Safari Graphics not displaying:

Safari, 5.0.4 (Latest version). Noticed graphics on google weather plug in not displaying (empty square, can load in a different window). Refreshing page has no effect. Problem also appears on Apples website, where I cannot see any of the titles in the menu bar (Store, Mac, Ipod, etc).
Firefox and Chrome are not affected, they work fine.
No 3rd Party plugins installed in safari.
OSX 10.6.7.
** I have reinstalled Safari, 5.0.4. No change.
I'd appreciate any assistance, as I prefer Safari to the other two.

Hi,
From your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Extensions tab. If you have any installed, turn that off, then restart Safari. See if that makes a difference.
If that doesn't help, from the menu bar again click Safari / Reset Safari. Select the top 7 buttons, click Reset. Restart Safari.

MSN email graphic not displaying

The graphics are not displaying in my MSN email (not html). I do have it setup as Exchange . I have a Palm phone and they do display correctly there. Corporate Exchange works fine too.

I fixed it. I had to delete and as hotmail. I then entered my email as an msn email and it worked.

KE30 report: Graphic not displaying all charcateristic values

Hi Experts,
I created a report in KE30, and in classic view, when I select 1 characteristic and 1 value field to view in a 3D graphic, I don't see all the characteristic values that were displayed in the report. I have 73 characteristics but only 30 are being displayed in the graphic.
Do you know if this is a system limitation? Because I didn't find a way to expand it.

BI Beans Graphics not Displaying in Portal

Has anyone encountered issues with BI graphs failing to be displayed in Portal? I can access the URL outside of portal an the graph works fine. I can create presentations in BI as crosstabs and the can be seen via portal but once I change it to graphs it fails.

I think I have the same problem John. I create my JSP/Servlet BI Beans Graph in JDeveloper, and can run locally no problems. I have deployed the JSP on my application server in its own OC4J instance, and the first time I opened the page it worked fine, but ever since the first time all I get is a missing image. You can look at the properties of the image and its somewhere in Cabo etc?!? (Can't tell exactly at the moment, because I'm out of the office).
I'm no Java expert, in fact far from it, but somebody gave me some pointers. If you go to Enterprise Manager and look at your deployed application in the OC4J instance, I think look at its properties, I can see the UIXServlet is not loaded. Even, after accessing several pages, it is still not loaded. I think the UIXServlet is used for rendering the graph pages. My Java colleague suggested to investigate why this was not loaded. To date, 2 days, I have no figured out why. I have not raised a TAR yet, but I have also seen this problem with Discoverer graphs, which share the BI Graph Bean.
Maybe together we can work this out?!?! I'll be back in the office on tomorrow, hoping to sort out the problem. So please keep me posted on any progress you have, as I am trying to deliver BI Beans in a project in May!!
Maybe, somebody else out there has had the same problem? Have you raised the problem in the BI Beans discussion forum?

Some graphics not displayed

Some months ago Firefox (or other software?) notified me that a site I was browsing with Google was not secure, and did I wish to block the responsible (region?) I regrettably agreed to do so, and ever since, my image searches in Google fail to display about 20 percent of all found images. I can click on them one by one, and they will appear. Other web sites are not affected, and of course the problem does not affect Google image searches done with IE. I have found no settings in Firefox that seem to relate to this, and of course I can't remember what I had to click to cause this problem in the first place. Any advice?

try clearing your browser cache and also try another browser se if that solves the problem

Graphics generated using awt.graphics not displaying when run through a jar

I've created a small application that works fine when compiled and ran normally.
When I create a jar and run it, the application works mostly fine too, the button (there's a button in it) shows up, but the graphics produced with java.awt.Graphics don't. What's really weird is that this problem only seems to occur for some people. I sent the jar to some friends and for some of them it worked fine, while others had the same problem I have.
Can anyone tell me what's causing this and what I can do to fix it?

I would investigate by finding out what JRE versions are running on each of the users machines and then compare to see if there is a correlation between certain versions and this Graphics problem.

