If you touch the top of the Safari page it will return to the top of the article. If that's what's happening it's normal.

Sounds like it might be something more to do with your network rarther that the iPod its self.
Try reseting the iPod networking connections by going to:
Settings > Genreal > Reset > Reset Network Settings
After this you will need to re-join your wireless network agian
If this doesent work you could try reseting your wireless router/modem

It sounds that you are running the same iCloud account with two phones. I recommend you to create a different iCloud account and you should be all set.

Launch Keychain Access and click on Login in the left hand pane and then on Passwords. Next do search for Apple in the search field at the top and click on Apple ID Authenicication in the list that comes up. That will give you the ID no. and password.

Once you are in Recovery Mode, it's too late to do any backup. I am afraid you are going to lose your data.

You'd have to think through this, but it seems like if you are using Outlook, and the items vanished from the Outlook client as well as the server,that you could re-populate Outlook using iTunes.

Is the store that you bought the card from nearby so that you can try going back and asking if they can activate the card properly ? And yes, you need LOTS of Internet to get the latest cat. The installer file is just 4.5GB in size, so on most internet connections it will take awhile to download. Once that happens, you will have a choice to install it on top of your existing Lion partition, or onto a different one, that can even be a totally blank one.
Since you probably don't want to redo the wait, be sure to quit the installer as soon as it finishes downloading and starts up automatically. Then save the installer (called "Install OS X Mountain Lion", and found in your Applications folder) onto another disk before going thru with the installation. When it concludes, it will erase itself.

That's consistent with another application (other than QuickTime) having dropped old QuickTime componentry in non-standard locations on the PC.
So we'll go looking for the older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view options on the PC.
1. Open My Computer from the desktop or Start menu.
2. In the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. Click the View tab.
4. In the "Advanced settings" pane under "Hidden files and folders" make sure that the "Show hidden files and folders" option is selected, and the "Hide extensions for known file types" option is unchecked.

What files and/or folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the file/folder name? (In a standard installation of QuickTime, you should see precisely two files ... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.)
