BT Site error preventing me from using the service...

Hi,
The following error has been there since the launch of BT Sports. I can't use BT Sports/ BT Smart Talk/ BT Cloud due to this error. I have called the BT techincal helpdesk several times, however, none of those guys know a dam/n thing.
What do I do in order to get this fixed? Do I need to fill in one of those contact mod forms, could someone please provide a link to one if it is necessary. If you have any other suggestions then please let me know.

    After speaking with a Microsoft engineer over the phone, I've been told that there is no way to prevent users to go to their OWA and manually Purge specific items from the ''Recover deleted items''. The Microsoft tech told us to place the desired mailboxes
    on a litigation-hold and that all data will be recoverable... but only from the time you place the mailbox onto Litigation-Hold and previous items, which doesn't take effect for new-coming emails. 
    1- From what I understand, any new items coming in the mailbox after the Litigation-Hold is put in place will still be ''purgeable'', right?
    2- Is there a way (PowerShell, Security group, etc.) that can prevent a user from using the Purge option?
    We are very surprised that there is absolutely no thread that talks about this issue, which in our opinion, is a major legal and security flaw from Office 365. This is a main concern for us to actually go with Office365. For instance, this means that at
    any given time, if a user exchanges emails with a competitor, they can manually purge emails sent and receive as soon as it is sent/received, even after Litigation-Hold is in place.

  • HT1937 My new 5c is activated with Verizon - I can send receive calls, txts, and data (internet). My problem is that the 5c keeps giving me pop up warnings that the phone is not activated.  This is also preventing me from using the vmail

    5c is activated and live on Verizon. Call, txts, and data.  Issue is that 5c thinks that is is NOT activated - keeping getting pop up warnings.  Operationally this prevents me from using v-mail via iPhone app - i need to dial Verizon directly.  This phone is new and activated yesterday. Any ideas?

    Contact Verizon to troubleshoot the issue with them.

  • My trackpad on my mac book pro is erratic and prevents me from using the computer

    My track pad is completely going crazy i was forced to purchase a seperate mouse. It is jumping around and not recognizine where my fingers are telling it where to go. It is almost as if it needs to be calibrated. It's jumping all over the page and it's highlighting and dragging everything it took 5 min to just get the curser to the settings to look for a calibration option.. it wasnt working yester day and im still experiencing issues.
    I bought this mac book pro august 2012 brand new from the mac store.

    My Trackpad has been recently doing the exact same thing. I was amost certain i needed a new trackpad but after finding out it wold be almost $300 i had to exhaust all my options. I cleaned the pad, i reset the PRAM and SMC and all that ,I bought Mac Keeper to see if i had any viruses and i placed even pressure across the whole pad . I decided to have one last ditch effort on a turbo clean. I felt this was the problem as my trackpad would work then not then work again and i read on here small amounts of dust and dirt could really effect the way it works!
    So this is what i came up with. I needed to get into the very small crack between the body and the pad. You will notice this crack if you apply pressure one edge at a time. You need something thin and strong, i used a pill packet. You know the ones gravol come in thee made of hard plastic and foil. I took one edge of that and used a lens rag for cleaning glasses and wrapped it around that edge. I then dampend this cloth with an alcohol computer or glasses clener and used my cleaning device to go around the pad. It takes some force but let me tell you the S**T that came out. There was dust and dirt all over the rag. My trackpad has been working perfecty ever since(almost 4 full days). It probably isnt what a proffesional would have done but hey it saved me a ton of money and that makes me happy!

  • There's a virus in my new computer that prevents me from using the internet

    When I try to use Internet Explorer on my new HP Pavillion computer a box hides the search results. The box says I have a trojan virus and I need to call a 1-844 number which claims in a separate box to be a Microsoft service provider who will get rid of the virus. The number connects to a shop in India (I assume because of the accents) and they claim that all anti-virus services are one and the same. They would not quote a price for what it would cost to stop holding my computer hostage so I hung up. Problem: the virus is still active and will not allow me to access most of the options in my new computer.

    Bootup  into safe mode with networking. Install "Malwarebytes" (free version is OK) and run the program. During the install be sure to un-tick the 14day trial.  Install the updates first, and run the Threat Scan.  F8 should get you to safe mode selection.

