BT: Biggest Waste of Time I have ever had the plea...

Question

Will someone with an ounce of responsibility please call me directly. I am fed up of dealing with idiot employees who take no responsibility for anything!
I have taken 3 days off work to have them wasted by this joke of a company! Literally just had to put down the phone after being on hold for 1hour!!!! and when I said to the Indian employee that I had been on the phone for that long he said "Yes". Well done BT!
I have a ref number if someone would be kind to call me and handle this issue from start to finish and not just pass me from department to department. If I am not answered, my first port of call will be your regulator.
BASIC outline of my issue;
I have been waiting for BT infinity for over a month now with various issues in between. My thrid day off was taken on Friday where I was told an engineer would come over to install Infinity. Once arrived, he said we were not connected to the exchange....another day wasted and promises to call us broken.

First, this is a customer to customer based community forum although the mods are BT employees who are very good at getting problems solved.
Second, until such time as you  deign to outline your problem I can't see a mod offering to help you.
Maybe you came here just to have a rant.
