BtTray.exe error on startup in Windows 8.1

I receive a BtTray.exe Error, BsSdk.dll missing on startup in Windows 8.0.......... PC is 2 months old and has always done this.

Procedure 1:
Step 1:
First of all connect your PC with internet and log in your PC as administrative account.
Step 2:
Open Control Panel and click on Uninstall a program under Programs.
Step 3:
Uninstall the Bluetooth software from the list of programs.
Step 4:
Now from Control Panel, click on Hardware and Sound.
Step 5:
Then click on Device Manager under ‘Devices and Printers’.
Step 6:
Now open Bluetooth option and then right-click on the device and select Update Driver Software → Search automatically for updated driver software.
Step 7:
Now reboot and check if the problem is solved.
if the issue persists, please try Procedure 2:
Reinstall the bluetooth drivers using the steps mentioned in the following weblink:

Reinstall a software application or a driver without reinstalling Windows 8.

About the startup error, what's the exact error message? You can provide a screenshot of it or write it down in reply. (for new forum account you may not able to paste a screenshot directly so you can upload to an online drive).
Also please check event log to see if
And JpnIME.exe seems related to Japanese language. If it is installed, you can test to remove it, reboot and reinstall to see the result.
Also you can have a try with SFC (sfc /scannow) incase it is file corrupt related.

ARM.exe error on Windows 8.1

ARM.exe error after updat from windows 8 to windows 8.1; sensapi is not suitable for windows or contains a fault?

I also get this error after upgrading to windows 8.1 along with Sensapi.dll No one on any boards gives me a fix.. Just standard answers of refresh windows or reinstall windows.
Why would i do that if the problem only exists on Adobe? When I X out the error messages Abobe works well?
This is just annoying constantly closing out these 2 error messages which have no effect on adobe..

I've recently started getting an "applesync notifier.exe" error at startup; I'm using Windows 7. The error reads: Entry Point not found. The Procedure Entry Point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library sqlite3.dll.
I can't tell what impact, if any, this has. I can still sync.
I tried running iTunes install and selecting repair, but I still get the error.

Applemobilebackup.exe error during backup

I have been having some problems for over a month now backup up my iphone. Flat out can not backup. Gets to say 90-95% and then fails giving me the applemobilebackup.exe error to report to windows. I have tried reinstalling itunes, deleting mobile files off pc, removing anything I can find that has to do with the iphone or apple, all the way to a complete reformat of the pc. New itunes install and still getting the error. Running itunes 8.0.2.20 and iphone 2.2.1 on windows xp pro. Any reason why after a complete format I still get this error. No virus scan has been installed. Could it be the phone is done?

Windows 8.1 issue explorer.exe error on shutdown NOT resolved and painfully slow bootup

I have a brand new HP Pavilion Laptop with Windows 8 64bit. I just downloaded the free update to 8.1. And then problems started.
First off, the boot up time has almost doubled. Just before the desktop becomes visible, there is a 10 second period where all you see is a black screen. At times this is more than 10 seconds. Then the desktop wallpaper can be seen.
Secondly, the most annoying problem-, everytime I shutdown or restart , I get an explorer.exe error saying memory cant be read some instruction referenced memory at 0x00000000. ?! What the h-- is this ? I mean is this what we expect to see after updating to
Windows 8.1 ? This is ridiculous. There is no offical response from the developers either. This is affecting many people all over the world and there is not even any official patch or announcement ?
I have read similar posts here and none of the solutions work. Someone says edit the registry, someone says remove the bluetooth service from startup ?! nothing and stopping a bluetooth service should not be considered a solution. Why should I not be able
to use bluetooth just to resolve this Windows 8.1 error ??
Please fix this problem urgently. And DO NOT ask us to re-install windows... I mean come on.. You think people have nothing better to do than installing/reinstalling Windows throughout the day ?? Bandwidth does not come cheap everywhere in the world either.

This is what they say. And I clicked on the Windows Store Icon >> Then I clicked on the Upgrade to Windows 8.1 Tile >> Then I clicked Download Windows 8.1 Update ( over 3 GB ) waited for a couple of days >> Then clicked next a bunch of
times >> Selected some options that it asked me >> Then waited some more >> some more waiting >> and in 2 weeks I had upgraded to Windows 8.1 >> Then the above PROBLEMS started...

