BT Yahoo Mail - cannot reply or forward messages. I have allowed pop ups and restarted but problem is still there.

When accessing BT Yahoo Mail, I cannot reply or forward emails.
Is anyone else having the same problems please ?

Also having email issues. I used to be able to recieve and send mail through our outlook server. Now I receive messaes, but cannot send. It immediately reports it got an error trying to send and the message is stuck in my Outbox. I tried dropping the user account and recreating it. Interestingly, when I filled out all the login data, it said it could not verity my outgoing mail settings. I did have an error. I fixed it, and when I saved, it saved fine. However, I still cannot send emails. I got this phone to use for work, and this is killing me.

I had done all of that to no avail. I did call Apple Tech Support and after he suggested I try a USB port in the rear of the Win 7 computer, things starting working again. Thanks to the-edmeister and cor-el, for speed of response. I had not inadvertently moved the Bookmarks-Toolbar : I was confronted with the situation right after Firefox 9 had installed and unfolded in front of me. At first, the toolbar area looked reassuringly familiar, but when I started normal work, I discovered the lack of tabs and the only reference I could see to TABS was a tiny button inviting me to group tabs (which was unhelpful to say the least, filling up the screen with tiny unreadable windows). Sure, there were tabs forming, but they were invisible, unless I used the group button. Eventually, I was brave enough to use "reset toolbars" and the tabs came back in the way I want them, but it was a traumatic 2-3 hours out of my life. I kept on "adding a new toolbar" to see if I could make use of it; I kept giving them names, but it is impossible to see where the new tool bar is! (the toolbars don't have a little bit to grab at one end). In my opinion, Firefox should not have allowed the Tab Bar and the Bookmarks Toolbar to become caught up with each other - they have completely different functions. I don't think I would like to play around with "Make a new profile"! I was so desperate that I have already downloaded version 3.6 again, ready to install, for if I was unable to resolve the version 9 problems above.

I've never seen this. Try updating via iTunes on your computer. Plug it in and see if iTunes says it needs updating.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Your printer must be on the same WiFi network
Your router must support Bonjour (Zero-configuration networking).
For troubleshooting:
Turn Off iPad, WiFi router (remove from power), and Printer (remove from power).
Turn on WiFi router
Wait 30 seconds
Turn on printer

How do I enable Firefox 4 to do a search on more than one word (e.g. "yahoo mail") without receiving the error message "the URL is not valid and cannot be loaded"?

After loading Firefox 4.0, I changed the address bar search engine to Google Search by Name, so I'd be taken straight to the most relevant webpage when I type in a word.
It works fine when I type in one word, but if I use a search with more than one word (e.g. "yahoo mail" or "google maps") I get an alert saying "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded". Is there any way I can fix the address bar to accept multiple word searches?
I've tried disabling all my add-ons, but it didn't make any difference.

Hi, this should sort out your problem:
1. Type in "about:config" into the address bar, this will open the settings menu. Click on "I'll be careful, I promise!"
2. Search for "keyword.URL" in the filter bar.
3. Enter "http://www.google.com/search?btnI=I%27m+Feeling+Lucky&q=" into the value field.
I'm no expert, but I had the same problem which got on my nerves after being so used to being able to type anything in, and following these steps fixed it.

I am using Firefox 6.0.2. I use Yahoo for e-mail. Recently, I always have issues when trying to use Yahoo contacts. They are not available when composing an e-mail. Is this a compatibility issue w/ Firefox 6.0.2 & Yahoo Mail Plus?

I have no access to my Yahoo contacts. I cannot search or browse them. The only way I can get ONE is by adding the contact from an email. Then, if I ask to see more contacts either through the partial alphabet buttons or to see the entire list of contacts, I'm back to the same search page where NOTHING happens. No that is not it:
Open Mail>Preferences>Accounts, the first page has this on it
If you click on the server name in the box (gmail in your case I assume) it opens and reveals this:

Delete your mail account from Mail preferences and set it up again using the Mail Server Information.

Try resetting the Yahoo password. Yahoo not infrequently has problems.