    O.K. I think I have to explain what I mean:
    When joining two tables which have many entries sometimes it es better not to use an index on the column used as join criteria.
    I have two tables: table A and table B.
    Table A has 4.000.000 entries and table B has 700.000 entries.
    I have a join of both tables with a numeric column as join criteria.
    There is an index on this column in table A.
    So I instead of
      where (A.col = B.col)I want to use
      where (A.col+0 = B.col)in order to prevent Oracle from using the index.
    When I use the join in a select statement it works.
    But when I use the join as inline view in an update statement I get the error ORA-01779.
    When I remove the "+0" the update statement works. (The column col is unique in table B).
    Any ideas why this happens?

    I think you should post an properly formatted explain plan output using DBMS_XPLAN.DISPLAY including the "Predicate Information" section below the plan to provide more details regarding your query resp. update statement. Please use the \[code\] and \[code\] tags to enhance readability of the output provided:
    In SQL*Plus:
    SET LINESIZE 130
    EXPLAIN PLAN FOR <your statement>;
    SELECT * FROM TABLE(DBMS_XPLAN.DISPLAY);Usually if you're using the CBO (cost based optimizer) and have reasonable statistics gathered on the database objects used the optimizer should be able to determine if it is better to use the existing index or not.
    Things look different if you don't have statistics, you have outdated/wrong statistics or deliberately still use the RBO (rule based optimizer). In this case you would have to use other means to prevent the index usage, the most obvious would be the already mentioned NO_INDEX or FULL hint.
    But I strongly recommend to check in first place why the optimizer apparently seems to choose an inappropriate index access path.

    Have you tried restarting the iPad? You will more than likely be starting over again with the setup process but you may be able to use the "later" option if you start all over again.
    Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

    Trying to delete the Apple Folder from Program Files/Common Files.  I can delete all the contents except for the Internet Services folder which prevents me from making the deletion.  The error message says "you need permission to delete this file".
    Discovered this problem when trying to upgrade from my 3G iPhone to a new 5S iPhone unsucessfully.

    KDE system Settings > Mulitmedia  (in Hardware category) > Audio and Video options > Audio Playback
    the default device shown there is the pulseaudio device, move it to the bottom of the list
    Check all sub entries under Audio Playback to make sure they all have default at the bottom.
    This SHOULD make KDE sound subsystem use the real hardware directly through Alsa instead of pulseaudio.

    I have this same exact problem and it is driving me crazy. I am running on OS X 10.4.11 and only started having this problem when I started using the express to join another network. I had always used it as the base but when I joined the wireless network I created with an airport extreme (just bought it a couple of days ago) I can still use the internet fine, and I can print wirelessly, but when I try to use the speakers wirelessly from iTunes it gives me that warning. I'ce tried opening up a whole bunch of ports on my computer but I have no clue how to correct whatever else needs correcting on the extreme.

    How do I prevent firefox from using HTML5 player in youtube and use flash player instead? I am not sure what advantage HTML5 has over Flash. I noticed that Flash plays smoother than HTML5 and there is also a difference in quality of the video at low resolution. HTML5 does not seem to have smooth streaming compared to Flash. I may be wrong and I am ready to learn the advantage of HTML5 over Flash. But until then I wish to revert FF to its previous behavior of playing in flash.
    If there is no way of bypassing this player (html5), how do I set it to ask before I allow it to play the video? I dislike videos playing automatically as soon as I open the link or any websites (reason why I set Flash player to 'ask to activate').

    Go up to the top of your screen on iTunes and click on 'Store'.  Then go down to 'Authorize This Computer'.  That should cover part of it unless you've already authorized a bunch of other computers to use your account.  If that's the case, you'll have to go to one of those computers and click the button just below it to 'deauthorize your account' from that computer.  If you're not able to access the store, check your internet connection to make sure you are connected.  Hope this helps.. good luck!

    Regarding preventing someone from taking the quiz without going through the content...
    I decided to separate the quiz out of the project as a separate item.
    We are going to use a Learning Management System which will house the module to control the access.
    The LMS can be set to not allow people to click on the Quiz link, until they have gone through the content.  (So they cannot by-pass the content and just do the quiz).
    I was trying to find a way to control this from within Captivate 5 and keep people from being able to click on the quiz without going through the content. (And keep the quiz inside the original project).
    However, this LMS solution will work for this module.
