Bt Yahoo webmail; error code 10030?
I have three email addresses which are picked up directly through my blackberry using the "mobile friendly" versions of the standard webpage.
During attempting to check my standard ISP webmail (BT Yahoo), I was confronted by the following.
Error: The requested URL could not be retreived.
Sorry we can't open the requested web page because of an error with the web page server. If the problem continues, contact the web page administrator.
Error code: 10030
That was about 7 hours ago.
Since then I have used the same URL on my laptop and successfully accessed, read and sent some mail with no issues and yet my 9300 still shows the same error message and won't progress from that screen. I have tried going through the desktop version of the BT site as well on my BB, still with the same results.
Google shows that some other webmail services are affected, but no-one has yet said what may be causing the problem or how to fix it.
Any ideas?

You are not alone as i am having the same issues using a brand new 9900. It is fine when connected to my own home network just when i use it away from home.

Recently when trying to access a website which I use often I got the following message; The requested URL could not be retrieved, we can't open the requested web page because of an error with the web server. The thing is this only happens when I have no wi fi signal. As long as there is a wi fi connection I have no problem. As this is the only web site that this has happened with, so far, it hasn't been a big deal, but if I can find out what might be causing this issue it would be great.

Sorry to hear you are having browsing issues with your BlackBerry® smartphone.
When you are not connected to Wi-Fi, are you able to browse any sites? For example, if you turn off Wi-Fi can you access www.google.com or www.blackberry.com? If not, then confirm with your mobile network carrier that your data plan includes mobile browsing access as not all data plans have full access to browsing.
If you are able to access these sites and more when Wi-Fi is turned off, then can you provide the URL of the site you are unable to access when you lose W-Fi access?

I tried to reproduce the error in my browser, but it worked fine. The calendar loaded without any issues.
Have you tried loading the calendar in any other alternate browser to see if you get any error messages. If you get error messages in other browsers too, the problem may not be in your Firefox browser. But if it works properly in other browser, '''Try Firefox Safe Mode''' to see if the problem goes away. Yahoo videos not playing - getting (Error Code: 0)
New iMac user. I cannot get Safari to play streaming video. As an example, video from yahoo music videos pops up a box but posts the following error:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties right now, please try again later.
Please use the following error code when writing to Yahoo! Help. (Error Code: 0)"
Not sure what format yahoo is using. I have installed Windows Media Player 9.0 but get the same result. (I did get Windows Media player to work correctly from a different site). Have also tried running Safari using Rosetta, same result. Tried Firefox and got same result. Looked at trying IE and it is discontinued. Is there a white paper on Safari setup that may help? Are other iMac/Intel users having this problem?

"Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: 113 that mail is not available" or the same with: 364?
Now there are hundreds stacked up on my desktop.
I cannot find the answer anywhere. You need to give answers to how to fix these errors because when I "search" "error code" or the number there is NOTHING. NOTHING! Yet you give us these stupid error codes
then you do not give us ANYTHING on how to fix these. These error codes make me so mad it makes me hate outlook, and hate the developers and hate microsoft. How in the world can you give us ERROR codes without the explanation of what
to do or how to fix it. You need to add each error code number in your "search" then explain what it is and how to fix it. I am not a tech. I am a lawyer. I have googled the entire string of error code and nothing is clear.

I understand how frustrated you are when facing such an issue, maybe I can provide some suggestions on the problem.
Based on the description, you should be using an IMAP account setup in Outlook. As for the error message, usually it's caused by a corrupted message on the Server. I suggest you logon the Webmail site, check if sending/receiving emails works well.
If you find any unusual emails that cannot be read or sent, try deleting them to try again.
I also suggest you create a new profile to setup the IMAP account:

Contact your Email Service Provider to get the correct and latest account settings, since you have been using Outlook for years, some settings may have been changed while you haven't been informed.

I have researched Internet - ADOBE and others - to find a solution, but no luck! (see under)
The problem started around one year ago but I was able to open Bridge and go to Photoshop from there until recently.
Now I get "Error Code 16" in Bridge too when I am trying to go to Photoshop.
I have tried everything I could think of (including creating a new Administrator-user) with help from my Internet research and my own pretty good experience (I started working with computer systems as a Systems Analysts 1968...... - now it is only PCs)
I miss my Photoshop and Bridge a lot - it is very frustrating to have this problem, but I can see I am not the only one!!!

Akonadi database error code: 1062 Duplicate entry for key
Since my email provider migrated their webmail platform, I keep getting an error each time kmail attempts to get emails from their imap server: could not create collection INBOX resourceid: 17
I double checked the provided imap settings have not changed and are correct : imap.laposte.net port 993 using SSL/TLS
As you can see in the pasted akonadi self-test report below, I have a few errors related to innodb, the absence of mysql tables in local/share/akonadi/db_data/ and the table performance_schema having the wrong structure. Those have been there for several months but I've been unable to fix them and I didn't care because my email was working. I suppose they are unrelated to my current issues.
Any help I can get is much welcome.

