UCCX 7 : Report calls answer before & after SLA
Hi all,
There's a default report (CSQ Activity Report) available which is able to calculate the above based on the SLA set (for that CSQ say 30 seconds), is there a way to differentiate it based on other SLA (for example 20 or 40 seconds)?
Thanks!
-JT-This issue happened because our script exceeded 1000 lines. We saw this after debugging the script. We changed the level to exceeded after 2000 lines. We now get the error message from UCCX self after 40 minutes which for us is a workable solution.
Thank you for your help.

Filing Bug Reports With Apple?
I SWEAR Apple is getting more and more like Microsoft.
Can some one PLEASE tell me how to file a BUG REPORT to Apple on the 10.5.3 update? I am getting graphic driver problems again like they were on 10.5.0 and 10.5.1.
Contacting Apple with a direct bug report seems near impossible and the website is of little help in finding this information. I am outside of Apple Care support.
10.5.3 graphic drivers are broken again on a "Dual 2HHz Power PC G5" with the following Graphics Card:
GeForce FX 5200:
Chipset Model: GeForce FX 5200
Type: Display
Bus: AGP
Slot: SLOT-1
VRAM (Total): 64 MB
Vendor: NVIDIA (0x10de)
Device ID: 0x0321

How to add customer group(KNVV-KDGRP)in the standard report?
Dear All,
My customer requirment is that Customer group (KNVV-KDGRP)wise should be run in FBL5N report AND Customer group should be shown in FBL3N report.
how to add customer group in the standard report?
thanking you,
regards,
Rupang shahHi,
This is what I did for FBL5N with a developer because additional fields configuration does include certain tables.
BTE1650 available for FBL5N and add a new field into one of those tables as an append structure and then use a BTE to populate the field for FBL5N.
Hope that this helps
Kind regards -

We all know that there's so many bugs and glitches out there in LittleBigPlanet 2, so how about an option to submit a bug report directly from the game? Who's with me?

Try it with bugreport.apple.com. Need to be a registered ADC Member, but that frees. Be sure to pick a bug that is reproducible with a simple step by step recipe on the most current software.
So what is this bug you have been talking about?
Recurring complaint of mine:
March 2006 [If the RSS feeds contained pubDate and author that would be great!|http://discussions.apple.com/message.jspa?messageID=1892109#1892109]
April 2008 [better rss feeds without jf namespace prefix|http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1468264&tstart=189]
The RSS feeds are almost useful. They actually include the author and create date information, but do so in a format that neither safari or any other garden variety RSS reader handles.
Jive's own documentation on the subject [Jive Community: Content Syndication via RSS|http://www.jivesoftware.com/community/docs/DOC-1022] recommends reformatting the output to suit the needs of your audience in the section titled "*Displaying RSS (or, actually doing something with this stuff)*".
It seems the jf: prefixed tags aren't meant to be pushed out to the RSS clients. I certainly haven't found a RSS reader that deals with them correctly or lets you workaround them. So although the feeds have a creation date, modification date, author, and reply count, none of that information can be seen in a garden variety RSS reader. This is particularly a problem for the create date, since the create date of each article is replaced with the pub date of the feed. The pub date of the feed is the time when you pull it down, and that changes each time the feed is refreshed.
Anyway ... it seems to me that it would be a small and correct change that would take the existing RSS offerings that last inch into the realm of useful. Maybe I'll be surprised. -
Hello everybody,
I created a oracle report i.e Bank Book having banks transactions receipts and payments and opening balance w.e.f 01-jul-2014. parameters are bank code, from_date and to_date. opening balance calculates (return ope from table bankinfo +total receipts-total payments). reports runs correctly via report builder. balances are ok. but the problem is when i run this report via oracle form opening balance return only ope from table bankinfo and skips total receipts-total payments.....
i dont think so why this happend at all. some body help me...
thanks

How long for answer to bug report?
I posted a bug report a few weeks ago and evrything looked like it submitted fine.
...but haven't heard anything back about it, and it isn't listed in the bug database.
I used my member name and new email address when I submitted.
I would be encouraging to see something (anything) like "yes we at least have it in a queue of bugs to look at"
Does anyone know how long it usually takes for a bug to show up in the database?
Thanks for any info...
BTW, there doesn't seem to be any forum related to the bug reporting process/database so I posted here.Well I submitted a bug report on 13 Nov 2007 and received an acknowledgement within 24 hours but nothing since. Did you get an acknowledgement?

