Budget structure problem of internal companies ..

Hi experts,
I am having problem for creating and using the structure below ,as I wanted. I am trying to find a solution which I could not get to so far.
Here is my case ;
I have 3 companies.They make budget planning in the same platform since they are internal companies.
Each company has its own sales organization ,cost centers , sales products. And the structure of these 3 companies basicly
defined as below.

1.I am having difficulty to create the structure above since it is not allowed to repeat member name.
2.I have to create cost center , customer and product members related to the companies so I can show them in data form ,kind of filtered.
anyone who had this kind of case .?
any advice please.. please.. please..

The challenge you're facing has a couple of names . . . some people call this a "cross validation rule", and others call it "valid data combinations". The idea is that you want to filter access to certain members based upon other members selected. This would get you away from having to maintain separate hierarchies in other dimensions for each company.
The bad news is that there is no support for valid data combination constraints in Hyperion Planning currently. The good news is that it was mentioned in the road map for future product enhancements at the Kaleidoscope conference (no specifics on timelines or specific versions though . . . . ).
Let's use product as an example here. With current functionality, you could:
1) Create a common hierarchy for product, used by all companies.
2) Create different ID's with specific access to each company.
3) Restrict access to products using security.
4) Create forms that "suppress no access", so invalid products don't show up.
They key is that each ID has access to only one company. Use a similar methodology to address overlaps in other dimensions. It's not 100% clean, but should get you close until true "valid member combinations" are supported by Planning.
Hope this makes sense.

my client facing a problem in internal order.
At the time of creation of purchase requisition we are getting an error that is "budget was exceeded on internal order number 200336".
But in T.code S_ALR_87013019 the amount is available
please help us we are facing same problems in 6/7 orders also.

Budget Line Item for Internal Order was disappeared

Dear GURU,
I have the problem when posting budget via Tcode KO22 KO24 and KO26.
When posting budget in the first time, the system was not generate budget document.
But it was created when I post budget again in the second time.
Please tell me what happen for this situation, I am not sure there is SAP note for support this error or not?

Is there a way to use "*" in the Budget Structure BCS

Dear Gurus,
We are migrating from FBS to BCS (in ECC6).
In FBS we had a Budget structure and we used the character " * " for the commiment items (the control is between Fund and Fund center)
We activated BCS and we have now 4 axes with the Funded Program.
We want to keep the control between Fund and Fund center and we planned to use " * " for the commiment item and " * " for the funded program.
It seems impossible in FMBSPO and FMBSPO_MULT.
We look at the Customizing, OSS but we did'nt find any clue.
We try to fill the Budget structure with the posting adresses ==> we have more than 23 million lines (and it wasn't with all the master data), the processing time is unbelievable and we're afraid for the future (how to do if we create one new commiment item?)
Was anybody already confronted with the problem? How did you deal with that point?

The answer to your question is no.
That said, and I don't want to risk my install at the moment to test it, I think you could go to the library directory, create a new folder (category) called "All Templates," copy all the individual files from all the categories into this one, and then select that category - thereafter that category should load.

ECM- how to assign amount to the budget structure ?

I'm new to Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM Module).
I need to know how we create a budget structure for org units? How we assign amount to the budget structure.
I found one program 'RHECM_BUDGET_GENERATE' which generates the budget structure, but it doesn't assign the amount. So how to assign the budget amount. Which transaction we use for the same ? or Is there any FM which assigns the amount to the budget structure? I am trying to enhance the program 'RHECM_BUDGET_GENERATE' so that it assigns the budget amount also.

