Please Explain me what is the difference between Manual BRS, and Electronic BRS,

HI,
Manual Bank statement can be entered in SAP using FF68, here you need to enter the line items of the various transactions manually in to the system. Once after entering you will do the post processing.
Coming to EBS, the bank statement will electronically generated with certain formats. SAP understands two formats MULTICASH and MT940. Generally Banks send the information in either of these formats. If the statement came in any of these formats then directly we can import the same in to SAP using FF_5.
for achieving both scenarios we need to do the configurations.

5.     Create, Change, Delete Business Transactions [ FBCJC2 ] : These tran types can be copied, but as they are linked to GL a/cs, change as reqd. These can be accessed at FBCJ.
a.     C receipts from bank GL a/c -
b.     B payment ot bank     GL a/c -
c.     R Sales
For vendors & Customers, GL a/cs need not be given, as they will be different for A/P, A/R.
6.     Setup Print params [ FBCJC3 ] copy from 0001, output device LP01.
7.     Posting - SAP/A/c/FA/GL/Doc Entry - Cash Journal Posting FBCJ
BANK RECONCILIATION STATEMENT
SAP/FA/Banking/MasterData/BankMasterData
     FI01 create. Instead of the above, you can also create the house bank thru IMG/FA/BankAccounting/BankAccounts
     Define house bank - When the house bank is entered, click create button to create. The other details on left like bank a/c con be copied wherever possible.
     IMG/FA/ARAP/BT/IP/AutoIP/Payment Method/Bank selection for payment prg
o     Setup all co codes for payment transactions
     FPJ customers
     FP    vendors
o     Setup paying co codes for payment transactions
     Copy from ..
o     Setup payment methods per country for payment transactions
     Copy IN cheque exists
     Possible currencies - include all possible currencies. If not set, payment cannot be made in that currency.
o     Setup payment method per co code for payment transactions
     C cheque
     Ranking order 1
     Min & max amounts for payment
     Optimize using postal code for faster searches.
o     Setup bank determination for payment transactions
     Bank a/c create
     Available amounts for C
     Value dates
     IMG/FA/ARAP/BT/OP/AutoOp/PaymentMedia/CheckManagement
o     Define no ranges for cheques
o     Pass some bank entries thru FBCJ [cash journal]
     SAP/AC/Treasury/CashManagement/Incomings/ManualBankStatement
o     FF67 enter
     Beginning balance = 0
     End balance = total or earlier entry
     In Further Processing keep Bank Posting  ON.
     The difference enter into the statement with +=dr & -=cr
     Save statement.
     Post statement from Bank Statement TOP.
o     FEBA post process. Value date is important, as the matching takes place as per the value dates.

Often, I much prefer that to the Manual, though the Search function is very clunky. Search for Nest for example and you'll get about 50 listings for the table of contents and indexes alone, when all I would really want is the explanation of how to actually create a Nest.

Better organization of the search results. Again, if I search Nests, make the first set of results the answers that actually show me how to use the tool, not the 50 times it appears in the table of contents and indexes.

Honestly, Apple's is the best I've seen for the moment.

Just crack the app open and start. Use websites like the Creative Cow for more input and ideas.

I thought the Tutorial that came with my first copy of FCP (Version 2.0) was outstanding at introducing me to the interface and how FCP operated. I came from Media 100 and in particular, the Log and Capture operation was completely different than what I was used to.

Media Manager. Not sure why it has to be so convoluted. Media 100 was too easy with this one. Select the Sequence to be up-rez'd, set your new format and capture.

Actually both. If the electronic search gets too frustrating, I'll pull the print manual out to find what I really need.

Not really. Internet based help is always nice, but I don't keep my FCP workstations connected to the web so that would actually create a bigger hassle for us.

17" Powerbook display, 17" 20" and 23" Apple Displays and a 17" Sony Display.

I'm working with DVSP for 4 months, so everytime I don't know how to do something I use the documentation. As the times passes I almost don't need it so often.

PDF Search, but I think is not the best way to search because it shows too much useless results.

It is powerful and easy to use.

A way of editing the DVD Project Source Code. Let me explain: in some big projects I just need to change the Jump from "button_1" to "button_2", and to do that I need to find the button under my menus and choose it from a list. If I can just type "2" instead of "1" it will be faster and error-free.
Advancing in this idea, if I can open the entire link list as a Source Code in TextEdit, I can see all the buttons and link all of them without seeking for each on menus.
Today the Connections Tab helps a lot, but I still need to find the button un the menus. With 5 or 4 menus is easy, but sometimes I have 50...

I have configured BRS Config but when i go to FF67 , getting Error
There are no transactions that have this amount's plus or minus sign

Step 1. i ve crated 3 GL Accounts
SBI Main CA No : 200000 Under Current Asset ( Relevent to cash flow) assign House bank and A/c ID As well.
SBI Check Deposit A/c No. 200001 under Current Asset (Open Item)
SBI Check Issued A/C. No. 200002 Under Current Asset. (Open Item)
Step 2. Define Posting Keys and Posting Rules for Manual Bank Statement
Now i did test on Dev System
first i booked Customer Invoice Dated 01.04.2014 Rs. 1500000 Lacks thru F-28
F-28 Payment
then i did punched Vendor Invoice F-43 Rs. 3 Lacks
then F-53 Vendor Payment
Now FBL3N main Bank Balance
Now FF67 Manual BRS

sir, one more important is i ve created for BRS purpose two GL accounts i.e 200001 Check deposit A/c and 200002 Check Issued account.earlier user direct use main GL Account i.e 200000 SBI Main Current a/c. in this wht should i do. all are payment made and received direct 200000 . m very confused. and huge transaction since 2007 to till date. now we want to BRS for the same.
Kindly help me so that we can start BRS from now onwards.

