BT Onlive Trial won't let me in

Hi,
I have BT Infinity installed since July and running at 20Mbps+. DSL linecheck shows all is good.
However, when I enter my phone number and postcode into the BT Onlive 3 Month Trial speed test page, it says it cannot match those details.
So, I am blocked from the trial.
Please help.

Final Cut Pro Trial won't let me export

So I got the Final Cut pro Trial about 2 weeks ago and I was able to export 3 videos just fine. Now all of a sudden I just finished my 4th video, added commentary and everything else and it won't export. I don't see anything wrong with the project except for some reason the cross dissolve transitions won't render. Nothing is going on in the background, I've tried closing out the program, restarting my computer, nothing helps. I can export any other projections too. For some reason I click file, share, master file and nothing happens. I'm able to click it, but once I click it, nothing happen, where as before the export settings pop up. I always tried using the export option on the right, and the same thing happens. I checked and all the files are working fine, so it's not like any clips are missing. Can anyone help? Thanks

Could you post a screen shot of the project libary and the toolbar?
Reinstalling the app doesn't effect the events or projects. Sounds like some weird permissions problem.

Photoshop CS4 Trial - Won't let me save anywhere...

Hi,
I'd like to download the trial for PS CS4, but a window pops up and tells me that I am not allowed to save it in My Documents. I tried with my desktop, it didn't work either. I tried with other places, it didn't work too. I am the administrator of this computer and I couldn't find the problem. Can anyone help me?

Sounds like a security setting. Somewhere in your security settings you don't have the required permission to save like you want to.
Look at your anti-virus settings and firewall settings too.

There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
Quit the CC Desktop application,
Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that.

My Acrobat XI trial is over and now it won't let my other adobe open ANY of my PDF's (I am no real computer savvy and am very frustrated!)

open Adobe Reader
Edit | Preferences | General
click on the Select Default PDF Handler button and set it to Adobe Reader
uninstall the Acrobat trial; if you don't know how to do that, tell us your operating system

Different licaensing methods, different serial numbers.
You won't be able to register a few year old software with the serial number from today.
Download a current version and install.

Adobe Download Assistant won't let me accept the Terms and Conditions, freezes computer.

I downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant today, and when the Terms and Conditions pops up, it won't let me click the Accept or Quit button. I'm trying to accept so I can download the trial of Photoshop CS6/CS6 Extended and the program freezes after the Terms and Conditions comes up. Therefore, I can't accept and move on to download.
I tried going to the troubleshooting page for the program and it doesn't have anything relating to this problem.

that would be a firewall setting so if your firewall is disabled, that setting is irrelevant.
you could use a direct download of ps cs6, if you follow all 7 steps: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html
if you see a dl error page, you did not follow all 7 steps.
you can also, uninstall adobe download assistant and try reinstalling.

My Photoshop Trial won't finish installing...

I am downloading Photoshop cs5.1 trail. The download is in it "Extracting" stage, but won't continue on from there. It's telling me... "The following disk images couldn't be opened"
I have tried to stop, reset and uninstall/install the photoshop trial, but it won't let me. Please help me!!

If you have downloaded the photoshop trial then there would be 2 files , One would be having ".exe" as the extension and the other would be ".7z"
You can use the winrar or winzip to open and extract the ".7z" file as it would be having the setup files to install the software.
One you would be able to extract it then you can run the installer setup and hopefully it will work.

Pages won't let me save any document help please!

My problem: I type a text, hit 'save as' , name the file and trouble starts:
A window pops up saying it is a locked document or file in use. Of course after
checking it, none of it is the case, well, theoretical yeah the file is in use as I want to save it (!!!)
Does anybody know if SL has an issue with the application of pages ?
I thought there would only be an issue with apple works in that respect.
I'm not a computer person but appreciate any help with this. I tried to save anything but it won't let me save a document at all...the same window pops up.

won't let me use my photoshop cc that I recently downloaded a free trial of on my old computer on my newer one that I recently purchased. It's very aggrivating, and I would like to use my newer computer rather then switch back and forth. I signed into the same adobe ID, and also downloaded the application manager....HELP?!

Trial won't convert to licensed version

Downloaded the upgrade of AA XI Pro to my new computer. I attempted to license it using the license to my AA-8 Pro but it keeps rejecting the license number. Attempted 3x to activate it off my old computer, but won't let me deactivate it either. I am out of trial days on this and I have a very busy day at work. PLEASE HELP!

Yes, it does that to confirm the upgrade purchase was valid. But there should come a point where it asks for the new serial number as well.
If you are having a problem with it accepting what you consider to be valid serial numbers, then you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone.

I purchased Pages and it won't let me print, save or export documents. It keeps telling me I have to buy I-Work because my free trial is over.

You have to delete the iWork trial first. Then install iWork or Pages again.
You cannot completely delete iWork by moving the iWork '09 folder to the Trash. Instead, use Yvan Koenig's script:
          •          Go to http://www.box.com/s/00qnssoyeq2xvc22ra4k
          •          Choose public_YK > for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items
          •          Click on uninstall iWork '09.zip, decompress it, open it in AppleScript Editor and click the Run button