CM14 BI Publisher - modifying an existing Data Model, the Graphic View in Query Builder does not display

I am trying to edit the default forms/reports that come with CM14, trying to edit the data model, data set, (to get to the old Infomaker style graphic view) , the Query model does not display (error the list of tables is too long..) Oracle tell me the limit is 60, there are not 60 tables referenced in any CM report.
Does this Query builder view work at all on any report?
(bigger question, we are moving from CM12, should we move to CM13 which works with infomaker?)

Kurt, thanks for your replies.
A couple of notes/clarifications.
1. You are correct that BI works better in Firefox--I have observed issues with the BI display when using IE. I would recommend using Firefox too.
2. You are correct about the way to get to the Query Builder to see a graphical view of data tables. There are basically two issues with this that I mentioned, but will re-iterate:
a. If you have an EXISTING query in the data set, then click the "Query Builder" button, this will remove the existing query that's there, it will NOT display the existing query in the query builder. Query Builder works only to create a NEW query from scratch.
b. Query builder is limited to selecting 60 fields max in your query. If you are creating a large report with many tables, you may find that 60 fields is not enough. For that you will have to work in the SQL edit screen rather than using the query builder.
I would impress on anyone developing CM14 reports that they become familiar with the database schema and relationships to avoid problems when developing your BI reports. You should be able to find the tables and joins documentation in the knowledgebase.

Data of customize BSP in Enterprise Portal is not displayed

Dear All,
I stuck on to find out the solution, in order to display FAQ list in BSP Enterprise Portal by using customer id to logon to Enterprise Portal, need your guide.
Let me explain:
It is customize/own develop BSP application, which is search FAQ (maintain in trxn: crmd_iia_faq) based on product. This is done by calling standard FAQ FM in BSP code, pass in product GUID to retrieve list of FAQs, and display FAQs list in the BSP page. Also, from the FAQ details, call standard Problem and Solution FM to get the details of Problems and Solutions, and then display Problems and Solution in another BSP page.
In the other words, this custom BSP application display data which is maintain in transaction code: COMMPR01, CRMD_IIA_FAQ, and IS01.
Setup in portal to display this iview/BSP application is done, because I manage to access the main BSP page in portal after logon with customer ID.
Difference result:
1.     Run BSP standalone in CRM:
When I execute/run/test this bsp application standalone in se80 after logon to sapgui by using customer id, bsp data is displayed, which is working fine.
2.     When I access/run this bsp through portal after logon portal with customer id, bsp data is not displayed, which is not working correctly.
Things that I had tried:
1.     customer user profile:
     Tried assign different profiles of customer id, my problem is not solved. I even add SAP_ALL profile to customer ID.
[Result] no BSP data is displayed.
2.     customer user role:
     standard role, SAP_PCC_CHANNELMANAGER (assign standard role to customer ID):
a.     Go to trxn code: CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C -> layout of UI (PCUI) -> Look for standard role in assignment of crm object method to role -> get a standard role which is relate to problem and solution: SAP_PCC_CHANNELMANAGER.
b.     Go to trxn code: CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C -> layout of UI (PCUI) -> Navigation (URL generation) -> assign portal role to single role -> SAP_PCC_CHANNELMANAGER is assigned to portal role: com.sap.pct.crm.channelmanager.
c.     Go to trxn code: SU01 -> add role, SAP_PCC_CHANNELMANAGER into customer ID.
d.     run the portal and access BSP application
[Result] no BSP data is displayed.
     Create new role, ZSAP_PCC_CHANNELMANAGER:
a.     go to trxn code: PFCG -> copy standard role, SAP_PCC_CHANNELMANAGER to customize role -> access authorization tab -> look for authorization for BSP applications -> change Application Scenario and View for UI display to *.
b.     Go to trxn code: CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C -> layout of UI (PCUI) -> Application/Layout -> add new entry to View, view named as Z_ESERVICE.
c.     Go to trxn code: CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C -> layout of UI (PCUI) -> add new entries into assignment of crm object method to role (copy SAP_PCC_CHANNELMANAGER).

