BT cloud setup getting stuck

Question

I recently went to BT infinity, so thought I would set up my BT Cloud as its 50GB.
So I go to download the installer, it reuns and eventually it seems to run an app and I get a page saying step 1/5 and asking for my login info.
so I login - it then just goes to a blank screen and stays there. I don;t seem to be abe to do anything.
I go to MY BT and for BT cloud use it says:
    Sorry, we can't find your BT Cloud usage right now. Please try again later.
Is there anything obvious I am doing wrong? SInce going to BT infinity although my conneciton works fine everyting else just seems messed up.

Hi all,
There is Pause/Resume – either click on the Cloud icon and at the top of the settings there is a 0/1.  Click on the 0 and it goes to paused.  Alternatively you can click on the systray icon, then on the left button which is presented, right click and hit Pause.
Rollback facility – it’s there, it’s the Trash….if you delete something in error, you will find it in Trash.  Simply click the item(s), hit ‘Retrieve’ and it will be automatically slotted back into the original location and be actively backed up again.
Ability to re-install – Yes this is an acknowledged limitation at this time but will be resolved in the next version
Client performance – we are investigating this.
