BT can't fix and won't let me cancel!

Since the 18th of April we have had either no connection or intermittent connection on our BT services of phone, BT you view & unlimited broadband.
I have spent hours on the phone to India, had at least six engineers visit and still have a noisy phone line and broadband that rarely stays up for more than an hour. Watching paid for IP services like BT vision and Netflix has become so frstrating we don't even bother anymore.
When I tell them I want releasing from my contract they refuse to put me through to the relevant department, and plead with me to try one more fix - that takes a week and comes to nothing.
After 3 months of next to no service I was offered £3 compensation! It took over a week to get them to increase it to £40, but I still have a flaky service and can only see my situation improving if I leave BT for another provider.

First of all, did you sign up for a 7 day trial? If so you wouldn't have had to put in any card details. Your subscription will expire in a few days and you'll revert to a Free account (with no charge).
If however you remember putting your credit card details into the Spotify website, then you may have two accounts. Check your email inboxes for a confirmation email from Spotify to determine which one's linked to your Premium account.
Finally, how much are you charged each month? If you signed up via iTunes by paying within the app you will be charged 12.99 rather than 9.99. Please cancel that payment via Apple.

I would say that you are not connected to the iTunes library you last synced with. You can only sync with one iTunes library. If you connect the iPod to another computer/another iTunes library then you get what you see.
You can only manually manage music and videos among different libraries, not apps.

If possible you need to upgrade OS X. However, what you can upgrade to is dependent on what your Mac hardware and configuration is which you have not provided in your profile.

You will need to Restore it as a New Device...

1: Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.

To make a new document, go to File > New From Template chooser and choose the type of document you wish to create.
To add a new page to an existing document go to Insert > Sections > Blank.

Delete synced photos

The easiest fix is to format the receiving column as Text prior to making your entries.
Another way is to format as "Numeral System", Base: 10, Places: 5. This doesn't work so well if you need the 4 extra digits that some people like to use.
It's also possible to create a Custom Format, but it's rather more involved.