b.     go to trxn code: PFCG -> open existing customize role -> access Authorization tab -> click on "change authorization" button -> search existing Application scenario -> add '' inside (also try with certain standard scenario which is relate to product, FAQ, solution, problem) -> search existing view for UI display -> add "".
a.     run the portal and access BSP application
[Result] no BSP data is displayed.
Questions:
1.     Is my problem related to role setup of customer ID? If yes, can guide me how to create authorization, which is related to product, FAQ, problem, and solution, to customer ID?
2.     Is it possible that my problem cause by missing/wrong portal role setup or wrong mapping between CRM role to Portal Role? If yes, can guide me how to check authorization of customer ID in portal, which is related to product, FAQ, problem, and solution?
3.     Any other reason that cause this problem?

If you know the BSP application name, then you can check this on /SE80 and get the bsp component details.

Some XML customizing not displayed correctly in graphic in PDF form

Hello,
we have following problem: We want to create a read-only PDF with an integrated graphic with analytical data.
The PDF form is created with SFP. Data is extracted and the graphic rendered with the class CL_IGS_CHART_ENGINE.
We used SAP chart designer and transformed the XML into our string.
The graphic is displayed in our PDF, but some customizing settings in our XML are neglected, especially the font type, her only courier is displayed. Also some manual positions of legends don't work.
When I display the chart in the SAP GUI using cl_gui_chart_engine everything works fine, so I assume that the XML and the transformation is correct.
So where is the problem: Mime type? codepage? printing job?

What MIME type (picture type) has your generated picture? JPG for example is ok, but for exotic types please check in your LCD (place Image on the layout and open the dialog for picture assignment, you can see the allowed picture types in there).

p.s.: What is the mentioned XML customizing? XML is the form of the femplate, but I have never customized anything IN THERE. Did you change the XML source manually? Or what type of changes are not managed correctly?

Graphics chart LEGEND not display on Form on Web.

I am create the Chart in graphics builder 6i and call the chart from form builder 6i it runnnig fine chart and Legend are displayed. then move the chart and form to Database(apps) then run the form in ERP menu Chart Only display but LEGEND not display.
Please help me how appear the LEGEND on the chart.

FaceBook page and MSN home page do not load properly-no graphics are displayed

I recently uninstalled Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium Preview and since that uninstall, my Firefox browser has not worked properly. I have another computer with FIrefox and my Facebook and MSN homepage work correctly on that computer. However the computer on which I removed the Office 365 is the one that does not display any graphics and navigating those pages is impossible.

Thank you for posting a possible solution, however the problem persists even after unchecking the "Use hardware acceleration when available" box. Additionally, pages like the Yahoo and iHeart web page also do not open properly, yet if I go to my bank's online page it displays properly and I am able to log in and the pages all work correctly. BSP iview Pages not displaying since moved to QA?

We're using MSS 60.1.20 and ESS 50.4. We have created a number of custom BSP iviews and have grouped them on some custom pages. These work perfetly fine in DEV but once we transported them to QAS, they data is not being displayed. The iview titles are being displayed and the iviews are in the correct position but no data is being output on the iviews. I've checked the BSP in R/3 and is working perfectly fine.
If i preview the iviews individually (rather than previewing the page in it's entirity), they display perfectly fine.
So why do they not display when they're on the page? Is there some parameter that i'm missing?
What could be different between dev and qas?
This is a very strange problem and its holding us up in our testing and we're due to go live fairly soon, so any guidance would be most welcome.

All graphics do not display correctly/patchy

When I run SQL Developer all th graphics for the buttons do not display. I get patchy buttons and lines though the screen. Any options I can set to stop this from happening?

BSP file path is not displayed

Hi All,
I have a web interface created in BPS using BSP application to upload a flat file from the portal .
__Structure:__
Cost Center Plan Upload
Company Code
Currency
Version
Year
File Name
Here cost center, company code, currency, version and year are variables and File name is to select the text file from desktop.
The actual issue is not showing the path under File Name to select the file. And not displaying upload and save buttons too.
It is working fine in Quality and Production systems but not in Dev after the systems up-gradation.
Any guidance on this issue would be really appreciated.
