Budget is not getting displayed in Report S_ALR_87013558

Hi Friends,
For project the budget is not getting displayed in Report S_ALR_87013558 though the budget is planned by TCode: CJ30 and released also by TCode: CJ32
Is there any setting in customising in information systems to display in the report.
Please treat this as quite urgent.

But still Budget is not appearing in the report, even after running CJBN & CJEN.
I had a look into CJ30 but the overall Budget is available. Is there any change required in the report.

Hier Node with character (e.g. 11100A) is not getting displayed in report

Hi All,
I have loaded the Finanacial Statement Version Hier in BI. It is perfectly loaded in the InfoObject 0GLACCEXT.
Some Hier Nodes contain charcters in the Node name like 1100A and 1100B and rest are all number like 1100, 1200, 11000 etc.
While I run the Report the Hier Nodes with nos (like 1100, 11000) are perfectly getting displyed in the report. But the Hier Nodes having the characters (like 1100A and 1100B) are not getting displayed into the Report and all the GLs under it are going into Unassigned node in the Reports.
Plz help me.

Your hierarchy is made up of characteristics with the values 1100, 11100A etc.
In your hierarchy is RSH1, does each node have the specific characteristic value Node 1
-1100
-11100A etc
Or is it a range i.e.
Node 1
1000 : 11100A

Profit center text not getting displayed in report

Hi all
Iam using 0profit_ctr in my query.But in report the text associated with it is not getting displayed.When i see the masterdata the text is displayed properly.
Please let me know how to rectify this.

Right click on the master object, and click "Activate Master Data"

I've made all the necessary conifg for Committment item ,but still when i create the PR from project and the same is converte to PO ,in the report S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem Plan/Assigned itz not reflecting.
Are there any config to be done.

Data not getting displayed in Report

Hi All,
I am creating a report the query of which fetches around 1500 rows and is working fine , when I am running the same query in the report created data is only getting displayed on the first page and the report contains only 1 page.
Can anyone help what the problem is about and how to go about it.

Hi,
Please check any conditional format trigger exists in the report, which you might created before. The conditional code doesn't seems deleted automatically and still take the conditional effect, even if you delete the conditional format from the menu. You need to delete it from Program Units manually.
By setting the vertical elasticity to Variable, all records should display normally. Are you able to view the page navigation button, once you run the form? or are you getting any error message?

Data is not getting displayed in the report from an Infoset.

Hi All,
I am having a report based on an infoset. This report is displaying the data in the Dev. envmt. When it is transported to the QA, it is not displaying the data in the BEx as well as RSRT, in the QA envmt. The patch levels of both the Dev. and QA are the same. The Queries are same in the Dev and QA also.
While trying to display the data from the infoset (rt.click- display data), i am able to view the data, in the QA.
Could anyone please suggest why the data is not getting displayed in the query designer.

Hi Ashish,
I ran the "ZPS/!ZPS" in RSRT where ZPS is the infoset name. In Dev, it displayed the values. In QA, it displayed the below messages:
ECharacteristic 0TCAKYFNM does not exist. Check authorizations
WThere are calculated elements. These results are bracketed [ ]
and below that, it displayed the values for Number of records. But, it has not displayed the values for the other figures.
Does this has any impact in QA.

'@' not getting displayed in the ALV report

Hello,
I am facing a strange issue in the ALV report display. A string starting with '@' is not getting displayed and says "default icon " on the report. and this is varying from system to system for the same user.
can anyone please help me in resolving the issue.

@ is a default value as per ALV internal process. This is used in icons .
I think this is causing the confusion.
Check in the fieldcat if there is any adjsutment to be made to handle this.

Portal Forms are not getting displayed in the new oracle environment.

The Forms in our Portal applications are not getting displayed after we have done the upgradation of Database in Unix from 8i to 9i. The reports are working fine.The forms that were added as portlets are not getting displayed and other forms that are called thorough links returns error when it is run. The Newly created forms are also not running but returns error. The Portal Version is 3.0.9.8.3. Pls help.

Default Value is not getting displayed in SUN ONE Ldap

I have created an attribute in slapd.user_at.conf and it is associated in slapd.user_oc.conf.
The attribute default value is given through SUN ONE Console. But, In our application the default value is not getting displayed.
We need the default value to run our applicatin. Can anyone help me for this issue

Hi anandkumar,
I belive this issue can be resolved by changing the Query proprties for the perticular field.
Kindly check the Field proerties in query designer and ensure that Text is enabled ather than Key.
__Field property check up:__Go to query designer->click onn the field-> Right hand side in properties click on display tab-> select Text in drop down menu of Display as tab.
FURTHER CHECK UP: check the master data avaiulability for the perticular info object, if masterdata is not available, do the text data for txt data availability in report level.

Footer Not Getting Displayed IN OO ALV

HI Experts,
I am using OO ALV and wish to display a footer for it.
but the footer is not getting displayed.

Footer for each page means you should use the EVENT END_OF_PAGE this will trigger , but not in display, but when you print the report it will work.
Footer at the end_of report then you have to use END_OF_LIST event.
BCALV_TEST_LIST_EVENTS
check the above program to test the events.

MD06 Issue - Planned orders not getting displayed

Hello,
Planned order with the exception "Newly created order proposal" does not get displayed in MD06 with the option "Only Unprocessed MRP Lists" in the processing indicator.
I am running MD06 report with the following parameters:
Plant
MRP Controller
Exeception Group - All exception selected except 8-Terminations
Processing indicator - Only unprocessed MRP LIsts, Only with new exceptions
My material which has a newly created planned order thorugh MRP run with exception "1 - Newly created order proposal" does not get displayed.
Only when I specify Only processed MRP lists or All MRP LIst in the processing indicator, this material gets displayed. The planned order is for a Stock Transfer order to this plant (receiving plant). How is the MRP LIst processed?
Please help me out with this issue.

Hi Ketan,
When you execute the MD06 report, you would find a column with the heading CI, if am right it would be just after the MRP cntlr, here you would find a Pencil & a tick mark. If you find them both, it means the row is unprocessed, but if you find only a tick mark it means that the row is processed.
So now check for the planned order, it would be just a tick mark & hence would be showing only for the processed MRP list or all MRP lists.
To process a row or unprocess, just click on the icon & it changes.
Check & revert if it answers your query.

Material cost not getting displayed in CN41N

Hi Gurus,
When we execute CN41N, Materials assigned to the Network activity are visible but the cost of each material is not getting displayed against it (under Proj. Cost Plan Column) and it is appearing as '0' whereas, it is appearing as an accumulated cost against the activity. I checked SAP notes for this problem, though I could see some notes which are very close to the problem but all are for Release 600 whereas we are using 604 (ECC 6.0). Have anyone encountered such problems or whether the cost will not appear against Material in CN41N.

I have seen planned cost of material against material itself in structure report like CN41, CN41N under following conditions:-
1. Valuated Project Stock
2. Material is created using Reservation for WBS or PR+Res for WBS Procurement indicators.
3. Costing relevancy box ticked for material
4. Statistical Cost element exists for Inventory account.
I have not seen planned cost for non-stock item or material with res for network in project. This is purely based on my experience and I dont have any notes or help document to validate my statement.
