Bt phone 2.1 all call lists empty for past 10 days...

I have no record of any calls for past 10 days -all calls etc message says "all call list empty" yet i know people have called.I am told it is a software problem-my current software version is v1935i006f007 Type A.What is going on

I have had this happen twice - the main screen shows missed calls but when you look at calls list it is empty. Same software version as you. The only way I have found to get it back to normal is to reset the phone.

But right now, it can't show multi-phone number in voice call list (others are still OK). I can only select the one I wish to show via OVT suit now. Why? Looks like your C7 is set to use some number as default dial for voice call. You can change it from your mobile by opening the contact->option->defaults. Under this option, set voice call default to "No Defaults"

The second sign is of headset connected. If it is present without any headset connected then contact Nokia Care. The first sign is not that clear. Is it a lock? Also sice when is the dialled number shown as empty? If its recent you will have to contact Nokia care as you've done all that can be done by a user.

Recent Call List - EMPTY

My recent calls list has suddenly become inactive. It doesnt get updated. I cleared it hoping it will put some life back into it, but now its just emply. No call data gets updated.
Is anyone else facing this issue?

Have you tried restarting the phone. Long press the lock button on the top and select restart from the screen. Let me know if this has resolved your problem.

If you have important data that is still on the phone and you do not have a backup, and unable to do a backup, then try what I described earlier because the geniuses at the bar WILL NOT recover your data. No incoming calls or texts for 9 days!!!

My number of 15yrs ported over from tesco last week and worked fine at the start but for the past 9days I haven't received a call or text? I have been onto 150 every single day and nobody has a clue. I have had all sorts of resets, refreshes, sim swaps...and now I'm being told to just sit tight by a different person each time.
I use this number for business and I'm losing work every day that goes by and the most frustrating thing is that I have no confidence in EE to rectify this as the ppl I speak to openly admit they don't know what is wrong!!! Tomorrow will be a full week without service. How depressing that there is no fix in sight.

Have you tried closing the app completely and seeing whether it works properly when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the scrabble apps 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I tried downloading the newer Itunes, it didn't change anything in my Ipod Touch that apple ID still won't work. When I first updated to the 10.6 I was using a very old version of Itunes and it changed a lot in my ipod which I think had something to do with it now messing up.

Option to set 'all calls' on by default

I've been told there's an option in CUCM 9.1.2 to set 'all calls' on by default, as opposed to the user having to activate it themselves. I'm trying to find where to enable it at, but I'm not seeing it. Has anyone come across this or am I losing my mind?

I realize it's an old post, but i wanted to put this out there to hopefully help someone else...we've discovered a bit of a bug with forcing all calls on for all the phones via Show All Calls on Primary Line and Revert to All Calls. The problem here is that if privacy is off, the secretary can barge in on the user's line even if barge itself is disabled via feature control policy. If we turn privacy on, then the list of calls for each attorney disappears, so the feature is worthless and the secretary is angry. If we use the function as a line appearance, though, with privacy on, it works as intended, showing a list of calls for all the people the secretary is responsible for. We're working with TAC, as this behavior doesn't make any sense...
Once we get a fix, I'll post a follow-up.
