BTSport, paid for HD but only SD working
Hi,
Can anyone throw any light on this please. As I say, I have recently, 10 days ago subscribed to BT infinity and have BT on my Sky Box. I paid extra for HD but only the SD channels are working. can anyone help please?

Paid for Premium but only have access to Free
On 4/29/15, my account was charged $10.59 for what I understood to be one month free of premium service. Yesterday, I noticed that Spotify indicated that my premium subscription expired. Now, I am only able to shuffle play and have no offline access, despite having paid for this service. Can someone from Spotify help? I do find it a tad annoying that I have to post an entry on the community board instead of being able to directly connect with customer support. Thnx.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here. -
I have it paid for membership - but its not working?
I simply have it bought by chief of our company - I figure as added and activated on his account - but when I do log in - my 'trial' is expired and i cannot do anything about it. Whats more, creative cloud app is not working - i have white screen and that's all (after reinstalling) ..(screenshot below).

I downloaded an episode of a TV show (and paid for it), but the download froze and only 30 seconds of it downloaded. I can't figure out how to download the rest of it. itunes shows it as already downloaded, and doesn't give an option for re-downloading it. I have gone to the page where you finish any incomplete downloads, and this one did not show up on it. I tried deleting the episode (or 30 seconds of the episode from my computer), hoping that I could redownload it, but it still shows up as downloaded & doesn't give me an option to download it. I paid for it, but I can't watch it. How do I contact a real person or do a live chat or something so I can get this fixed?

Why won't my pandora work when I'm not on wifi? I have the cellular data on for it but I never works. Also pandora isn't the only app of mine that does that.. What's wrong with it??

Voicemail is left at your carrier's server. That will continue to work unless you report your iPhone as lost or stolen with your carrier.
You may never find it again and you can't if the iPhone remains offline or out of service which means the iPhone is powered off or doesn't have cellular reception. -

I Rented a movie on my ipad and it won't play I have enough space and I paid for it but it has a ploblem playing. What do I do?
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar at bottom
2. Hold the Videos app down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Re-launch the app and test

Try to see if perhaps you are connecting the drive to a surge protector and it might not be getting enough power, try to connect the adapter directly to a power outlet on the wall to see if you get a different result. -

My macbook pro 4,1 runs os x 10.6 but won't run my apple usb superdrive. One forum said that this is due to os x, not hardware. The terminal commands given were for Lion, but don't work in snow leopard. Help!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your Acrobat.com subscription. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there.
Is the problem specific to one PDF file, or are you running into the same problem with multiple files? How large is the file (or files) that you're trying to upload? Are they complex (large number of pages; mix of text and graphics)?
Let's start with some basic troubleshooting:
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
Make sure that there are no firewall or proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
Let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, we can take a closer look at the files that you're trying to convert.

Calling jar file from jsp - serious problem !
Hi there, I'm trying to call a jar from a jsp file. I need an import clause in my jsp, to the class I want to use. I'm using eclipse, and while i"m writing "<%= " and the begining of my class name , he autocompletes it and automatically puts an impor