There is a problem with the security certificate of the proxy server. Error code 18 and 38.
Hi All,
After several hours and a short night of sleep I'm out of ideas and hopefully someone here can help me trying to solve this one. First of all the situation:
Exchange 2013 on a remote location with a CA-certificate.
Outlook 2010 and 2013 on different locations, locally installed and on RDS.
When I open Outlook on my laptop all is fine, no errors, good sync, no problem. But when I open Outlook on our Remote Desktop Servers with Outlook 2013 I'm getting errors like "There is a problem with the security certificate of the proxy server. The
name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site. Outlook is unable to connect to this server. (Error code 18)". Opening Outlook 2010 the message is the same, but the error code now is 38.
After this Outlook opens and is working, there's one more error though. After a while an security warning pops up with the message: "Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others. However, there is a problem with the
site's security certificate. * The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the certifying authority. * The security certificate is valid. * The name on the security
certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site."
Strangest thing is, it is the certificate of my RDS! It isn't my valid en officially bought certificate from my mailserver. What's going on? I'm out of options, what I've tried so far (in random order):
- restarting mailserver and AD;
- restarting switches;
- restarting routers;
- restarting RDS, AD and all other servers;
- bypassed proxyserver for RDS;
- created a new profile;
- checked recently installed updates;
- checked certificate on mailserver;
- checked RDS on a different location, working fine.
Nothing helped, what can I do next? Please advice.

The first message can be suppressed by adding this to the Exchange config:

Giving the command get-outlookprovider, gives me empty information regarding the certprinipalname. Filled
this and after recreating the profile or deleting the ost-file I still have the second alert with the local certificate of my RDS.
Not completely where I want to be, any help regarding the second alert is greatly appreciated! -
Firefox won't load BT Yahoo Webmail page
When I try to go to BT Yahoo Webmail (bt.yahoo.com/webmail) I get a page which says 'Unable to connect Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at login.yahoo.com.' - as it would if I were offline. This only happens with Firefox. I can access it ok with Internet Explorer (which I do not wish to use). I also can not access bt.yahoo.com itself.
Also, Mozilla Thunderbird can not access my email (though it has done so with no problems for well over a year). It says 'An error occurred with the POP3 mail server. Mail server mail.btinternet.com responded:' (though it doesn't say how it responded.
The other thing I can't do on Firefox is play the BBC iPlayer (but IE can) and I couldn't access this page on Firefox Support - I'm having to do this in IE.
I have already:
Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox
Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash Player
Installed the Active X plugin for Flash Player
Upgraded Zone Alarm (free version)
Upgraded Avast (free version)
(these two have been running for ages and not given problems before)
Shut down both antivirus programmes and tried again.
Checked as many settings as I can find that might be blocking access - though nothing seems obvious.
Read lots of 'help' forums and FAQs.
Drunk more coffee.
Tried it all again, of course remembering to switch it off and on again a few times in between reinstallations and tweaks etc.
Is this a known issue? I am now almost completely insane. Thanks.I have the same problem can't figure it out, in the meantime I installed IETab and got it to work that way, it's not a permanent solution but for now it's an option

Error sending emails to Internet: Failed to connect. Winsock error code: 10051
Our exchange 2013 CU2 (CAS+MBX, Win2012) was sending emails to Internet using another server (a kerio email server) and outbound internet email was working as expected.
We have now removed the Kerio server, I also removed the kerio_Send_Connector I was using to send emails to internet and I also changed the email domain in Exchange to be authoritative. I created a new Internet send connector with default values, but the same
bad behavior is present.
Our Exchange 2013 receives emails internally and externally with no problems. The problems are sending emails to Internet. I am suspecting something in the firewall but i need to do some more research.
If from the same Exchange server I telnet to an Internet email host:25 I do get the smtp banner but as soon as I start typing HELO/EHLO I get disconnected and errors are logged.
Errors when sending emails to any emails address (this is from an email sent to google, all others are the same):
Remote Server at aspmx3.googlemail.com (74.125.136.26) returned '400 4.4.7 Message delayed'

failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts. The last endpoint attempted was 74.125.136.26:25'
I cannot find any references from such Winsock error that are related to Exchange 2013.
So far all email is being queued at the Exchange Server 2013. I am afraid to install CU3 and make things worse.

check the send connector properties and see whether it is set to use DNS to route emails through external DNS/Internal DNS or smart host .
Do a telnet to external domain like hotmail,yahoo and see at what transaction you are getting an error
Enable verbose logging, restart the transport service and check if you get the same error in the verbose logs as well
Get in touch with the ISP and see if the port 25 for Outbound SMTP is opened.
YOu can check if SMTP Proxy is enabled in the firewall. If so disable the SMTP proxy in the firewall and check.

Yahoo has updated their bookmarks to be used exclusively with the Yahoo toolbar. In the process I have lost my email account. When I try to access my email, I get an error code...... (The requested URL /mc/welcome was not found on this server.

I have gone to this website almost everyday for years and I have not changed anything in my internet settings, but now I'm getting this message: secure connection failed: The Certifying Authority for this certificate is not permitted to issue a certificate with this name. (Error code: sec_error_cert_not_in_name_space) The only thing I KNOW I did differently, was I installed a CAC reader to my computer, since then, this has been happening. Why am I getting an FTP Error code when I try to publish my Website?
Every time I go to publish my website from iWeb to my Yahoo domain, it completes everything EXCEPT the background part. I end up getting an FTP Server Error Code. I have called Yahoo about the issue and they were not able to help. I have checked my file names for spaces. I have checked my FTP address. I have checked just about everything, this is becoming quite aggravating! Please, someone help?
Unfortunately, Yahoo is notorious for being less than good at hosting with iWeb sites.
Perhaps look into changing your web hosting to somewhere like http://www.godaddy.com or http://www.hostexcellence.com. -

This means that delphis medical limited does not allow you to send emails that use it's domain name in the From field through SMTP servers that it has not approved.
I suspect you may be replying to an email from the Polish company so rather than just click Reply you also need to change the reply so that it comes from your personal email address and not a company one.