I'm fuming! Same problem as I like to manually assign location data, esp as I just imported lots of old photos which I recently found on an old drive. They are now on new Photos app, but iPhoto, otherwise I would use the latter to assign geo data as before. It seems very complicated but maybe I could delete from iPhoto, somehow import in to iPhotos, then import from iPhoto to Photos. Would that work?
Lots of my photos have ALSO lost their geo data and their face data due to the fact that somehow my new "Photos" library suddenly decided to put 4000 odd duplicates in the new library imported from iPhoto. I then ran a duplicate-finding application in the new photos library, managed to remove most of the duplicates, however most of the photos that then remained had lost their face data which took ages to put on in the first place!!! (Perhaps the ones I deleted had the location nd face data I wanted and the software kept the duplicate version. I don't know...)
Plus I am having a nightmare with the new automatic uploading photos to icloud application that runs in the background if enabled.. It says its still uploading but doesn't appear to have got past a thousand in last few days and just 'stuck' on this amount, despite saying it is uploading automatically. My iOS devices only show a fragment of what is on my mac.
O well!

Problem with internal speakers of MacBook Pro

I wanted to know if anyone have experienced a problem with internal speakers of Mac Book Pro. In my MackBook the Internal speaker volume goes down automatically. I checked the System Preferences>Sound>Output , from there I check that it is in the middle ( Balance) However, the problem is still the exists. Just for testing I played an audio file and I moved the bar toward the right speaker it is the same and when I move toward the left speaker the whole sound goes off . Looks like one speaker stops working completely. Then I checked the Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup > Configure Speakers from there I checked both left and right speakers and the channel frequency is fine. Still same issue. I have no idea what is going on , I really need your suggestions to get this fixed.

I am working with 'makt' table ..with the table makt i need to work with styles attributes ..so i declared like this

IMac (March 2009) - Invalid Node Structure problem

Hi All
I was using my iMac as normal yesterday, when suddenly the system ground to a halt (something I never seen since using OS X). As I had work to do, after about an hour, I restarted, expecting it to be an app misbehaving or something straight forward, but on restart the same thing happened almost straight away.
So, I restarted again, only for the iMac to get stuck on the blue screen which follows the grey 'cog' screen. After looking through these discussions, and some other Mac forums, I booted from the installer disk, tried to run Disk Utility, which found issues and couldn't repair the disk.
I then tried Safe-User mode and fsck, which reported the aforementioned Invalid Node Structure problem. After checking a few more forums, I thought I would try to Erase the disk and reinstall Mac OS. I restored from my Time Machine backup, and finally got it to start, but the system moved at a snail's pace, and wouldn't open any apps or files.
I've tried again with fsck, and also fsck_hfs -r /dev/disk0s2 but all I get is the same error message:
disk0s2: I/O error.
Invalid Node Structure
(4, 38403)
** Volume check failed.
/dev/rdisk0s2 (hfs) EXITED WITH SIGNAL 8
So, does anyone know if there is anything I can do to save the iMac? Or does it need a new HD? It is my primary work computer, so I really need to get it back, and after buying it in the UK, am now in France for 6 weeks, so it's difficult for me to take it to an Apple specialist.

As the last user stated, Disk Warrior maybe able to correct it, however if you search the net, you will see there are more than one user with this problem. I had the same problem, however, my machine is out of warranty, It started like you are saying, I RAN disk warrior which corrected the problem long enough to boot the system. In a matter of 10 minutes or so, the system started pausing (apps hung, but in a matter of seconds recovered). I was checking the disk with fsck_hfs and fsck while booted from a USB drive with a maintenance install of 10.5.6. After running fsck the 5th time with different options suggested from the internet, I rebooted with my disk warrior DVD only to find the drive NOT mounted, Drive utility see's it (even can attempt to run disk repair, but it locks up the system when trying this). Disk Warrior doesn't even see the disk to run a directory repair, although in the "check s.m.a.r.t status it sees it as a sata device, and SAYS ITS NORMAL).
Since my iMac was out of warranty, I followed the online instructions to replace the hard drive (not too difficult) and everything is fine now.
The old drive still wont mount, but another utility I bought (data rescue II) has been able to quick scan it and access all the data, even though it wont clear a fsck fsck_hfs or disk warrior, anyways, get it back while you can, IT IS THE hard drive itself, and lots of other iMac users online with the same issue (can you say WHY is my iMac SOOO HOT on the apple in the back (right where the drive is and not sufficient cooling in my opinion, but hey, some people might want to lay their computers face down and fry eggs on the it or something... ))

