Buffer Underrun error message - what is it and how do I fix it ?

I am getting a 'buffer underrun' error message when I am burning to DVD (using iDVD); this means that only soundtrack is fully copied over, but not visuals. Any idea how I fix this ?

The disk you are using probably has a defect, not uncommon on consumer grade disks. Try another disk or better yet another disk from a different manufacturer or at least a different batch.

Means you have an incompatible Safari extension installed. Look in the /Home/Library/Safari/Extensions/ folder for the offending plug-in and delete it.

I have a canon MG3200 printer. I have had this thing a whole TWO DAYS! i had issue after issue setting it up and then finally getting it to print the other day when I got it home. A simple 5 minute print job on any of the other printers I used to have, and it took almost 35 minutes to produce an almost decent quality for some important paperwork that I had to have in the following morning. Aside from that- (I just took that to mean it was the "learning" curve) I now tried to print a simple, one page document. Postage for a package to go out tomorrow morning via USPS. Lo and behold, it had a paper jam immediately. A bad one. Had to spend more than an hour searching around for ways to even get the covers off in order to pull the paper free. Got it cleared out, now the P-2-0, or 5100 error message is just blinking away. I've taking it back apart in the back 3 times now, taken the ink cartridges out and looked for paper jammed, not found anything, and now the blinking error won't go away. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to clear that error message??? I am about ready to return this printer to walmart, and get a different one. If it wn't work, then it does me no good. There is a way to reset the machine to clear out the error. I would need to know the exact model of your Canon.

I have an iMac, Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5, memory: 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, OSX 10.7.5, FCPX 10.0.8. I have no third party plugins. First time responding to community. Forgive any protocol errors.
Been working on variety of work projects for months prior to update with no problems. Took time off for a simple new project after updating to 10.0.8. Finished this small (11 minute) new project that is a combination of video and stills, with a few titles and simple transitions. Plays fine within FCPX, however, ran into same problem that started this chain, ie cannot share/export without getting same error message stated above related to a faulty frame.
Tried several share/export Master File settings. Tried moving project (from within FCPX) to another drive which resulted in same error message, but related to other different frames. Tried replacing original data in affected frame with freshly exported replacement files using QTime. Same problem again. Was able to export to Compressor, but resulting ProRes 422 file was so jumpy it wasn't usable.
Tried suggestions of Mark M 98021 and Hank LV, ie, halting all rendering in preferences and deleting render files. After this, I was successful in sharing/exporting at will.
I have several other major projects that I am afraid to return to. I'm not an expert at the inner workings of FCPX and don't have time to keep dealing with this issue. I can leave rendering off, but not a satisfactory solution. Not sure if old rendered files might become infected.
It would seem that there is a problem in the update. I hope this is corrected so I can continue with my work.

I tried this and still have the same problems. If I open Address book or the Mac App Store I get the library rebuild popup and a hang. I created a fresh user and then things are better apart from the printing issue. Its clearly some 3rd party software issue but the crash logs are meningless to me. I used the excellent Etre check app from http://www.etresoft.com/etrecheck so I have a list of what is being loaded and can compare clean and crashed user info but as I cant work out which of the startup items, launch agents, launch daemons etc that are causing the problem.
I have eliminated Dropbox, Mac Keeper and Witness, and it isnt related to my exterrnal LED cinema dispay or my external thunderbolt drives, or any USB devices if thats any help to anyone else. Info from Etrecheck follows -

Could be any number of things. What user trobleshooting have you tried? Restart (power off/on) reset, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. See if it works after the phone restarts. Next is a restore from a backup (make sure you made a current one), then restore as a new device, which deletes all data from your device. If it doesn't work after all that, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar at the local Apple store, it is probably a hardware issue.