Is there a way to tell who answered a call to a Lync response group?
We have Lync 2010 and a number of Response groups defined. These are rung by the public from outside lines.
We would like to be able to identify who is answering these calls. However the records that are being populated in the Lync LCSCDR database only seem to reflect that their was a call to the response group, not who then took the call.
Does the LYnc database also store the user who answered the call ?
Is this something that can be configured ?
We have tried running queries like the one below, which seems to indicate that its only the response group userid is kept in the call record.
USE LCSCDR
GO
Select sd.SessionIdTime, sd.SessionEndTime,
DATEDIFF(ss,sd.SessionIdTime,ISNULL(sd.SessionEndTime,sd.SessionIdTime)) AS duration,
ph1.PhoneUri as caller1,
ph2.PhoneUri as receiver1,
U1.UserUri as user1uri, U2.UserUri as user2uri, U3.UserUri as refeereruri,
sd.User1Id, sd.User2Id,sd.ReferredById,sd.IsUser1Internal, sd.IsUser2Internal,
sd.SessionIdTime, voipd.*, '|||',sd.*
From dbo.VoipDetails as voipd
INNER Join dbo.SessionDetails as sd on
(voipd.SessionIdTime = sd.SessionIdTime and
voipd.SessionIdSeq = sd.SessionIdSeq )
LEFT OUTER JOIN dbo.Users as U2
ON U2.UserId = sd.User2Id
LEFT OUTER JOIN dbo.Users as U1
ON U1.UserId = sd.User1Id
LEFT OUTER JOIN dbo.Users as U3
ON U3.UserId = sd.ReferredById
LEFT OUTER JOIN dbo.Phones as ph1
ON ph1.PhoneId = voipd.FromNumberId
LEFT OUTER JOIN dbo.Phones as ph2
ON ph2.PhoneId = voipd.ConnectedNumberId
where sd.SessionIdTime > (GETDATE() - 2)
and sd.MediaTypes = 16
and voipd.FromGatewayId is not null -- external
and User1Id is nullThe calls will have the same CorrelationId.
If you have for example C1 calling RG1.
In turn you will see C1 calling A1, and C1 calling A1. These are the response group calls to each agent.
All 3 of these calls will share the same CorrelationId. Likewise you can check the Response code to see which Agent call had a 200.
There will also be a 4th call from AX to C1, and AX will be whomever took the call. The ReplacesDialogIdTime will associate the replacement call back to the original call in.
So something like this should work
SELECT *
FROM [LcsCDR].[dbo].[SessionDetails] WHERE
ReplacesDialogIdTime = ANY
(SELECT sd.SessionIdTime
FROM [LcsCDR].[dbo].[SessionDetails] as sd
LEFT OUTER JOIN [LcsCDR].[dbo].[Users] as u1
ON u1.UserId = sd.User1Id
LEFT OUTER JOIN [LcsCDR].[dbo].[Users] as u2
ON u2.UserId = sd.User2Id
WHERE u1.UserUri = '[email protected]' and u2.UserUri = '[email protected]') -
UCCE 8.x HDS Reporting - Calls Handled vs Call Answered
What is main difference between Calls Handled vs Call Answered and which number is accurate to report on actual calls recevied.
Depends on what you want to see. How many calls were answered (picked up by the agent) or handled (disconnected, then wrapup).
Answered = the call starts.
Handled = the call ends.
Answered does not always equal to Handled. For instance, you can have 10 calls as Answered within a 15 minutes interval - and 8 of them may be Handled within the same interval, but 2 of them pass the reporting interval boundary. Those two calls will be counted as handled in the next reporting interval.

Bug report, Beta 2.12 Standard Edition
Bug report: redundant, confusing, and apparently erroneous calls to
jdoPreClear
and jdoPostLoad. Note in output the null name in the third iteration.
Hi,
A lot of information being sent. Sorry, but I think you'll find it
helpful. I expected the exact same sequence of calls to jdoPreClear
and jdoPostLoad on the 2nd and third iteration. In fact, since,
retain values is true, and no changes are being made, I expected that
jdoPreClear and jdoPostLoad would not be called at all on the 2nd and
3rd iteration.
David Ezzio
Using 2.12 Beta, standard edition
Business method uses one PM. Configured to datastore transaction,
retainValues == true, non-TR == false, and non-TW == false.
The business methods open a transaction and leave it open.
The client calls commitTransaction() to close the open
transaction.
Two persistent objects, Widget and Box. Each implement
InstanceCallbacks and put out a message in jdoPreClear ("will be
made hollow") and in jdoPostLoad ("has been made persistent-clean").
The Widget has a reference to its Box. The number in parenthesis
is the sequence number obtained from the object ID.
Business methods implementation:
public ArrayList getWidgetsByName(String name)
Transaction trans = pm.currentTransaction();
if (!trans.isActive())
trans.begin();
Collection c = (Collection) widgetsByOneName.execute(name);
ArrayList aList = new ArrayList(c);
widgetsByOneName.close(c);
return aList;
public void commitTransaction()
Transaction trans = pm.currentTransaction();
if (trans.isActive())

Abe,
Actually, it doesn't make sense. The first iteration shows
jdoPostLoad is called just prior to using the fields of Widget and Box.
After the commit, the instances are not cleared. So far, so good.
In the second iteration, we see that jdoPreClear is called, but
jdoPostLoad is not called. Yet the values are there for use during the
call to Widget.toString() and Box.toString() within the iteration. How
did that happen?
On the third iteration, now the value of name is null, but last we
looked it was available in the second iteration. Other than that, I
agree that the third iteration looks ok, since it is being cleared and
loaded prior to use. But in the jdoPreClear, the values should be there
since the values were used in the previous iteration and are not cleared
at transaction commit due to retainValues == true.

Abe White wrote:

I believe the behavior you are seeing to be correct. Section 5.6.1 of
the
JDO spec outlines the behavior of persistent-nontransactional instancesused
with data store transactions. As you can see, persistentnon-transactional
instances are cleared when they enter a transaction; thus the calls to
jdoPreClear. When the default fetch group is loaded again (like whenyou
access the name of the widget) a call to jdoPostLoad is made.
You are seeing the name of one instance as 'null' in the third iterationof
your loop because the instance has been cleared in the second iteration,and
the jdoPreClear method is not modified by the enhancer (see section10.3).

What is wrong with the setup,when a breakpoint would cause a traceback and panic on the target?One other possibility is having sufficient rights, especially if you are invoking it via some other app, rather than manually as a logged in user. If you are not logged in and instead invoke it via a web site action, I believe you will have problems reading the registry, accessing a desktop, writing to disk, etc.
Sorry I can't be more definitive, but perhaps it will help.
Please post your conclusion, if you find it.