Creat ECM budget structure from current org structure

Hi all ,
When we are creating budget heirarchy using "PECM_GENERATE_BUDGET", we want to create it from org structure that is effective on a particular date and not for all org assignments.
For example :
For budget effective 01/01/2011 to 12/31/2011. We may want to create Budget structure from org structure that effective 12/31/2011.
( The standard transactcion "PECM_GENERATE_BUDGET" creats structures for all the effective dates )
Let's say, I have Org units Org1 and Org2 at the same level. Org3 reports to Org1 from 01/01/2011 to 11/20/2011. But effective 12/01/2011, Org 3 reports to Org 2.
01/01/2011 to 11/30/2011 -> Org3 reports to Org1
12/01/2011 to 12/31/9999 -> Org3 reports to Org2
When I run ""PECM_GENERATE_BUDGET"" this generates a budget heirarchy, that shows Org3 reporting to both O1 and O2,
whereas we want Org3 to be just shown in the hierarchy of Org2 ( effective 12/31/2011).
I see that the FM "'HR_ECM_GET_OBJECT_STRUCTURE" and "HR_ECM_BUILD_BUDGET_STRUC" generate budget structure, by taking the begin and end date of budget period( 01/01/2011 to 12/31/ 2011) into account to create the org structure. But we just want the latest structure effective on a particular date.
Has any faced this kind of scenario/requirement as this seems to be the standard budget creation functionality.

Hi - When you are creating budget sturcture based on org. unit the system will create budget structure on the basis of defined budget period
Pls. try delimiting 01/01/2011 to 11/30/2011 -> Org3 reports to Org1 relationship and create budget structure. I feel you should be fine then.
which EHP are you in? If you are using EHP 5 its give option to generate top down or bottom up budget structure.

We have created dynamic internal table with some fields.
for the above how to create structure or internal table like dynamic internal table structure .
Scenario: internal table itab1 ( with header line) have 5 fields.
Based on some of the conditions in layout of the report.
we have to create dynamic internal table.

we are able to create dynamic internal table with 3 fields
with assignment <fs> = itab1[]
the columns are not appearing but data appearing in next column.
how to solve this one

Problems printing international shipping labels in PayPal since updating to iOS 7. When I press the reprint label button, another tab opens up, which it did in the previous version but instead of the shipping label bring displayed I get a message saying cannot open page as the network connection has been lost. By this point I have already been charged for the shipping. Any ideas why???

I have the same problem, not just with international labels, but with any shipping labels in Paypal. iPhone 5 and iPad w/ Retina Display using iOS 7.0.2.

i wrote the following code to declare structure as a internal table ....
TYPES: BEGIN OF internalltdoclinks.
include structure CRMT_DOC_FLOW_DB_WRKT.
types: END OF internalltdoclinks.
DATA: it_table TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF internalltdoclinks,
wa_bkpf TYPE internalltdoclinks.
it give me error as CRMT_DOC_FLOW_DB_WRKT
"CRMT_DOC_FLOW_DB_WRKT" must be a flat structure. You cannot use internal tables,strings ,references ,or structure as a component.

So that there would be any error.

Funds Management - Budget Structure

Hello -
Is it required to create budget structure? and make Budget address check active in version. I understand we can restrict the budgetable addresses. In what way does it serve the business purpose.
I am thinking of implementing BCS without budget structure ( bud address / posting address etc.) in place. Am I going far off from the standard, Any suggestions?
If you have implemented FM, did you create budget structure.

Hi Chris,
Nothing is unstandard here; in 40% of projects I implemented FM in, the client preferred not to maintain budget structure following our advice as it was not in the business requirements.
