Bt sport not working but all Internet channels ok
For over about 2 months we have got the error message up ipc6011 whenever we try to watch bt sport. All other Internet channel work fine including catch up and you view. This is beginning to get frustrating as it is getting upto the end of the free months and we have barely watched any games. I have gone through the suggestions for the error online and it still doesn't work. Anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you're having problems with the BT Sports service. You've mentioned going through the online help but can you double chack 'IPC' error codes on YouView and let me know if it helps. Flash in Iweb 08 not working on all internet browsers!
I have incorperated flash movies into a site or two, for some reason they work fine if your using firefox or safari, but they don't work right if your using Internet Explorer. (which is what alot of people still use)
I was just wandering if anyone else has ran into this and if so what I could do to fix it.

Actually, we have an issue with scalable HTML content and smartshapes where smartshapes do not work as buttons in scaled mode.
Please try switching off the "Scalable HTML Content" option in the Publish dialog before publishing. Then it should work.

1 Gen Shuffle front orange light not working but all else does - ideas??
The front L.E.D. (light) will not glow orange when charging and will not flash (blink) when downloading songs. The rear light (below the on/off switch) does work correctly. The green L.E.D. works properly and the iPod functions correctly in all other respects.
I have used the iPod on both a Mac iBook G4 and a Windows laptop quite successfully since I purchased it 195 days (6 1/2) months ago.
Am using iTunes 7.0.2 and iPod software version 1.1.4
This is a 512mb iPod Shuffle.
Any ideas and help much appreciated!
Richard GarrettYou could probably get it replaced under warranty, and that would be a good solution. It will work fine without it (and no sort of a software fix is going to make it work, in all likelihood), but the amber light does provide some fairly important indications and warnings that you'd do better to have available.

i updated my 4s yesterday, but my phone will not work at all now, and will not turn off. It has a itunes image on the screen with an arrow underneath and what looks like the charger lead. i've had it on charge! is there anything else i can do?

I tried updating my iPod, and ever since it has not worked at all. If I hold in the lock & home button, it will tell me to plug it into iTunes. Once I do that, it says it will restore but every time, restoring it fails. My iPod is not working at all, and I really have no idea what to do. It is just a black screen, and occasionally the white apple will appear as if it were turning on, but it won't turn on. I just need some suggestions on what to do!
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My imessage is not working at all is because when I send a message to my friend the bar of sending complete but it doesn't send what I can do please heeeeeelpppp !!!!!
2-3 days ago, iMessage just stopped working on all my devices (2 iPads; 1 iPhone; 1 Mac), and it hasn't come back since. iPhone waiting for activation, the rest just don't send the messages.
FaceTime and iCloud work fine.
I really hope this is resolved soon, because I rely heavily on iMessage for the majority of my communications, and I need it back ASAP as I'm on holiday and out of my home country. -
My touch scree will not work at all. It just stopped one day and has not worked since. I've tried numerous times to restart it but with no success at all. The only tning I haven't tried is resetting it back to it's original setting when I bought it 2 years ago> Any suggestions??
When resetting the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod fails to resolve a problem, the problem is likely due to a a hardware problem. An appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is then in order.

Firstly, try a hard reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears.
If this doesn't work, try restoring your device. Put it in recovery mode if iTunes doesn't recognise it, and restore it from there. I have linked to instructions below.

I was trying to do an update on my Ipad2 and it looked like it was getting ready to load, but then I received an error message. Now my ipad is not working at all. I recently purchased refurbished Apple TV to save few bucks, but I spend more than what I saved on refurbished one. I would suggest every one not to buy any refurbished product from Apple online store. The remote which come along with the unit is not working at all. I changed couple of batteries as I thought initially that the batteries may not be working but no success at all. I saved $14 on refurbished unit, but in total I have spend $10 to fix the issue but still it hasn't been fixed yet. I have taken an appointment for yesterday at Toronto Eaton center Apple store and again it will cost me atleast $25 again ($15 for parking and $10 for gas as I have to drive from Hamilton).

Not much consolation but even new products can have issues and might need a trip to a store to return/replace.
The reason i asked about the LED on the AppleTV is that occasionally it thinks it's paired with a specific remote and ignores others - the unpair keypress I described is quick and free.

my ipod classic got wet back in August.. it seemed to work fine for about a month, but recently is not working at all..screen appeared to get cloudy and then it just stopped working. thanks.
Most likely, water damage.
You can try putting your iPod in a tupperware, half filled (maybe half inch) with rice grains, close the cover for about a week.
If you have done this, as soon as it got wet, higher chances of success, now looks like the water moisture is getting to the LCD screen.
Then you can always bring it to Apple Genius bar, for a an overhaul. (may cost you half the price of a new iPod classic.)
