BT still have not refunded me, despite 4 phone cal...

Advise needed!!!  I left BT in January for an alternative, cheaper provider.  However, BT still deducted my line/broadband rental for Feb so I called the contact centre and was informed that a final invoice would be generated and I would receive a refund within 7-10 working days.
The days passed, no final onvoice/statement and no refund of £98.  I called the centre again and was told the exact same thing.....it gets to March and I used the online chat facility to attempt to resolve this matter.  For the 3rd time, I was told that a statement would be generated by 4th April and I would receive my refund.  Not surprisingly, nothing has arrived and I contacted the contact statement for again last night.  When the operator again started to tell me the usual (final statement nonsense) I refused to accept this and demanded to speak to someone senior.  She informed me that her manager had left and she would put in a 'request' that I be contacted within 72 hours.  I explained that this wasn't good enough and that I actually NEED that money.  After much debate she finally put me through to a 'supervisor' who gave me a reference number and assured me that I would be receiving a final statement and a refund within 7-10 working days.  I am very doubtful about this and even in the event that I do receive a cheque, it'll take days to clear meaning that the money BT stole from me will not be back in my possession until May!! However, I have realised that the mystical cheque would be in my maiden name (my account was in my maiden name and I married after opening the account) and that I wouldn't even be able to deposit this into the bank.
Can anybody PLEASE point me in the right direction.  I've tried four times to access chat again today with no luck and I have no faith whatsoever in the call centre....

As you seem to have drawn a blank, try contacting the forum moderators here: Contact BT Forum Mods. They are BT staff with a good troubleshooting record, but are a small team and it could be up to 3 days before they respond. You can be sure that someone will take ownership of your issue until it's resolved.

    Well it depends what country your in. If your in U.S heres the number for customer service:

    Im not sure if you their the ones your going to get help from, because they might not have the information. Usually if they dont have the information they connect you to the department responsible for RMA'S. But it takes FOREVER! To get connected.

    hello i purchased the LR program and still have not receive an email with the downloadable info. however i did receive they had confirmation of my order and it was currently being processed and that i would receive and email within 24hrs with payment confirmation and the link to download my program. so far i have not received either of those and its been 10 days. really need that program, i have customers photos i need to edit.

    A quick trip to Google would confirm that you don't need a "special" link from which to download the software:

  • UPS transferred my package to local post office a week ago and still have not received package

    I ordered a pair of headphones online and got the email saying it was shipped on April 20. I live in Buffalo and the package was shipped from Syracuse. I tracked the package on UPS and it said it transferred the package to the local post office in Buffalo on April 21.
    When I checked the USPS website, it just says been 7 days and I still have not received it. 
    I need help in finding out where my package is. I'm wondering if it got lost in the post office since it's a pretty small package.  
    Should I contact Best Buy to replace my order and mail me another one? The address I'm living in is temporary and I will be moving from that address in two weeks so I'm worried about how long it will take. (I cannot have it mailed to the store to pick it up because I do not own a car and the local Best Buy store is too far for me)