I just tried to install the 11.4 update (or whichever one is the most recent update as of 1/26/2014) and when it failed i tried to install manually and now whenever i try to use it, i get the following error: the application has failed to start because MS

Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Right after i click ok i then get this error: "Itunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall Itunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)." I tried to uninstall Itunes and then reinstall the 11.03 version but that didnt work either. I want to know if i copy all of the music in my itunes folder to an external without consolidating can i still transfer all my itunes music from my current windows xp pc to a brand new one and have my current itunes library in my new pc? Basically i just want to know 3 things: What exactly does consolidating the itunes library do? Can i copy, paste, and transfer my itunes library to an external and from there to a new pc? Will i be able to transfer my itunes library without consolidating the files?

I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). Bought a new Ipod touch and the WiFi does not connect. Tried Reset and total Restore, does not connect to Router on DHCP, tried Static manually and still can not get it to connect even though it registers as connected.

Using Airport for router, latest firmware, no problems with Iphone 4 or Macbook Pro or any other internet devices. After total Restore (factory settings) tried again, showed connected to router, but does not display "check" next to router but little rotating icon even though the wifi range signal shows connected at full strength and it says it is connected. Just can't seem to get it to generate an IP. Any solutions other than turning it on and off again? Not a Merry Christmas morning.

Ok, so, a couple of things: Denisefromwaleska and I have the exact same size/type/color iPod. Now wishing I'd bought the black one maybe...
Second, Airport is an Express and I have a second one that I carry with me when I travel. Tried to connect my Airport Express to the internet and could not although the iPod did recognize the router and tried to connect to the internet for some time, unlike my previous problem. Updated firmware on my travel router, still could not connect to the internet. Going to try to set up a manual Static IP on the travel router here in a few and conect through it although I predict the problem will persist. Back on the Christmas Present Airport Express router, it is back in play and working fine for all devices save the iPod.

If you just got it back and it isn't fixed or something else is wrong with it take it back and have them do the repair correctly.

While looking into the issue you are experiencing I came across some helpful information. In an article called iCloud: Troubleshooting creating backups found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3992 there are a number of steps to help get your issue resolved.
General troubleshooting
General information
iCloud Backup requires a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet.
Automatic backups occur when you've plugged in your iOS device, locked the screen, and have connected it to Wi-Fi.
You can manually start a backup by tapping Back Up Now in Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup (requires a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet).
iCloud Backup will provide helpful information and status messages related to backups at the bottom ofSettings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
If automatic backups don't work as expected, test to see what happens when you start a manual backup by tapping Back Up Now at the bottom of the Storage & Backup screen.
Backups and restores both take time, especially if you have a lot of data or a slow connection. Depending on the size of your data and the speed of your network, you may need to give more time than you expected to a backup or restore.
Make sure you have at least 50 MB of free space available on your iOS device before you back up. If you have no space available on your device, iCloud Backup can fail in some cases. You can verify how much free space you have available on your iOS device in Settings > General > About.

I have tried several options, but I come now way. Generally it seems that your information is only for the ones who can, not for the people who can´t although it is we who really need to learn. Please give me a step by step (click by click) information on how I can get the ice above the flower and then make the ice partly transparent so the flower is seen underneath. Open a new document big enough for your image. Then additional open your ice and flower image as well. Copy each and paste it into your blank document. They will be placed on their own separate layers.
Make sure in your layers panel. (Bottom right) the ice is above the flower, by dragging it in place. In that same layers panel click the ice layer to select in and find the opacity meter above. Drag to the left until you get the effect you desire.

I venture to say you have a Windows PC.
If so, before beginning the download try temporarily disabling your antivirus, anti-adware, anti-spyware, and any other anti-whatever that is required with the insecure OS your computer is running.

I know in the settings I can turn off "send as sms" so that should stop text messages being sent. I went through my contact list and selected a few people at random and noticed the send button was green for some and blue for others so I am thinking it may be either something they do to let me iMessage them or it is something I have to do in my contact list.

Weekly limit on amount paid using manual and authomatic payment programme

Dear SAPers
I have a requirement to set weekly limits on amounts paid using the manual and authomatic payment programme. The organisation issues payments through one bank account with same payment method for manual and authomatic payments and would like to set a limit per week. This means that no further payments will be allowed when the set limit is reached - ie when payments issued for a particular week exceed for example u20AC500,000 no more payments will be allowed. The limit can be revised by the authorisaed person.
t-code S_ALR_87001486 lets you set the limit for the authomatic payment programme but I think does not let you set the limit for a period of time say a week.
Can you please tell me if this is possible to do or if it would require development and how to approach this. Your feedback is appeciated.

You probably have to code an exit in the program SAPF110 and create a custom table to store weekly amounts used for payments.
