Bt Cloud help

Hi,
I have installed the Bt cloud app on my iPad and iPod touch and need some help, I can see my two devices but can't see any pictures or video on the other device other than the one I am using,
I have tried to upload them to cloud and it says transferring but it stays on 0 percent?
I thought it may take a while to upload pictures and vids but after several hours it still stays at 0?
Any ideas where I am going wrong?

I use iphoto 11.n my photostream is activated n it shows its uploading but nothing come on my cloud.

I had to go to icloud online and click on my profile and advanced options then photostream came up. When you get to 1000 photos it stops uploading so you have to erase and resync to start the process again

Adobe Encore and Creative Cloud Help...

Hello,
I am using Creative Cloud. I tried to access the Encore program but it was not there. I went to Adobe training and was instructed to UNinstgall the Premiere CS6 trial I had been suing but to leave the Encore intact. I did this but it still wont let me open the Encore. I get the following error message.
Adobe Encore.exe
This program can’t start because amtlib.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I am running a Windows machine with Windows 8.
Can you help? I need to know how to access Adobe Encore.

So you were using the Premiere Pro CS6 trial?
I would uninstall Encore CS6 from your computer, then reboot.
Log into CC and download Premiere Pro CS6 as described in these steps. Then run PPro CS6 to make sure it works, and that you're NOT in trial mode. Close PPro CS6. Then run Encore CS6.
If this works, then you can uninstall PPro CS6, leaving only Encore CS6.

I paid for adobe to convert a PDF to word -- now I can't save PDFs to my computer -- and I'm saving to the cloud -- HELP

I'm so depressed -- what happened to the old days when you could actually get a person in support and not have to join a forum -?
I purchased adobe acrobat to convert a PDF to a word document - that's all I wanted --
Now every damn PDF I receive or try to open can only be saved in the adobe cloud -- which I have no interest in -- and not on my computer --
How can I resolve this situation --

Yes, I'm over 50 -- and I struggle with this maddening technology -- nothing is simple or straightforward --
I scanned a document, emailed it to myself and would like to name it and save it to my computer -- used to be a 3 minute process -- now its 30 minutes (of valuable, but wasted time later) -- and here I am -- seeking help from no one in particular! The anonymous "forum" --

No -- I installed adobe acrobat -- and now, whether I'm signed in or not -- the little disc/save icon is whited out and it can no longer be selected -- when I open a PDF I can only save it to the cloud
I am a physician, and a lot of what I look at is protected health information --- I can't be saving it in the cloud!!! I have to find a way to disable this feature -- and restore my ability to save to my hard drive ONLY --

IPod classic and iTunes in the cloud HELP

Evening all!!
Decided to have a bit of an update. Backed up and manually synced IPad 3 to iTunes, then had a go with iPod classic. Firstly I noticed that I didn't have all the usual options of syncing etc and nothing happening with manual sync. In the end I tabbed over and synced music. I now have 27 of my 4000 songs on my iPod!!
I have looked in here and tried what has been suggested including restoring my iPod- which I now don't seem to be able to rename lol. If I click on the cloud it downloads my music and appears to be reappearing on my iPod but I am either having to click. On each individual song or best case is each artist.
Can anybody help me revert to original normal decent iTunes library that is not in a cloud but stored simply where it should be- laptop and iPod?! I have currently got to 300 songs and am losing the will....
Incidentally I had an email to say my laptop wasn't authorised (but it is) so when I double checked it says it is authorised.....
I am not a technophobe but I have to say this has confused me!!

Your question seems to have nothing to do with the iphone.
If the songs are not on your computer, then you need to put them there.

I Cloud help please

Good morning - I am trying to set up ICloud on my up to date MAC laptop and it does not offer me the Icloud under settings. It has Mobile Me on the cloud icon and that will not let me in. Help???.

Depending on the Mac, it may not be necessary to buy Lion at all and go straight to Mountain Lion from Snow Leopard 10.6.8 directly from the Mac AppStore.
Either way, its still a paid update and downloaded from the Mac AppStore.

Uninstall help needed. Cloud help needed

Application manager wouldn't work.
Was given link to CS6 Master Collection to download. At 91% install, it froze.
Tried to uninstall using adobe CS cleaner tool so that I could try again. No good.
Is there a way on UNinstalling CS6 folders without using the cleaner tool?
Uninstall function in each folder wouldn't work.
Can I just trash the folders?
Are there other hidden files I need to trash?
WOuld like to expunge all and have another go.

Hi Tim,
Not sure if you are on Windows or Mac but I would test in a different account with administrative rights. I would try running the uninstall from
Control Panel > Programs & Features (Windows 7)
Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac OS X)
if the option is available. You might try running the install again from the different account. Just removing the files doesn't help with the registry and the installation is pretty involved so some kind of manual method should be a last resort. Might also want to contact phone support for help too.

I am having trouble with password on Creative Cloud, help

I downloaded Creative Cloud and it asks for my password, I asume it is my Apple ID pass word but it does not work. I can't update or open some files. I have no idea how to change it or see what is the problem. I need to download Illustrator but can't without the correct pass word. How do you change your pass word?

If you have deleted notes from the iCloud account, you can't recover them, unless you also had them on your computer and maintained a back up.

I have an iPad and need Cloud help! Please

I have an iPhone and an iPad. I have purchased extra space on iCloud and (I BELIEVE) have my settings so that BOTH should back up to my iCloud. The problem that I'm having is that some items (Notes for example, contacts and email) are on my phone and some are on the iPad but none of them are in all places and MOST IMPORTANTLY they are not in my cloud. In a perfect world how do I get my phone and my iPad to back everything up into my cloud?

Some email accounts keep all of their information on the server, like exchange. You are only borrowing access to them. If you remove that account, all of that information is removed from your device. If you have that exchange account only on your phone, it will not copy the contacts stored on exchange over to icloud. The same for email and notes.

Verizon Cloud Help Needed

With Verizon Cloud, I do not see a way to easily track the backup progress. I have several items marked as "(Update Pending)". What does this mean? I am used to seeing a progress status of some sort. This app just seems to keep you guessing as to what its up to. I can't tell if its frozen or actually working on the backup. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help.

or some type of constantly changing visual indicator to show it is actually

Macbook pro to macbook air plus upgrade to lion and moving to cloud -- help!

So, I'm getting a new macbook air and I need to transfer stuff (apps, software, data, music, photos, etc.) from my macbook pro (a 2008 unibody w/a full hard drive that's got twice the storage of the air).
Should I upgrade the pro from OS 10.6.8 to lion first?
Should I move stuff to the iCloud first?
Whould I move my media (music, movies, TV shows, photos) to a hard drive first?
I'm clearly nervous about the best order of operations here so that I don't lose any of my data & media, and so I have the least awful transition experience. In the past, I've always upgraded to systems with *larger* hard drives so moving to a system with much less storage is freaking me out.

I took the conservative route when I migrated to the MBair. I made a clone of my source machine, booted that and tailored it down to what I wanted on the MBair. I left the original machine alone (with plenty of backups).
Then when I received the MBair, I connect my tailored, external disk clone and used that when setup assistant asked if I wanted to migrate another Mac to the MBair.