BTTray.exe - System Error on T410

Hi all,
After doing a clean install of Windows 7 Pro x64 I ran the Lenovo Updates and Drivers tool to get all of the right drivers and tools for my system. After that installed I started getting the message "BTTray.exe - System Error" "The program can't start because BtBalloon.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have removed the Bluetooth driver from Device Manager but Windows reinstalls it on reboot, and I get this dialog box every time I boot. Despite this message, I still get the system tray icon and can still communicate with Bluetooth devices, so this is more of an annoyance than a breaking issue. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

How do you repair ntoskrnl.exe error or system error in windows server 2008 and 2012

can you repair system file errors like ntoskrnl.exe in windows server 2008 and 2012 like like before in windows server 2003 ?
the steps were repairing ntoskrnl.exe error in windows server 2003
1- have a 2003 cd and from that cd start recovery console and copy from i386 directory ntldr and ntdetect.com to windows /system32 directory on the server and then repairing
2- MBR with fixmbr command and then rebuild BOT.INI file with bootcfg/rebuild .
now my question is how you repair or solve such problem with ntoskrnl.exe error in windows server 2008 and windows server 2012

What will take a lot of time? Repair or clean install? These days one can standup a new VM and have an operating system on it in around 20 minutes or so.
Correct server 2003 is file based deployment and completely different OS from repair perspective as well.

HP P6203W CPU fan error on startup windows 7 32bit system

Hi there guys !
I got this HP computer for about a year now and since changing my broken CPU fan i got a CPU fan error on startup.
I have got a HP P6203W
MOBO: Pegatron Narra5
Bios: phoenix technologies 5.55 12/08/2009
I wanted to reduce some noise from my computer by replacing the CPU fan,
so i changed the original fan for a Noiseblocker-Multiframe M8-S1.
Now when i start up the computer; the fan slowly turns around , and i then got an CPU fan error before windows fired up. I can get past it by pressing F2 but its annoying to do so every time i start up. Plus I don't think the fan is turning fast enough.
I already tried checking cpu fan settings in the bios, but i have the blocked bios.
No fan settings here.
Do one of you guys have any clue about how to get my CPU fan working properly again or maybe a bios update for my motherboard ?
Any help would be very much appreciated !

There isn't a BIOS update available for your motherboard so that is not going to be an option.
On some BIOS you have the ability to disable the system from checking the CPU Fan to avoid the error. If it's there it would be under Advanced menu and then a sub menu called Hardware Monitor. HP like many manufacturers lock out settings to avoid users changing settings to much in the BIOS so the system may not have the option. Since you said you already checked the settings I'm assuming we can skip this.
So it brings us to the motherboard. The CPU fan plug on the motherboard is a 12v connector, the Noiseblocker you have starts a slow ramp up based on this link http://goo.gl/6jsgn it says it's a start voltage of only 5v. I'm thinking that since the CPU fan is not starting up quick enough the motherboard is failing out and giving the CPU fan error. In the end the error is not a real error because once the CPU fan actually works then it's good to go.
You may want to try a different CPU fan that has a quicker spin up, or at least move that CPU fan to another system to see if it exhibits the same slow spin up.

I read up some on google, but all of them says that they have crated a partition and that is the problem, I only have the standard "Macintosh HD".
I tried to create a partition manually in disk utility but then the error message: "Partition failed with error message: Could not unmount disk."
Can anyone help me? It's driving me crazy.

This message, and threads like yours got asked daily for over two years, now it is only a couple times a week!!
Is it so hard to follow through? you were to have backup already, clones are best, then erase/format and restore.
Then partition.
Some have been able to use Disk Utility booted from OS X DVD or another drive, and repair the drive.
You have to use Boot Camp Assistant (99.9% anyway) to create and achieve a proper Windows Master Boot Record partition.

This seems like a windows issue. After a quick Google search I found many links which explain what GWES is (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/wceshellui5/html/wce50conShellandUs...), and many people who encountered similar errors with different applications. Since the GWES stands for Graphics, Windowing, and Events Subsystem, I was wondering if you can correlate the crashes with anything in you program that has to do with using a graph, or event structure, etc.
You may want to read some of the posts online in case one of them is similar to your issue.

NO. Support for XP was not available until this year, in the newer releases.
In addition, you have to watch the Home vs Pro versions. Check the documentation
section on certified configurations.
