just try
    if problem exists then come back
    Good Luck.

  • The number of rows per page is greyed out when running in background?

    Hi,
    For a customized transaction the number of rows per page cannot be set when running in background.
    While a background job is created in SM36 after entering the report name and the selection variant name in the properties of Format the rows and columns field is greyed out.It was not editable.
    Is there any settings to be done or in the custom program any code change needs to be done?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Sharon.

    Hi Gabriel,
    After double clicking the format only the rows field is not set to edit.It was greyed out.Is it anything related to the printer settings that will be maintained for a user?

  • Disabling the display maximum rows per page

    My project include many reports with table view, displaying 100 rows.
    There is always arrows icon with the option to display maximum rows per page.
    If user click on that option the OBIEE crashed, since there are a lot of rows.
    I cannot decrese this number since all rows are required for other charts views.
    a. Is there a way to set this parameter only for the table view?
    b. Is there a way to disable this icon or not presenting it to the user?
    c. Is there global way to coonfigure the default displayed rows number (e.g. from 100 to 20)?

    unfortunately, you are limited to the SRW built-ins in Reports as far as setting object properties is concerned. I have checked this with the Metalink staff and I did get an admission out of them that this is true.
    You can set the property in the property palette, but I'm not sure that this helps you as I take it you have a condition you would like to implement. I wish I could help you further, but Reports is limited in some areas, and setting object properties programmatically is one of them.

  • Page Break / Maximum Rows per Page

    Hi - One more question....
    I have a group left report and want to keep each master group (the value that is grouped on the left) on its own separate page. In Reports 6i I would have set the Max Rows Per Page property to 1 on the outer repeating frame and that would make sure I had at most 1 master record per page.
    The only way I can see to replicate that functionality in XML Pub is to insert a page break (split-by-page-break) before the end-for-each tag on the group. It looks good in PDF, but in Excel or HTML it repeats the full header with Logo and titles and looks pretty ridiculous.
    So the $1 Million dollar question is how can I make sure there is at most 1 master group per page, but when I output to Excel I only get the header once? Because if I take out the split-by-page-break I get the desired output in Excel but not in the PDF. I really want to be able to use 1 template for all output types because it seems silly to have a separate template depending on the output type.
    Ideas?

    PDF, understand what is page,
    HTML is a single page view and it does nto understand, and same is the case for Excel.

  • HOw to fix No of Rows per page in SSRS

    HI,
    I have 400 records in my report , i  want display 20 records per page , how can i do the same in ssrs.
    Thanks in Advance.

    I need to do 100 rows per page.  I tried the technique above but I am still just getting about 16 rows per page.  (I believe I followed the instructions correctly.)
    I know...100 rows is a ton but the users want it (and, thus, my boss wants it).  They only display the report; they do not print it.
    Here is what I did...
    1. Right click on the table
    2. Select Properties
    3. Select the Groups tab
    4. Select Add...
    5. Enter a group Name: "Group_for_PageBreak" (I have no other groups)
    6. Enter an expression:  =Ceiling(RowNumber(Nothing)/100)
    7. Uncheck "Include group header" and "Include group footer"
    8. Check "Page break at start"
    9. Select "OK"
    Re #6, I also read to try this so I did: =CInt(Ceiling(RowNumber(Nothing)/100))
    Re #8, I also tried "Page break at end"
    Is "Details grouping..." relevant?
    Thanks.

  • Why only few lines per pages

    Hello, I am customizing standard ebusiness suite reports GLRGNL.rdf.
    The problem is data goes to the 2nd page, 3rd page … but there is only about 4 lines on each page. Data on 2nd or 3rd pages for examples refer to the same repeating frame as those on the 1st page and “maximum row per page” is set to 0.
    I don’t know where the page break comes from. I didn’t change layout properties (width, height).
    Thanks for your help

    Hi all, the problem is solved. It was due to bad print condition on frame (fixed).
    I still have one problem. After every page, there is also a blank page (which is not numbered).
    Does anyone have an idea?
    Thanks.

  • How to set number of rows in "Rows Per Page Selector" in Interactive Report

    Hi Guys,
    Is there any way to set the number of rows in "Rows Per Page Selector" in Interactive Report. By default it is set to 15.
    I know one way is to change the number of rows when you are running the report and then set that as 'Default Report Setting'.
    If anybody is aware of any other way, please let me know.
